• Alma (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Abbiamo scelto la struttura per la posizione quindi questo era un punto a suo favore. La camera è bella arredata con uno stile moderno e pulita. Peccato che non avesse un armadio ma per la quantità di giorni che dovevamo starci ci è bastato l'appendiabiti. Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento della proprietaria, c'è stato un disguido che è stato gestito male e non mi è piaciuto il suo comportamento e le sue insinuazioni. Non penso che ci ritornerò.

• Švarc (10/5): Exceptional - Accommodation in a quiet street with a location near a metro stop. The owner communicates very quickly.
• Veselin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament was very clean and we have everything that we need. The comunication with the owner was great. There was a metro station and a bus stop nearby which made the transportation very easy. The neighborhood is nice and calm and there are cafes , supermarkets and pharmacies near the apartament.

• Ivana (8/5): Very good - Room was very clean with big bathroom and comfy bed. Self check in was very easy. Nice neighborhood. Only 3 minutes walk to the Bologna Metro station that goes to the center, very convenient. It feels like a very safe neighborhood. It is a ground floor room, and walls are quite thin. So if people are a bit louder you can hear it. It might affect your sleep if you are a light sleeper. Also the room has less natural light that shown. But you are mostly out sightseeing anyway, so it's not really an issue.
• Đivo (9/5): Great - Nice small apartment for 2 people close to metro. Simple but really cozy. Few things missing like an iron and fridge in the room. There is one but shared in front of the room. Also shower is quite small.

Far from the center of Rome, but it didn't matter at all, the metro was really only a short distance from the apartment. Communication with Beatrice was very fast, she was friendly and helpful the whole time.
• Nikolay (9/5): Enjoyed the stay. - Location is great, literally just around the corner from the metro station, sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The host been always in touch and very helpful. Seamless check in. You could hear some noise from the corridor and mind that the apartment is on ground floor, and even though it’s a peaceful place it’s unlikely you’ll be able to sleep with the windows open.

• Oksana (8/5): accomodation was good enought - good value for money! room design, comfortable bad, TV, coffee machine always available, clean! easy check in, helpful Beatrice location. maybe for couple days it is better to stay in the centr. metro is near to accomodations, but it was very exhausted after long day in the centr. very poor soundproofing, but for this kind of accomodations it is more like a norm
• Edin (9/5): We were very happy with the overall experience with BEA'S GUESTHOUSE - Prefect location of the guesthouse. Just across the street from the Metro station. In the heart of the budging plaza Bologna area with lots of nice places, caffes, restaurants, shops and more. Great hospitality, excellent agile manager and the staff. The place is a ground floor and window shutters close immediately once you leave the room. therefore the air in the room can be little stalled when you get back. Not a reason to complain at all, just to mention it.
