A 5 cuadras de todos los medios de transportes e incluso podes caminar conociendo Valencia al Centro Histórico y perfectamente en bicicleta a todos los lugares más importante. A mano de todos los centros comerciales. Muy seguro el lugar. No tengo nada para decir.

- Diana (10/5): - Was a comfortable private apartment with a drying rack on the balcony perfect for drying clothes especially with the morning sun. Was on a quiet street which makes it good for sleeping. Had a bit of a roof leak in the kitchen

- David (10/5): Fantastisch - Het huis was mooi en geschikt voor zo'n vakantie. Dat er alleen bewoners daar mogen parkeren. Ondanks dat ik betaald had kreeg ik toch een boete.
- Ivanita (6/5): - The balcony chairs were terrible, falling apart each day with our stay. I had to ask for more pillows to be able to sit in them for both of us. I have an injured outer left thigh and without the pillows I couldn't have sat in the chair.
- Jak (5/5): Beautiful flat with a bad management. Be ready to deal with many issues. - The flat was nice and spacious. It was exactly how it was advertised. There were so many problems that remained unresolved throughout our stay. On the day of checkin we didn’t receive any instructions to checkin. After many calls as we remained on the street we got into the flat, which was totally dirty. It took another 3 hours for them to prepare the flat. As a sign of goodwill they offered us to refund the first night, which remains to be seen after 2 months and many reminders. They claimed they have already ordered the refund to booking.com, but nothing was received. The internet was horrible and since I needed internet for work, I had to use my mobile internet for a whole month. Even though we communicated the problem, it wasn’t resolved.

- Luginjo (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment. Comfy and big. But tv didn't worked. I wanted to watch Sevilla Barca. Bed isnt comfortable, and maybe to add 2 more big pillows. The noise insede building was big, and you can hear all the isolation is bad
- Ahmed (5/5): Passable - The location is nice, the team was helpful and cared about our arrival There were some problems with the bathroom not flushing correctly and door not closing correctly The main door was too heavy an noisy And the appartement door was designed in a way where it had to be closed with the key from inside which means that you had to always be together or meet up with your travel mate outside to give you the keys which makes it difficult to have different plans during the trip Other than that the place is nice for a solo traveller
- Agnieszka (1/5): Cockroaches in the flat - The locations was good There are cockroaches in the property. The agency claimed they must have entered from the terrace, which I did not use, and offered a flat in the same building but on the first floor, or to clean the flat again, but from my experience, if the cockroaches are in one flat in the building they are everywhere. I travelled with a child and the last thing I wanted for us was to be walked over by them. The only night I spent there I had to have the lights on as I couldn't sleep knowing something might be walking on us. Contacted booking customer service and provided evidence. I was told that my claim had been successful but they have to wait for a written confirmation from the property to send me a refund. I haven't received anything yet as the agency seems to disagree with the booking.com decision. Ridiculous. AVOID!

- Muireann (8/5): Nice apartment, great location but no access to the pool was disappointing. - The location was great. The apartment was well equipped and a decent size. The pool, that had been advertised, wasn’t accessible from the apartment. We were not informed of this anywhere on our booking. When we enquired about access we were told it was only accessible from two apartments, neither of which were ours. This was disappointing as we feel the pool was falsely advertised.

Poor lighting on stairs with no stair strips to indicate the end of the step so my wife fell resulting in medical treatment for pulled tendons. Difficult to unlock and physically open main building door. Bed not accessible from both sides

- Xuela (6/5): Pleasant - Loved the neighbourhood. Travel to and from airport was straightforward. The apartment felt spacious and clean. The check-in and arrival is very tech reliant, no human presence so you need data/Internet access. We stayed in apartment 4. This group of apartments is entered via an unattended door and bike storage area. The door caught on the AstroTurf floor covering so the door was often left open, and needed noisy force to close.

- Carimeli (10/5): We went there to spend New Years and wanted a location close to the city center and with easy access to the airport. Th - Well connected to the city center and public transportation.
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and nicely decorated flat. Having access to a reception office was also a plus to leave our luggage after checkout. Lack of attention to detail. Extra blanket had some hair from previous guest, no battery in air con remote, unusuable toaster. Unfortunately there was also a party in the flat next to ours during our stay with about 8 people. I contacted the management but they only replied the following morning.

- Allanfullerton (10/5): It was an excellent apartment in a great location, I would definitely stay again - Great location, excellent room, very quite considering the central location The address was 71, but the door for 71 was next door and it took me sometime to figure out that the door to enter the building wasn't actually 71. Possibly the sign on the door, which said "Apartments here" could have said "Number 71 Apartments here" and that would have been less confusing :)

- Malinaina (9/5): Clean and perfect location - Very kind staff, clean, big, bright appartment, easy check in and check out, it has everything you need, terrase is perfect. I recommend. The location is amazing. The sofa is really impossible to sleep in, it is not for sleeping 100%. The bathroom door does not close. The apparment is only suitable for two people because of the sofa, so I would say the price should be lower.
