• Mandyfuji (8/5): The unit is very spacious and great for our family of four with two teen boys. - Great visual instructions and responsive host. The location is close to highway and major attractions. Walkable distance to coffee shop, restaurants, grocery and convenient stores a plus. The curtain separating the second bedroom from the living room is too short to provide privacy. An extra panel or a longer length curtain to cover the space would be nice.

The manager responded to texts but did not solve issues like getting us cutlery/tea towels/taking down drying laundry in the unit. No cutlery, insufficient kitchen pots, no tea towels for drying, wet laundry hanging when we arrived, bed slats broken, poor ventilation, clearly is a unit for smokers- even the towels smelled of nicotine. Parking great but 4 of us had a hard time finding it. We felt uncomfortable given the warning not to talk to the front desk with questions.

Very central and convenient to walk to CN tower, Islands, Kensington Market and the Rogers Center. Plenty of linens. Comfortable and nice decor/furniture. Great communication from host.
