- Ghalib (1/5): Bad - Staff are nice The place is hot and very small. The pictures are deceptive. There is too much of a smoke smell. It is not comfortable at all. I asked for a refund, but they didn't refund me, and Booking was not helpful at all. Nobody responded, and no refund was issued. We couldn't stay, so we had to book another place, which made us lose money for a place we didn't stay in.
