• YUKI (9/5): 悩んでここの宿泊施設に決めて良かったです！Grazie - テルミニ駅から歩いて7.8分。トレビの泉やスペイン広場に行くには20分ほど歩きますが、その間観光を楽しめるので遠く感じないです。テルミニ駅からコロッセオやバチカンまで地下鉄で15分ぐらいで行けます。 宿泊施設の近くには飲食店や特にスーパーマーケットが近くにあったのが嬉しかったです。 管理人さんはとても親切で翻訳機を使って受け答えもしてくれたので助かりました。 部屋も綺麗でとくに水面周りが清潔だったのが嬉しかったです。シャワーの水圧も温度も申し分ないです。 クッキーやケーキ、コーヒーも置いてあってホスピタリティに溢れています。 管理人さんは朝から昼までの滞在でその時間内なら色々と対応してくれます。それ以降は不在になります。 総合して素敵な滞在時間を過ごせました！ ありがとうございました。 特にないです！ 強いて言うならこれは仕方ないですが、少し歩いた先に治安の悪いエリアがあります。気になる方はその道を避けるか夜遅い外出は避けた方がいいです。

• Maria (10/5): Recommended for a nice and central stay in Rome - The location was very convenient and with good connections, the room was very clean and quiet despite the noise outside, the bed was comfortable, and the hostess was very polite and willing to assist us with an early check-in and storing our luggage after checking out. The bathroom in our room was a bit too tight. Also, given the relatively high price we would expect more toiletries and treats in the room. However, they didn't affect our much pleasant stay.

• Baynham (10/5): Fantastic room in a great location with amazing staff. - The property was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the location was excellent with an 18 minute walk to the Colosseum, lots of eateries around the area and a short walk to the international train station. The staff are helpful and were very accommodating. There was air conditioning but it didn’t chill the room as much as we would have liked. But that is what we like and takes nothing away from the room.
• Irina (10/5): We loved the location and the accommodations! - This B&B was located in a great area, we felt very safe and very local. You can easily walk to historic sites like the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, and more! The accommodations were great, the rooms are very clean and easily accessible, we had an easy time checking-in and they were kind enough to let us store our luggage there while we waited for our train on our check-out day. The bed we had was a little hard, so if you have trouble with a hard bed, I would perhaps ask for extra pillows. The bathroom was a bit small but that is to be expected in Italy. We're relatively small people so it wasn't an issue but I can see a bigger person having trouble with this.

Нас заселили раніше, ніж ми писали, і це нас врятувало від сильної зливи, дякуюємо. Все нове, у душевой є засоби для душу. Ліжко зручне і комфортне. Шумоїзоляція нульова. Просто ні яка. Чутно все, що у інших гостей в номерах робиться, та те що у коридорі і на вулиці, спати не дуже приємно.

• Tim (9/5): Enjoyable and in a great location - The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to many of the sites. There were tea/coffee making facilities available in the room which was replenished daily. The rooms were clean and the staff were lovely. There was minimal soundproofing between the rooms themselves, so could hear noises especially from the nearby road overnight. The check in was self service but there was a receptionist available on occasions. It would have been helpful to have given times to know when to expect someone and to leave a note re: breakfast arrangements.

• Maja (9/5): Great location for late arrivals from the airport :) - We stayed one night, after arriving late at night from the airport (as it is very close to Termini station). Easy communication, easy self check-in. Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Good soundproofing. Having tea and coffee in the room was nice. We were also able to leave our luggage until we had to continue our journey which was also convenient.

• IVAN (10/5): - Todo. La ubicación es perfecta, estás enfrente de santa maría maggiore, la estación del tren está a 5 min andando. Para conocer y moverse es la mejor zona sin duda. Luego la atención de Gemma ha sido increible, incluso se ocupó de llamarnos ella al taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Habitación perfecta y la limpieza excepcional impoluta y el olor muy agradable. Tienes cafetera y tetera y aparte tienes simpre bizcocho y pastas para que puedas hacer un tentempie para estar listo y salir a conocer. 100% recomendable🙂 El no poder pasar más días allí 😔

• Rafael (10/5): Highly recommend! I’ll be back. - The apartment was spotless, with fresh new furniture and a modern bathroom. The location is perfect, close to tourist attractions and the metro from the airport. Communication with the host was excellent. We did a self check-in with the provided instructions and everything went smoothly. It was quite easy to find using Google Maps. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with coffee in the room and the cookies and cake available at the reception.

Gemma at the reception was super accommodating, communication was extremely easy, we were able to access our room earlier which by the way was spotless. The room was spacious, great mattress and overall super comfortable ans convenient. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at reception area after check out which was a big help. PS - Kids loved the cake from the reception 🫣 Nothing.

• Arnie (10/5): The perfect hotel for what we needed. - Very clean and modern room. Everything as described. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage by reception after checkout for the day which was a massive help. The hotel was 5 mins from Roma Termini the main train station and within a 25min walk of all the main attractions. It is based in the heart of the city so you walk outside the front door and instantly feel all the culture. Would definitely recommend.
