• Paulopoulos (10/5): Εαν το βρώ διαθέσιμο, σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά ! - Οι πληροφοριες για τα παντα, κλειδια, wifi κτλ, ηταν κατατοπιστηκες, δεν χρειαστηκε να ρωτήσουμε τιποτα !!! Το σπίτι είναι κεντρικα, 2 λεπτα απο το Μετρό της Κατεχακη. Όμορφη η θέα στην γέφυρα Καλατραβα. Δίπλα πολλες επιλογές για καφε κτλ. Το πάρκιν της Κατεχακη δίπλα. Δεν νομίζω οτι υστερούσε σε κατι.

• Γρηγόρης (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία. Το air condition του σαλονιού-καθιστικού, δεν δούλευε, δεν έβγαζε ψύξη. Ευτυχώς δούλευε του δωματίου.

• KYRIAKI (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, 3 λεπτά από τη στάση μετρό για τις μετακινήσεις.
• Frini (10/5): Υπέροχη ξεκούραστη και ηρεμη χωρίς άγχος γιατί όλα ήταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το καταλυμμα - Σε κεντρικότατο δρόμο νε πολλα μαγαζιά τριγύρω φαρμακεια περιπτερα απεναντι από μετρο με φώτα πολλα και κινηση ώστε να μην φοβάσαι να κυκλοφορήσεις ακόμα και βράδυ μόνη.

• Xristina (8/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο και καθαρό. Το δωμάτιο μύριζε συνεχως σαν να έχεις μαγειρέψει ψάρια ή κάτι άλλο έντονο. Δεν καταλάβαμε από που προερχόταν αυτή η μυρωδιά.

• Ourania (10/5): - Όλα υπέροχα!!! Καθαρό, άνετο,δύο βήματα από τον σταθμό του μετρό,με υπέροχη θέα από τα μπαλκόνι του.Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενεστατη!! Κάτω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχουν τα πάντα για φαγητό... γλυκό...καφέ.. ποτό.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.Άριστο με όλη τη σημασία της λέξης.

• Gabor (8/5): Good value for money for sightseeing - The appartement was clean, no issues at all, this was the most important for us. The location is very close to the Metro and there are buses, so reaching downtown is easy (10min). There is a bakery on the street, it was open very early at 6am. The appartement has spare beds, WiFi and small kitchen. We received all information that we needed for the stay. There is enough room for a touristic visit in Athens. Arrival: Booking app displayed the address in Greek alphabet and it is hard to read for non-Greeks. I can read Russian type of Cyrill letters, which is not the same as Greek letters, but still we had problem identifying the street name and find the number of the building and also which floor. If you have guest from abroad, please send the address in English - just to be sure. The door does not have any sign, that this is the appartement, it looks like a door to a flat. We were afraid, that if we insert the key, then somebody opens the door and calls the police, that we are intruders. I went up and down all floors, before taking this risk. Please make a sign on the door. This appartement has a rating above 9. No. In my opinion, it can not be above 9, because then which rating should we give to a fancy, brand new appartement in the center of the city or at the sea side? 15? 20? In fact, this is a GOOD, renovated and clean appartement, in an ugly, old building facing a busy street and very close to public transport. It is not exceptional, but it is fully OK and gives good value for the money. The shower: the shower curtain sticks to the naked body as the warm air elevates during taking the shower - I don't like it, because yesterday it stuck to someone else's body. Additionally the water goes out. Please install a glass door. According to map and application, X95 expres bus from/to Airport does not stop here. Either take the Metro from/to Airport (costs €9.90) OR travel to the next metro station, where X95 stops (€5.50) - we did this. X95 was coming every 10 mins early in the morning.

The only communication with the host was by text via Booking.com app. Although we didn't experience any problems it would have been better to meet or at least speak with the host.

• David (9/5): Great apartment, good transport links - Ideal size for 2 people, good transport links and local facilities, lovely little apartment. Apartment is situated above a fantastic bakery ( open 24 hours! ) and opposite a coffee shop and the local metro station. There is also a 24 hour convenience store about a 2 minute walk away. Perhaps would benefit uk visitors by having a kettle for tea making. Shower cubicle would be better than curtain.

• Angela (8/5): Very good stay if you do not mind street noise. - Good information, responsive host, apartment well equipped! Bed comfortable, air condition heats up the apartment quickly in winter time. Also coffee & small snack for a quick breakfast! (Thank you!) Location excellent for going to the airport without hassle! The hot water system could be better, it does not last for 2 persons. You have to press a button then it heats up, but goes cold again over night - maybe explain that to guests before. And there is constant car noise from the busy street below, if you are sensitive like we are, it disturbs you a lot.

• Evgenia (9/5): Nice, comfortable apartment with quick access to all the areas of Athens. - The apartment is at an excellent location, right across the metro station and above a bakery/coffee shop. The apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom with living room and small kitchen. The area is not easy for parking, but the metro makes up for it!
