Tina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful. Lots of space. Staff greeted us upon arrival and even left a bottle of wine and a note with details of local shops and a taxi number. The location was perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely re-book when in Florence.
