• Marika (9/5): - Die Übergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir waren mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp im Kontankt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Mit dem Aufzug gings direkt in die Wohnung. Sehr sauber, Küche mit allem drum und dran. Separates Schlafzimmer, wir hatten App. 4, Die Lage super, ca. 5 Min zur Victoria Station und somit super zentral gelegen. Gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt, nebenan eine Bäckerei, ein Pub. Aber da was man braucht.

• Angels (8/5): Apartament agradable i ben comunicat - Tot l'apartament és molt espaiós i te molta claror, la decoració, la situació a Belgràvia, i la netedat. Vam poder deixar les maletes 3 hores abans de l'hora oficial mentre hi havia el servei de neteja i ens van donar la clau per entrar-hi més tard. El wifi funcionava molt bé. Tenir un supermercat davant és molt útil i còmode. La temperatura dels dies que hi vam ser era inusual per Londres i no disposava d'AC. Dos ventiladors de torre no eren suficients i vam tenir molta calor. Els llits dobles són massa estrets per a dues persones. No hi ha cap drap de cuina. El problema de no poder deixar l'equipatge a l'edifici i haver d'anar a Barbican cosa que ens va fer perdre temps. Els waters no s'empassen els residus (femta ) ni tirant molta aigua. És molt desagradable.

Excellent location. - Excellent location, Sainsbury's across the road, cafe on the corner. 10mins walk to Victoria underground and right next door to coach station. Walking distance to Kings Road. Nice bright flat. We were on 3rd floor and there is a lift. Secure entry. We did get a slightly earlier check in (12.30pm instead of 3pm which was great) but there was nowhere to store bags any earlier. So waited on the street outside and had breakfast across the road. We would stay again when back in London with the family. There were 5 of us and the sofa bed was good for the 5th person. One of the toilets did not flush well and the beds were a bit soft. It would be nice to have a proper blind or curtain in the living area. The supply of a tea towel and some laundry detergent would be an added bonus.

La posizione centrale 10 min a piedi da due stazione di metro e fermate dei bus. Servita con ristoranti, pub, bar, farmacia e supermercato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Wir haben london mit schönem wetter genossen. Die schlüsselnübergabe war etwas schwierig als wir anriefen gieng keiner ansctelefon dann einige zeit spähter wurde hin und her geschrieben etwas mühsam . I would come back. The toilets had a bit weak water pressure, especially the toilet in one of the bedrooms. Beds are a bit narrow.

We stayed for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and we were in easy walking distance of the venue. We would recommend the property and would happily stay here again. The wait for getting into the property was a bit excessive considering we had a long train journey to get to London. The pillows were very lumpy, if the owners were to change them then it would have been exceptional.

• Simone (9/5): - Excellent location. The flat is in excellent condition: recently renovated. Full of light on the 4th floor. Building as well recently renovated and in excellent conditions. Bed could be a bit bigger. Mattress very soft but this is obviously a matter of personal preferences. It has not been possible to leave the luggage at the premises before check in / after check out. Overall these are details: the flat is very much recommended.

Decorado con gusto y confortable, con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de noches en Londres y hacer alguna cena rápida para la familia. Valoro muy positivamente la comunicación con los responsables del apartamento. Les pedí si podía hacer el check in un poco antes de la hora acordada y se adaptaron a nosotros, viniendo a entregar las llaves en persona. Por encontrar alguna pega, en el salón no había cortina que bloquease la entrada de la luz, y para quien durmió en el sofá-cama del salón fue un poco molesto. El sofá cama era muy duro y, sin embargo, los colchones de las camas, un poco blandos.

• Eleni (10/5): Υπέροχη επιλογή για τις διακοπές μας στο Λονδίνο - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική. Αρκετά κεντρική, κοντά σε σταθμό και μαγαζιά για καφέ ή φαγητό. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι ότι η σύνδεση το ίντερνετ δεν είναι αρκετή καλή.

• Baiba (8/5): Spacy apartament in good location - We had 2 bedrooms apartment in 1st floor - in my uderstanding it is second floor:) Location is convinient - close to Victoria station ( 5-7 min) on foot- , 15 - 20 minutes till Westminster; safe feeling. Communication with apartment was smooth- vis messages throw bookig and later throw Whatsup. Apartent was quiet. Bedding is clean. Shampoo, soap is available. In kitchen basic tea, coffe, sugar is provided. Dishes available- you can use kitchen easely. I liked that bedding was provided for 3 beds! A lot of space in apartment. Possibility to regulate temperature- I used it. There is basic grocery store in oposite side of street. Beds are very soft but is is individually. Pillows are hard& thick for me. Kitchen towel is missing.

• PB (7/5): Peut beaucoup mieux faire ! - L'emplacement est bon, juste à côté de la gare routière de Victoria. L'appartement est bien décoré, des travaux ont été réalisés récemment. L'annonce comporte des éléments faux : il n'y a pas de bagagerie, il n'y a pas de service 24/24, l'appartement n'est pas insonorisé. Il manque de nombreux équipements : vaisselle en nombre suffisant, linge pour la vaisselle, serviettes et draps de rechange, nécessaire de base pour cuisiner. L'appartement est très bruyant : il donne sur une gare routière de bus et nous avons été obligés d'intervenir auprès des voisins du dessus car nous les entendions. Concernant le confort : les matelas sont de très mauvaise qualité tout comme les oreillers. Ce qui est dommage est que la plupart de mes commentaires sont déjà présents dans les autres avis.

Gostamos de tudo mas houve um contratempo na chegada por nao ter onde deixar a bagagem até o check in e a informação inicial era de que teriamos esse lugar. Pagamos um locker na rua pq chegamos antes das 16hs. Outro problema é agua quente insuficiente nos chuveiros, mesmo com banhos rapidos o ultimo do dia sempre ficava sem agua quente (banho gelado no inverno é um problema!)

La struttura è pulita e arredata con gusto, ci si sente in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente! La late fee si può pagare solo contanti.

• Guest (8/5): - Good location - very secure and quiet when the windows were closed. Fans provided for when it gets warm which was very appreciated! Good cafes nearby and a short walk to Victoria for the Underground. Some light maintenance would be useful - fix closet drawers, replace broken roller blind, repaint ceiling in living room. Would really benefit from some tea/dish towels in the kitchen as well as some oven gloves.

• Ivan (7/5): Good location, comfortable flat. - The location was perfect for what we needed. The apartment is nice, and very comfortable to stay at. The building has an elevator literally taking you to the door of the apartment. There are supermarkets and cafes just outside the building. Although there is a router, the wifi didn't work, which made it very complicated for me to work while I was there. I used the wifi from a cafe which is just a building away, but it would have been much better if I didn't have to leave the flat every time I needed to work.

• Alonso Mariño (7/5): Agridulce - falta de claridad en los servicios ofertados - El apartamento está limpio sin señales de que otros huéspedes se alojaron anteriormente. Las fotos que muestran es como es realmente el apartamento. Las camas tienen un tamaño de 120 cm, lo que resulta pequeño para 2 adultos, creo que este dato lo deberían indicar en la descripción. Del equipamiento de la cocina no funciona el horno y la tostadora. No ha microondas como indican en la web. Hay una wifi pero no ha funcionado durante nuestra estancia no sé si es un problema puntual o es siempre así, lo que sí sé es que si conectábamos cualquier dispositivo a los datos móviles del teléfono, funcionaba, así que no es un problema de cobertura. Por último y lo que más me molestó es que ofrecen el servicio de guardaequipajes sin embargo no especifican que los equipajes tienes que depositarlos en otras instalaciones que están a 6 millas del alojamiento. La decisión de escoger este apartamento fue por ese servicio que se ofrecía, al realizar la reserva, 1 mes antes del viaje, en peticiones al alojamiento, especifiqué que necesitábamos ese servicio. El día que llegamos volvía a solicitárselo a la persona que nos entregó las llaves, contestándome este que debía solicitarlo al propietario. Volví a solicitarlo por email al alojamiento y este me envió la dirección a la que debía llevar las maletas. Gracias a las gestiones del personal de atención al cliente de booking pudimos encontrar una solución, no del todo satisfactoria pero que pudo resolver el tema de dejar las maletas en el alojamiento. Por último, se anuncian como idiomas disponibles además del inglés, el español y el portugués … pues nadie habla estos dos idiomas por lo que la persona que te recibe lo hace sin explicarte el funcionamiento del alojamiento más allá de decirte cada llave que puerta abre.
• jerome (8/5): Confort, transport et quartier sympathique à vivre ! - Le quartier est bien situé. Victoria Station à proximité ainsi que de nombreux commerces. Fenêtre donnant sur rue à réparer. Elle ne fermait pas complètement donc bruit pendant la nuit.

• Nujud (9/5): Lovely homy stay - الشقة راائعه كنّا متخوفين ناخذ شقة و صراحة ماكان فيه ريڤيوز كثيرة عليها لكن توكلنا على الله و اخذناها .. احنا 6 اشخاص خفت ما تكفينا شقة وحده فاخذت ثنتين احتياط لكن بعد ما شفناها وحدة كانت راح تكفينا بالراحة.. الشقة الوحدة فيها غرفتين بسرير كبير يكفي شخصين و بالصالة كنبة كبيرة تتحول سرير + حمامين و مطبخ. 1- موقعها حلو واضح و قريب منه اغلب الاشياء .. محطة باص قدامها و بقالة و كوفيهات تحت. 2- مافي ازعاج من الشارع مع ان شبابيك غرف النوم عليها.. الشارع حي لكن مو مزعج و زحمه مثل اكسفورد. 3- الموقع استراتيجي لاغلب الاماكن السياحية سواء مشي على الاقدام أو بالمواصلات العامة. 4- تعامل صاحب الشقة راقي و ملتزم بالتوقيت.. اخذ تأمين كاش و رجعه لنا في التشيك اوت. 5- الامان عالي بعد حفظ الله و رعايته دخول العمارة ببطاقة خاصة غير مفتاح الشقة. 6- الشقة واسعه و رحبة و شرحة .. الاثاث نظيف و مرتب و جميل المطبخ مجهز بالاساسيات .. فيه بعض ستاير الغرف ما تفتح .. و بعض مفارش السرير تحتاج تتغير (لكن انا اجيب معي مفرشي .. فما كان عندي اشكاليه بذي النقطة) + موفرين مخدات و مفارش زيادة كمان. 7- هل راح اسكن فيها بالمستقبل لو جيت زيارة لندن ؟! اكيد طبعاً خاصة اذا كنت قروب او مع العيلة. لا يوجد

It took nearly 2 hours for the host to meet us even though we had clearly communicated our arrival time well ahead of time. Other guests were also left waiting. For what we paid this really should have been better managed.

• silvia (7/5): Appartamento arredato con gusto, ma non ci tornerei - L’appartamento è molto spazioso. Ben arredato, con gusto, accogliente. Apprezzati i due bagni. La posizione è comoda, 10 minuti scarsi da Victoria station e poco di più da Sloan square. Adiacente alla parte bella e curata di Belgravia. Benché vicino a Belgravia, essendo adiacente alla stazione dei tram e’ mal frequentata e molto molto rumorosa. Il ns alloggio era la primo piano, faceva molto caldo e tenere aperte le finestre era invivibile come rumore ma anche poco sicuro. Il Sainsbury’s di fronte è comodo per acquisti di emergenza ma sporco e frequentato da senzatetto. Molto meglio il locale a sx dell’alloggio, bayles, caro ma di ottima qualità. Altrimenti basta spostarsi di 10 minuti per trovare dei Waitrose. La moquette nelle camere era macchiata. Il letto piccolo e materasso scomodo, troppo morbido. La cucina molto spaziosa ma nessun amenities, solo qualche bustina di zucchero, caffè e tè. Non ci sono strofinacci, abbiamo usato lo scottex. Gli asciugamani in bagno sono contati. Solo 1 a testa, grande per la doccia, più uno comune per le mani/viso. Avendo fatto 7 gg abbiamo dovuto lavarli. Per fortuna c’era la lavatrice. L’appartamento è poco luminoso. Mi riferisco a quello del primo piano. Mi dispiace essere critica, ma onestamente non ci tornerei.

• Raquel (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great we stayed on the 4th floor and it was perfectly quiet. We really appreciated being able to check in early and leave our bags at the property a bit longer on the day we left. The space is comfortable and has everything you need (except for a kitchen towel and detergent for the washing machine). There’s a supermarket just seconds from the door, as well as a great organic shop. One important note: it seems the host’s Booking account was hacked. We received multiple phishing emails asking us to transfer money urgently and warning that the reservation would be canceled: this was not legit. It was stressful, but we ignored the emails and everything went smoothly in the end. Just be cautious and only communicate through the Booking platform.

• Silvina (3/5): Heatwave in London - The property was in a good location, the neighborhood was pretty and had lots of bars and restaurants. It was also well connected to the underground and other boroughs, like Chelsea. The managers let us store our suitcases at the property before check-in time. The bedrooms were extremely small, although there was a heatwave in London at the time, the property was excessively warm. The managers provided us with two small fans, and two pedestal fan, one of which was broken. We let the managers know, but the next day we were provided with another small fan. The street is very noisy since it’s next to the Coach station, therefore opening the window was not a good option since the noise disturbed our sleep. The light switch system was really confusing, and the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty.
