• Guest (10/5): - Good location, good value, had a fridge, balcony, friendly owner who picked us up from the harbor and served us fresh homemade lemonade and candied orange and lemon peels. Owner gave us good recommendations of things to do in the area and advise about public transport.

• Guest (10/5): - Quiet and convenient location (to the sea for swimming, a walk around the peninsula (and various beaches), restaurants, market, easy bus ride to the Old City, etc.) . Wonderful accommodations and hosts who go the extra mile (literally, by picking us up at the ferry port). Fresh organic lemonade and candied orange peel from the garden's fruit were a special and welcome extra upon arrival in the summer heat. Access to washing machine and plenty of drying space was very helpful. Informative, reachable, warm, and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but nothing serious.

• Sofia (9/5): Best spot for a beachy Dubrovnik stay - Hosts were lovely and provided lemonade and sweets on arrival. They also gave us super useful tips. While it's a wee way out of the old town, the bus stop to the old town is less than 3 minutes walk and it only takes 15 mins to get there max. It's also close to beautiful swimming spots, a supermarket and loads of restaurants. Generous sized bed There's not much to fault here but if you have mobility issues or big luggage just be aware of the 2 floors of stairs to climb

Bedroom was comfortable, quiet, with a nice patio. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, even gave a small treat of lemonade and sweets on arrival. Shared Bathroom and facilities were great, would stay again! Nothing, great value for money and good for the short stay I needed

• Anonymous (10/5): Affordable and comfortable stay in a central location - If you want affordable, no frills place to stay with a great location - then this is the hotel for you. The owners were incredibly welcoming, met us when we came and let us check in at 9am, brought some cold beverages and a treat, and the facilities also had laundry. Steps from the bus that takes you directly to Old Town Dubrovnik, as well as a short walk to the main promenade and beach. The balcony had a lovely view, air con worked perfectly, the water pressure was excellent in the shower. There are a few sets of stairs to get up to the rooms, so keep this in mind if you are bringing a large suitcase.

Very solid and uncomfortable mattress, too old and soft pillows, bed frame too loud/squeaky at the smallest movement. Some coffee, milk, etc. in the room would be great addition. One of the 2 wardrobes was locked/not working.

• Niko (10/5): A great welcome to Dubrovnik. Flexible hosts who welcomed us at a very late hour made our stay very nice. If I return to - Great location, spotless clean everywhere. Bed super comfortable. Very nice and helpful hosts. Steep stairs leading up to the property. Didn’t affect our stay, but people with physical disabilities might have trouble getting up.

Easy to travel to old town or any other attractions. Best thing still was the staff. We read all great ratings before booking but still our expectations were exceeded. They made our holiday even better. So helpful and lovely people. We can’t name any.

The room has air conditioner which was just what we needed after long days in the sun.The bathrooms were always clean and we always had hot water in the shower. The place is 10 min away from copaccabana beach so we couldnt ask for a better location.Just an amazing place and an amazing host who also was so nice to keept our luggage after the check out so we could enjoy the day befor our flight. Highly recommend! Nothing. We loved the place

Great bakery across the street, right by the bus to the old town, close to a large nature park. Air conditioning and tea kettle / bowls set up was useful. Parking in front was super helpful. It’s near a busy street, but the room is pretty sound proof. Great view from balcony / garden / clothes drying rack. Dubrovik is too expensive, so you see that reflected in the price.
• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality was great we were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived. We were provided with fresh lemonade and homemade sweets when we were arrived. The air conditioning was a nice addition and room had a fridge amd tea and coffee facitilities. It was located right beside a bus stop into old town and a few mins walk from the beach and lovely restaurants and supermarkets. It was excellent and i would definitely stay again

The room has air-conditioning and a small balcony, kettle and a fridge, all useful for staying a few days. The beach area and walks around the area are wonderful. Easy bus ride to the old town. The apartment has washing machines at extra charge if needed. one has to go up a steep flight of stairs, it maybe challenging for some people.

• Chao (8/5): Near public transportation and the beach - The host was cool and ready to help.. They offered a cold drink when we arrived in a hot day. The apartment is well situated and near the bus station of line 6 to go to the old Town, and 5 min walk to the beach. The balcony is cute, just do remember to take anti-moustic spray.. It's a pitty that the bed is not very comfortable. It is too soft and makes a lot of noise.
