• zhu (10/5): - I had a really nice stay here. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Parking was also very convenient with plenty of spaces available, so there was no stress finding a spot. Breakfast was buffet style and I really enjoyed the coffee. I also ordered the lamb for dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

• Leanne (8/5): overall pretty good, I'd go back again, well priced and good value - Room very clean, bed really comfortable, wonderful pillows, supplies toiletries also that were very nice not cheap, breakfast was really good also, lots of choices to choose from only thing would be the bathroom fan came on and noisy when light was turned on, had to turn the light on each time as it was a dark bathroom and woke others in the room up during the night when the bathroom was needed

• Geraldine (9/5): Great location walking distance to Top Ryde shopping and cinema - I was able to check in at 1pm and the room was well aired and ready. I had no problems with the in room television this visit. Courtesy small biscuits with tea and coffee were appreciated. I used the dining room for the first time as this was a mid week visit. The asian food was freshly prepared with lots of vegetables and flavour. It is a pity it does not operate on week ends. A minor issue, I iron my clothes every morning and the room had a half ironing board rather than a full stand up one that collapses to place back in the wardrobe. This makes ironing shirts and trousers much more difficult. I guess you could ask at reception for a proper ironing board.

• Lorna (7/5): - Very friendly Helpful Only a small sink in the bathroom and was unable to fill the kettle normally. Had to pour in the water with a cup. We alsp had a bit of an issue with the TV reception that kept losing connection and therefore no picture. We should have asked for a low laying room as we struggled a bit getting suitcase up from the ground level stairs to 1st level. (We will know to ask next time)

Discounted breakfast was excellent and good value. Well maintained gardens. We would stay again. Dated decor. Breakfast just needed passion fruit and banana to go with the yoghurt. Otherwise excellent.

Customers want their moneys worth .

The standout for us was how clean everything was—both the room and common areas were very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. • Jan (10/5): A great stay! Thankyou - Location - not too residential nor too commercial. Good spot for getting ride share. Not complicated! Fabulous pillows! Best night’s sleep in ages, and really comfy mattress. Bathroom was very nicely done with modern features. FYI Cheaper Breakfast deal pre-booked at reception sounded so good but no time to have on the day unfortunately. Next time for sure! A lift would be really great - room was upper floor unfortunately. However, Staff helped to carry small case to my room, which was great - thankyou. Shoulder mobility means I can’t lift/carry heavy things - but otherwise stairs weren’t too steep etc.

• Angel (4/5): Definitely don’t recommend for the price. Rather pay extra for somewhere decent and comfortable. The photos on the websi - The only thing i liked about the property was i could see my car from the window, the carpark space is great, the shower head pressure was good. When we first arrived to our room it had a funny smell to it, the room wasn’t cleaned properly there was a biscuit underneath the bed and dark hair through the bed. The shower and bathroom was disgusting and had mould. The fridge had a broken wire in it. We felt really uncomfortable in the room at the start. The condition of the room was very disappointing, especially for staying there for a special occasion.

• tosawajp (7/5): Thanks young Aussie! and Nadesiko Japan - I stayed for 4nights, for watching soccor matches at Acor studium, in that respect, this is quite good location, even late at night it took only 35 to 40 minutes by train and on foot. The hotel staff was friendly, and lifted my heavy suite case to my room on the second floor , it was so helpful. Room has a balcon but the door is locked , I am sorry I cannot enjoy fresh air. there is no lift to the second floor

• Rebecca (7/5): It was a convenient location and cheap. Stay away from the pool - The room was mostly clean and tidy. There was not enough towels for the number of guests we paid for. The pool was gross when we got in. It was slimy. There were hairballs and the area around the poo was in desperate need of repairs.

• Megan (7/5): Conveniently situated very clean, well priced. - Ryde Inn is very conveniently located. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Good on-site parking. We felt we should have been made aware that Ryde Inn did not have a lift to the second story, which was challenging for those with mobility issues. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty.
• Geraldine (8/5): Excellent location for going to Olympic Park. - I was able to get an early check in which was most appreciated. The room was made and well aired. When I came back after a function, I was unable to use the television. It was not connected to free to air television. I have had problems with televisions before at this premises but did not check the television when I went out in the afternoon. I did refer the problem to reception when I checked out the next morning.

The breakfast was good, and the menu for dinner was affordable and looked delicious. ( we didn't actually eat dinner but saw some lovely meals) The noise from the traffic.
