• Mattia (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Ylli 6 giorni dal 13 al 18 agosto. Soggiorno fantastico! A partire dallo staff gentilissimo (in hotel e in spiaggia), molto gentile e super disponibile, così come il proprietario. La camera super pulita e molto grande e spaziosa; spiaggia privata ben collegata praticamente a due passi e zona abbastanza tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo con tanta disponibilità di vita notturna per i più giovani. Se proprio bisogna indicare un lato negativo la pulizia della spiaggia potrebbe essere fatta meglio e più spesso ma capisco che quello purtroppo dipende dalla maleducazione delle persone. Consigliamo assolutamente l'hotel, sia per famiglie che per coppie e ci tengo a ringraziare ancora tutto il personale. Miranda & Mattia

• Anete (8/5): OK - Right across a beach. Nice hotel, with an elevator. At the end of October, the town was a ghost town - everything was closed. We enjoyed it, but just keep in mind. THe hotel needs a lot of updates in places that are broken from use. The room was full of mosquitos and some other bugs that came in through the conditioner. We had painful bites all over.

• Lleshi (8/5): Our stay was very good, I would recommend this hotel to anyone to wants to visit Shengjin. - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food for breakfast and dinner was very nice halal Italian and Albanian traditional food. The room was clean and in a good location. Sunbeds and towels are included in the price. The view is pretty from both the front sea view and the side sea view. The breakfast was nice but there could have been a larger variety of options.
• Linus (6/5): Loud at night but overall very good - The cleaning staff was extremely good and efficient. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to be helpful and to tidy up after two small children. The hotel is very close to the beach and they give you towels that you use at the beach and hand back when your done so there’s no sand in your room. There is a nightclub right outside the hotel that plays extremely loud music every night late in to the night. For us, with two children, it was not optimal. Would have been nice to have known that beforehand. The breakfast area was rather small and there was easily buildup if you chose the “wrong” time to eat. The breakfast was rather dull and unfortunately cold if you don’t go right when they open.

• Granit (6/5): Good but it turned out a bit stressful and tiring because of no electricity! - The location and also the view by the sea was fantastic! The first day was Sunday, everything was perfect then the next days no electricity during the day for like 6h ( that means no running water, no AC, no elevator so we had to go through stairs to the fifth floor! No wifi ) the staff kept telling us its not their fault and its not going to happen the next day but it happened again by Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before we did the check out. I think they knew it will be outage but hide it from the clients and acted surprised.
• Ernst (8/5): Very good - Nice new rooms. Parking is good. Beds comfortable. Air Condition works. Reception Lady very friendly. Beach view is good. If you like very loud music from breakfast to 24 o clock in the night, also on the beach, without a break, choose this hotel. You will NOT get an company invoice!! Also after 3 weeks discussion, and also if you had marked the icon by ordering in booking. In the garbage can there was the dump from the last guests.

Breakfast could be better - breakfast interval is 2 hours and when it gets busy it’s possible you will have to wait for food addition. In the weekend some club is working until 12-2am and the music is quite loud.

• Georgina (10/5): Fantastic stay, amazing staff, clean and luxurious rooms, best located properly in Shengjin! - The property was in an amazing location, beachfront with a cool Aztec statue right opposite our balcony. The pictures didn’t do this property justice as the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, very modern, stylish and with good lighting and mirrors. The staff were amazing, so helpful and they really made our stay an absolute pleasure! The food at the hotel was the best we had anywhere! We will definitely be back next year. Leaving

• Aneta (1/5): Do not recommend - Sea view. I definetly do not recommend. Apart of beautiful sea view, nothing was fine. While chilling in the room, one of the building worker just entered to our room (during the day). We have reported it in the reception and lady started to laugh and ask to relax. Door in bathroom is not closing and walls are in glass so we didn't feel very comfortable while using the toilet. Private parking is HORRIBLE with holes, we preferred to leave car outside. In the hotel website it was written that on the breakfast it will be buffet. Well... no buffet and very very poor breakfast. We asked for the croissants as the portion was very small, we had to wait 20 minutes for it. Last but not least, we provided on booking credit card so we were sure payment was made by booking. We did the check out properly by giving back keys in the reception and lady said everything is OK. After one hour they called us because payment was not done (they didn't check it when we checked out) so we had to go for one hour by car back to hotel today pay. DISASTER.
