• Marta (1/5): Estafada, vergonzoso. Nunca me he encontrado nada igual. - Nunca pasa nada hasta que pasa, y a mí me pasó. Hice una reserva de una cuantía de casi 800€ para dos personas y 3 noches. Cuando fui al alojamiento, no estaban las llaves y tardaron 30min en traerlas. Al entrar al piso, nos lo encontramos inundado, el hombre que vino a traernos las llaves ya se había ido. Volvimos a llamar y tardó otros 25min en venir. Nos reubicaron a un lugar más lejano diciéndonos que se encontraba cerca andando, algo que no fue para nada cierto, no tenía agua caliente, y al llegar también tuvimos que hacer un scaperoom por todo el edificio porque las llaves no estaban donde nos dijo que estarían. Al día siguiente la mujer de la limpieza nos dijo que teníamos que irnos, sin aviso del gestor del alojamiento, lo tuve que llamar yo para ver qué pasaba. Volvimos al piso inicial, tampoco había agua caliente. Fernando, el gestor, evita nuestras llamadas y se opone a dar compensación alguna. Qué pena que haya gente así, solo mirando por su propio interés y por hacer negocio. Ni valores ni educación. No me había encontrado con nada igual antes y con un trato tan irrespetuoso.
• Ionut Daniel (8/5): Very enjoyable short stay in the heart of Triana - Good location, walking distance to every major landmark. 15 min walk to the fiesta, 20 min to Plaza Espana, 35 min walk to Setas. Air conditioning, DolceGusto coffee machine, plenty of light, a desk to work on, terrace. The kitchenette has every basic item that you need. Washing machine and dishwasher were also a plus. Staff very helpful. I had issues with hot water and they were very prompt sending somebody to fix it. Floor could be a bit better vacuumed. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen and 1-2 capsules of coffee upon arrival would be nice. There was no sugar, so I had to get a full box, but I think that was just unfortunate, I don’t think it happens in general

• Ramon (8/5): - it felt very homely and there was lots of natural light, it also a had a small terrace which was nice overall everything was perfect but there were a few stains on the bed covers

• Siarhei (8/5): Excellent apartment, I recommend it. - The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. I really liked the terrace on the second floor. Also, the very large and comfortable bed on the second floor. The apartment is very bright and sunny thanks to the glass ceiling. The host didn't reply to my messages, even though I had written to him more than a day before our arrival to ask how we could get inside. But once we arrived, we called him and he sent us instructions, so the check-in went smoothly.

• Robert (7/5): The apartment is quite spacious. Lots of light, lots of ants. - No breakfast, it is an apartment. It poured down rain the whole time I was there so I got a very good idea of how comfortable the place was. It is very comfortable. There is a nice terrace which I didn't use much. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Lots of electrical plugs. Plenty of towels. Bed is very comfy. The decor was not my cup of tea. Speaking of which the coffee machine leaked everywhere. That's of though, I shared all my food with many tiny little ants anyway. Not much in the neighborhood to thrill a person.

• Kiora (10/5): I loved the space- clean and cozy with everything I needed! - I love the decor and how cozy they made the space- it is a little cold this time of year but there are so many blankets to use! Host was very nice to meet me and give me the keys.
