Glover (10/5): A lovely find in our favorite sector in Rome, providing quiet, restful beauty in an urban setting. - Breakfast was great -- plenty of delicious choices, excellent assistance from the helpers. The building's overall renovated architecture works well in both the public and private areas, combining attention to space so that there is no sense of crowding, yet intimate enough to produce a feeling of real comfort. Clean and neat as can be! attentive and helpful staff. Loved our room's little balcony, and the interesting door that can be both locked and open for ventilation at once. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet, no sense of the busy streets nearby -- a real oasis. Only one extremely small suggestion: We found the added juice in the fresh fruit to be more sweet than our particular taste enjoys. Understanding of course that we haven't reached the real delights of spring and summer fruits!

Ana Flavia (8/5): Não sei se voltaria - O hotel é lindo e recém reformado. Os quartos são limpos e o banheiro é ótimo e moderno. A acústica entre quartos é ruim. Acordei com barulhos dos vizinhos de cima diversas vezes. Não consegui descansar e isso me frustrou bastante. As funcionárias do café da manhã também precisam ser mais simpáticas. A comida é ótima mas o mau humor delas quase estraga a graça de um café da manhã de hotel.

James (7/5): - A nice warm welcome upon arrival, with a friendly and attentive porter. The room was clean, tidy and fresh, plus having a small balcony was a nice touch. Morning coffee was nice. However the breakfast options were quite limited. Staff overall nice and friendly. Location is great, you are just around the corner from some excellent restaurants, cafes and the life of the city. A very short walk to catch the trams and buses. At the surface level, everything looks great, but as soon as you scratch the surface it starts to unravel with some poor choices that undermine the stay. The timer switch for the entrance area of the room. No way to override it, quite annoying when picking out clothing for the day and the light just turns off... The acoustics of the place. They really need to put some carpet down in the hallway and use some good doors. The sounds echo down the hallway and into your room. No need for an alarm clock, you can hear breakfast starting at 7am.

Ashley (9/5): Lovely hotel with kind and welcoming staff - not too far from trastevere centre - The staff were so kind and welcoming and very helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom and room were very clean. A good simple hotel breakfast and quite close to trastevere’s centre (10 min walk) as well as public transport Wasn’t as close as I expected to the Trastevere centre but this wasn’t an issue. A couple of things broken in the bathroom but still very clean
Laura (7/5): - Proper, mooie kamers. Na 2 dagen kwamen we terug op het hotel en was de zak met vuile kleren van mijn vriend weg. De vuile was zat in een doorzicht plastic zak en stond op de grond in de kamer (het was duidelijk van de buitenkant te zien dat het een zak met kleren was). Toen we dit melden aan de receptie werd er vrij weinig mee gedaan. Men heeft ernaar gezocht maar de zak niet gevonden. Er werd ons ook geen compensatie aangeboden. Bij het uit-checken moesten we nog de roomservice betalen (hadden eten besteld). Toen we vroegen of we hier eventueel korting op konden krijgen, was dit niet mogelijk. Er werd ons geen oplossing of compensatie aangeboden door het hotel terwijl er wel voor een bepaalde waarde in de zak aanwezig was (kleren van 2 dagen). Dit vonden we jammer want we waren voor de rest wel tevreden van het hotel.

Manon (8/5): Very clean and comfortable with very friendly staff:) - The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. It was useful that they have a restaurant on site and a breakfast buffet. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is located in Trastavere, and the metro does not run to this part of Rome. It can be difficult to get around by taxi or Uber during certain times of the day due to high traffic. Using the Lime scooters is useful, so if you stay here, recognize that you may have to walk or take a scooter to city center or to the Vatican.

Gal (10/5): On our next visit to Rome, we will definitely come back. - The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance. The neighborhood is beautiful and not too touristy, so it never feels crowded. The breakfast is high-quality, the room is clean and well organized.

A reggeli (kifejezetten glutén érzékenyként) nagyon gyenge volt. Nagyon kicsi volt a választék, a tojásrántotta kifejezetten rossz volt. A szobánkból eltűnt az alapozóm és más pipere dolog, amikor ezt szóvá tettem, annyit mondtak, hogy bocsánat. Soha, semmilyen helyen nem tapasztaltam még ilyet. Semmi kárpótlás. A szobában végig csatorna szag volt, amivel szintén nem tudtak semmit kezdeni, egyszer felöntötték vízzel. A szoba egyik sarkában volt egy nagy pókháló amit a 3 napi ott tartózkodásunk alatt sem sikerült észrevennie a takarító szervezetnek.
Marajdeen (8/5): My stay at Loly was okay/good - Excellent. The service was exceptional. The light switch did not always work. There is a problem with that switch. We had problems turning on the lights sometimes. We just did not complain. The water was leaking through the shower door. The towel did not help. There was no body mirror.
Thomas (7/5): Etter en skuffende start ble oppholdet veldig bra! - Et sjarmerende lite hotell med mange gode spiseplasser rett i nærheten. Det var enkelt å få seg en matbit. Vi likte også at hotellet lå relativt nært mange severdigheter. Hvis man er motivert for å gå litt, har hotellet tilgang til mye spennende. Flott plassering. Det var mange hyggelige ansatte ved hotellet, spesielt servitørene under frokosten. Vi fikk inntrykk av at det var veldig «profesjonelt», da de blant annet hadde egen bar og daglig rengjøring. Hotellet og rommene hadde fine design og var lekre å se på. Frokosten var veldig god, men noe begrenset utvalg. Da vi ankom hotellet fikk vi tildelt et rom ned en trapp/heis. Dette rommet hadde en svært intens lukt av sopp/mugg. En tung og ubehagelig lukt. Vi ønsket å finne sopp før vi sa ifra, noe vi gjorde og tok bildet av. Vi er egentlig veldig konfliktskye mennesker, men lukta var så ille at vi raskt gikk opp til resepsjonen for å si ifra. Den første reaksjonen var at de skulle sende ned en mann for å vaske opp denne soppen med kost og spray, akkurat som om de kunne vaske vekk problemet. Etter litt styr og et ønske fra oss om å bytte rom fikk vi samme kvelden et nytt rom, der lukten var mye bedre. Etter dette hadde vi et veldig flott opphold på hotellet og var fornøyd. Samtidig blir man veldig skuffet at et 4 stjernes hotell prøver seg på denne måten, å dele ut rom som åpenbart har problemer med sopp/fukt og tung lukt. Vi er veldig glade for at vi sa ifra og fikk et annet rom.

Yummy cappuccino or espresso to either have there with breakfast or take back to your room. In a great neighborhood.The staff were really helpful, friendly. They called us cabs, when needed. And helpful with any others questions. Would stay again:) The shower is nice, just be careful because the floor was extra slippery for some reason. Both my husband & I slipped.

ROGERIO (10/5): Considere este local em Trastevere. - Atendimento extraordinário do Fabio que além de extremo profissional fala português. Muito atencioso. O hotel fica em Trastevere, região mais afastada do centro histórico mas para aproveitar a noite muito bom, vários restaurantes. Para os pontos turísticos considere a distância 15 min de carro em geral. Caminhando 30 min. Café da manhã muito bom. Acomodação boa mas apertada. E sem vista.

Le rapport qualité prix n’y est absolument pas !! - L emplacement au coeur de trastevere mais nous n avions pas à utiliser les transports en commun donc difficile de dire si c’était pratique ou pas. Je n’ai jamais été logée dans un hôtel « 4 étoiles » qui mettait des gens à la cave. Car nous avons réellement été logés dans une cave : deux fenêtres pratiquement murées tellement le mur en face était proche nous pouvions le toucher. Un dressing avec un éclairage à minuterie , extremement pratique pour s habiller lorsqu’il faut rallumer la lumière toutes les minutes. La porte de la chambre fermait extrêmement mal à tel point que quelqu’un est entré le matin dans la chambre alors que nous dormions… nous n avions pas remarqué que la porte ne s’était pas fermé de la nuit. Petit déjeuner correcte mais rien d incroyable… encore une fois c’est ahurissant pour un 4etoiles ! Anecdote… l hôtel fait de la publicité pour des restaurants qui appartiennent au même groupe. Nous nous y sommes rendus , place Navonne, nous avons littéralement été rançonnés, les serveurs ont rajouté eux même un pourboire à la carte bleue , sans nous demander notre avis, a 20%… en toute détente. En somme À FUIR.
