• CARMEN BELEN (1/5): Insalubre - A nuestra llegada al alojamiento, el estado del mismo distaba gravemente de lo ofertado y de las mínimas condiciones de habitabilidad, higiene y seguridad exigibles. De manera concreta, se detectaron las siguientes deficiencias graves: - Existía una cama menos de las indicadas en la reserva. Ya que cuentan como cama un colchón en el suelo en condiciones insalubres. - Las camas no disponían de sábanas. - Los colchones se encontraban apulgarados, con evidente humedad y en condiciones insalubres. - Varios listones de los somieres estaban rotos. - Los aparatos de aire acondicionado no funcionaban para calor, salvo uno en una única habitación. - El alojamiento se encontraba completamente sin limpiar, con restos de comida podrida e insectos. - El estado general del inmueble era antihigiénico y perjudicial para la salud. - La red eléctrica cae constantemente. Se adjuntan imágenes que acreditan de forma objetiva el estado del alojamiento.

• Mihail (10/5): - I stayed at Montevistas for the first time last week and had the most fantastic experience. The suite was beautiful ; I even had my own Christmas tree and the attention to detail was second to none. A real highlight was the spacious 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, just enough for 2 families . All in all, MontevistasHouse is the first class cabin of country escapes: stylish, comfortable, quietly luxurious and full of heart. The kind of place where you instantly feel looked after and like you might just extend your stay. Not the right time of the year to use the outdoor swimming pool... but we swam for few minutes anyway:)
