• Zoran (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay at Tijana's apartment with a beautiful terrace. - An ideal place for one or two people, equipped with everything you need, from a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom to excellent heating, but a particular gem is the very spacious terrace that is sunny all day long. The apartment is extremely quiet and very sunny, as it is fully south-facing and within a quiet residential block. The location is excellent, in a quiet and noble area with all the necessary amenities nearby and excellent public transport connections to all other parts of London, including Heathrow Airport. Tijana is a very accessible owner of the apartment, always available and supportive. The key-handling staff are very professional. I really enjoyed my stay there. In general, the apartment is very clean and well prepared for welcoming guests, but the dishes were unnecessarily dirty, so I tidied them up myself, as I usually do... The garden furniture on the terrace does not inspire confidence due to its wear and tear, but that did not prevent me from using it with pleasure... The contact phone number shown on the booking confirmation appears as a non-existent number, but Tijana immediately responds to every written message via booking.com...
• dalia wagner (3/5): - החדר קטו ןצפוף, לא מתרים ל 3 אנשים. הובטחה מיטה זוגית ובפועל היתה מיטה וחצי. ובמיטה המתקפלת יש קרש באמצע והשינה נאד לא נוחה. בחדר עצמו אין חלון ורק הדלת למרפסת נפתחת, ואם יורד גשם המים נכנסים לדירה ואין לאן להוציא את הצינור של המזגן. זה מזגן קטן נייד והצינור היה מתפורר מכל תזוזה. האמבטיה גבוהה וקשה להיכנס ולצאת ממנה. הדירה ממוקמת בקומה גבוהה ועם מזוודות קשה מאד לעלות כל כך הרבה מדרגות. והמיקום קצת מרוחק ממקומות מרכזיים. נרשם שיש טלוויזיה בדירה והיתה טלוויזיה מפורקת במחסן. כשכתבנו לבעלת הדירה היא אמרה שהיא לא אחראית למה שבוקינג מפרסם. בקיצור, אין תמורה למחיר ששולם ואני לא ממליצה להגיע לדירה הזו בשום אופן.

• Liat (3/5): It’s the first time we give a negative review. - A small and well equipped apartment - for a couple it can be nice As mentioned in previous reviews, the toilet has a long-standing problem. It began with slow and ineffective flushing — from minimal / light use — and escalated. After just two nights, the toilet became completely unusable. This resulted in a strong, unpleasant odor in the flat — a real sanitation problem— and forced us to rely on public restrooms during our stay. When we contacted the host on Saturday, he initially claimed the issue was our fault and offered to send a plumber at our expense. Only after we firmly insisted that this was a recurring issue unrelated to our use did he agree to call a plumber — who was only available on Monday. While we understand that arranging a plumber over the weekend can be difficult, the situation itself, combined with the host’s initial attitude, was disappointing and frustrating
