• Gill_Ryan (10/5): Fabulous stay, location and view stunning. - The Location and view were exceptional. You can hear the sound of the waves from the beach below. It was very relaxing. Nice outdoor area for alfresco dining. Noise from the bar downstairs but this was mostly during the day.
• Gordon (8/5): Overall had a great stay at the apartment, the views were amazing & the location was great, would definitely come ba - Stunning views from the large balcony during the day & night, the apartment was in a very central location & close to bars & restaurants in the Old Town. The bedrooms were a good size & the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the appliances you needed for making a meal or having breakfast. The decor was a bit dated & the 3 piece suite had covers on it so you didn’t see the stains. Also the shower was difficult to operate & had a high step up to get into it.

• Bram (7/5): Locatie en een verbluffend uitzicht in een versleten appartement - De reden waarom je dit appartement zou boeken is de uitstekende locatie en het adembenemende uitzicht. Het appartement heef teen ruim terras wat zeker aangenaam is in de lente en en herfst. In der zomer kan het misschien te warm zijn. Het appartement is dringend toe aan renovatie. Voor de prijs valt dit toch eerder in een luxesigment. Echter het meubilair, de keuken, servies, terras en badkamer geven een versleten indruk. Een gescheurde zonnewering, een handvat dat ontbreekt aan de keukenkast, afbladderende verf van muren, een douche die verstopt was en loshangt, een raam dat door de wind telkens openvloog en niet gesloten kon worden (werd pas drie dagen na de klacht bij de agent hersteld). De elektriciteitskabels en leidingen zijn ook in bedenkelijke staat. Een compensatie door het agentschap bij deze booking was niet meer mogelijk maar wel als ik rechtstreeks zou booken bij hen voor een volgend verblijf in een van hun andere appartmenten. Ze zagen het probleem wel in maar de eigenaar wil er niets aan doen.
• James (10/5): A lovely stay in the perfect location. Will definitely return - Location was excellent. Right on the edge of old town and a lovely seaview Not a bit issue, but just to let people know, there are no lifts. This cannot be helped due to the design of the building.

• Darja (10/5): Great stay, great location, amazing view - Omg this property is fantastic, the best location I’d ever seen, everything so close, the beach, shops, promenades and outstanding view . Andrea has sent very clear instructions with pictures and videos how to get the keys, she was very nice and was responding very quick and were very helpful. We are planning to come back next year.

• Neil (9/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location - The location is fantastic. In between both beaches and near the old town. The balcony is HUGE with amazing views. Lots of restaurants and bars 2 mins away. Goos strong very hot shower. There is a washing machine that is handy too. No air con in one of the bedrooms. Even with the door left open the air con from the living room didn't cool the room down enough. These next 2 might sound petty but there was not enough toilet paper for 4 people for a week and not enough bin bags. We obviously bought our own but everywhere else we've stayed they've always provided these things. I'm sure if we'd asked they probably would have given us extra, however I don't think you should have to ask.
• Samantha (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the apartment the views were stunning . - Stunning views excellent location overlooking the beach . Needs a bit updating , there was no sun loungers on the balcony .
• Wayne (6/5): Great location and with a little bit of attention could be fantastic. - Location was fantastic and the views from the apartment were amazing. The size of the rooms were very good. The area was quiet at night, allowing for a good sleep. Water pressure was also good. Bathroom mirror was fantastic. Many hazards. Wires across doorways, water was so hot at certain times of the day which could easily scald you, the environment was very dusty. There are no mirrors in the second bedroom and the blinds did little to keep light out. The terrace door was almost impossible to open, extremely stiff. There were stains all over the cushions on the sofa and only one toilet roll provided for 4 people for 5 nights. The TV was not a smart tv so unable to watch anything other than local television. Mirror in the main bedroom was cracked and the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. There is a high step in/out of shower so anyone with mobility issues may struggle/ slip. Many of the cups were chipped.

• Heatherlou23 (10/5): Stunning location, view and outside space in the best part of Benidorm - I dont think there is another self catering property in Benidorm with a view and location as good as this one. It was spacious and well kitted out, and the bedrooms were spaced apart enough for everyone to get some of their own time. The air con worked well (it was up against it with the weather we had). The company who manages the property were great at communicating with us how we got the keys etc. They sent me a string of WhatsApp messages the day before and included photos and videos to help. The washing machine was really handy. The outside space was massive and there was enough furniture for a lot more people than the apartment sleeps. We ordered an online shop to arrive the morning we got there, and the fridge freezer was a good size to keep all our bits in. I really don't think we could have found a better property in Benidorm for our trip, we felt very smug looking at our balcony from Playa del mas beach. Sliding doors were pretty difficult to open!
• Maggie (10/5): Exceptional - The views are amazing and close to the old town bar and restaurants. It's perfect for adults or familys with older children 😁we will definitely return 😁 The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, there is 72 steps down to the beach. It would be difficult for children with prams and any elderly people with walking issues. There is also a bar on the ground floor but it was not too loud for us.
• Tracy (10/5): Fab apartment in excellent location, we will definitely book this again - Alvaro met us at the allocated parking & took us to the apartment. He was friendly & helpful & made sure we had all the information we needed before he left. The location was great, with fabulous views & easy access to both the old & new town, with nice restaurants & bars nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy until around midnight (there are some craft stalls on the quayside facing the apartment, which are lovely, but they attract quite a few visitors), and there is a bar just below the apartment, The bar isn't noisy in the evening, but light sleepers in the front bedroom may hear the tables & chairs being set up at around 7am each day. Having said this, it's not going to stop me from booking this accommodation again because it's a great apartment with a large balcony area & in a great location, Nothing not to like really, we will come here again.
