• marc antoine (10/5): Top à refaire ! - L’appartement est bien équipé, près de pas mal de magasins et dans un quartier calme, l’appartement est vraiment bien, il correspond à toutes les attentes que l’on attend pour les vacances.

• Katarina (9/5): - Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, gute Küchenausstattung, die Betten haben gute Matratzen. Es ist groß genug, dass man mit 4 Personen hier schlafen kann. Zu der Apartment-Anlage gehört ein sehr moderner Fitnessraum und ein Pool. Einen festen Parkplatz gibt es in dem angeschlossenen Parkhaus von dem man direkten Zugang zur Wohnung hat. Alles ist sehr sicher, das Parkhaus ist abgeschlossen und für fremde nicht zugänglich. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt

• Narghast (9/5): - Zona tranquilla residenziale e pratica per muoverti in LA. Parcheggio incluso comodissimo. Piccolo balcone. Le nelle stanze erano scarse. La lavatrice non funzionava.

• HERZI (9/5): - Nous avons tout aimé. La localisation est parfaite à quelques minutes en voiture de Santa Monica et de l’aéroport international. Le parking est fermé et sécurisé. Les alentours sont très calmes. Et la Marina est à quelques pas à pied. Que dire de l’appartement ! Il offre tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour être à l’aise. Les explications à distance du Loueur était parfaite, idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants avec en prime la mezzanine à l’étage. Je recommande sans aucun aspect négatif.
• Giovanna (10/5): Nice! :) - Amazing location, close to Venice beach and Alex was very friendly. I’d come back! We had an issue with the front door lock every time. I’m not sure if the battery is low, but whenever we left it was difficult to lock the loft, and when we returned we had to spend a few minutes figuring out how to “turn it on” and put the code.

• Barbara (8/5): Obiekt jest idealny, jeśli chcesz zaoszczędzić na parkingu oraz jedzeniu na mieście, ponieważ kuchnia pozwala na samodzi - Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe, duża przestrzeń w mieszkaniu, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pralka i suszarka Mieszkanie nie było dokładnie wysprzątane, a w łazience cały czas kapała woda z sufitu do wanny

• patrick (10/5): The host communicated very well. I had a great time. - very close to the beaches and great restaurants. Not far from the airport, so that was also a plus.
• Kristen (9/5): Great for a tight knit group wanting to be close to the beach without paying beach prices - It was clean and well stocked with towels, beach towels, coffee, etc. The location was great for walking to Venice beach The only thing was that there is a noisy drip of water from the ceiling into the bathtub (I’m assuming from the AC unit)
