- Stacy Eugene (2/5): - Disappointing Hotel Experience I regret booking this hotel and wish I had chosen somewhere else. My stay was riddled with problems, starting with an unexpected charge of $180 for an extra bed. This was a ridiculous fee, especially given the quality of the overall experience. To make matters worse, I was informed there was no breakfast included, despite the booking implying otherwise. Then, on the first night, the TV stopped working entirely, leaving us without any entertainment. The final straw came when I discovered there was no water for the shower. Not being able to shower was beyond unacceptable and made the stay incredibly frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and amenities. I won’t be returning and strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
