• Diana (10/5): I spent a creative happy time exploring the old city jazz areas and meeting up with travellers - The property was well situated offering accommodation with easy access to the key areas of tourism The flat was beautiful! You could see the love and care gone into creating it and the facilities were excellent. The property had no negative aspects. It was a delight
• Helen (7/5): our stay was fine, the unit is small for two couples to share. - Management was cheerfully responsive, the place was immaculately clean and well located. the bathroom was exclusive, but across the hall, not ensuite. as there were accommodations for a second guest that did have en suite bathrooms it meant that we had to cross the hall to get to our bathroom which led to a feeling of lack of privacy. The shower stall was so small that it was difficult to pick up a bar of soap from the floor.

• Zan (10/5): A perfect choice for work and leisure trip in Valencia - We had a wonderful time at Arsan's flat in Valencia. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our work and leisure. The wifi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the balcony had a great view of the city. Arsan was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. Thank you, Arsan, for making our trip so memorable! Nothing!

• Elizaveta (10/5): Just perfect - The apartment was absolutely amazing, just like at pictures: cozy, modern, light and clean. There was no noise, the windows face a quiet street, I slept like a baby. The bed was big enough and comfortable, the blanket was warm, the kitchen had all the dish ware needed, the living room and workplace were spacious and perfect for rest and study - you want to work there even if you didn’t intend to. 😄 The owner Arsan was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much, felt just like home. Maybe if you have a lot of clothes, the wardrobe may be too small (I stayed in the smaller room). But overall, it was enough.

Not enough towles for our stay (7 nights) We got one toilett roll for 2 people for 7 nights and to buy our own after. The kitchen didn't have spices and basic stuff eventhough the facilities were there. For example no baking paper, no oil to cook. In the room with the patio the wind blows and makes noises through the door.
• Mirjana (10/5): Exceptional - I would recommend this place if you are staying in Valencia even though it's about 20mins walk from the old town. We met Arsan when we arrived, he is such a nice, warm and welcoming host. He gave us suggestions on so many cool places (where to eat, how to get around and other interesting & important stuff...) Every place from the list we checked was amazing. Apt is very clean, everything is new and as displayed in the pics, cozy and comfortable. It is also perfect if you are planning to work remotely as it has a nice and very well equipped office. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitelly come back again. :)
