• Olga (10/5): - У меня остались очень приятные и положительные впечатления о самой квартире и ее владельце. Квартира расположена в новом красивом высотном доме, с очень удобной инфраструктурой. С ресепшном, в холе что обеспечивает дополнительную безопасность и на этаж не может прийти чужой человек. Внизу дома есть приятные кафе, рядом находиться торговый центр с бутиками и продуктовым магазином. Дом расположен рядом с большой и удобной транспортной развязкой и вам не составит труда добраться в любую точку города. Сама квартира с новым ремонтом с удобной планировкой с климат контролем, что добавляет удобства и уюта. В квартире есть все необходимы предметы для комфортной жизни. Очень красиво и чисто. Отдельное спасибо за удобную кровать, и матрас, спишь как младенец. Хозяин очень приятный человек готовый вам помочь, и решить ваши вопросы. Очень пунктуальный и мне лично помог добраться до квартиры, так как я не ориентировалась в городе. Мое время заселения было достаточно поздним после 22.30 и хозяин квартиры ждал и сопровождал меня в пути по телефону, что было очень важно для меня. Так же в тот день что я уезжала, а это было 7.30 утра он прибыл в точное время к моему отъезду из квартиры не опаздывая. Так как моя поездка была связана с посещением выставки, то могу сказать, что расположение квартиры идеальное для посещения этого, выставочный центр находиться на против дома 5 минут ходьбы. Всем советую данную локацию. Вам будет удобно и уютно в этом месте. Недалеко от дома проходит оживленная трасса, если окно у Вас открыто, то может доходит шум от дороги, но в квартире хороший климат контроль возможно открытие окон Вам не потребуется.

• Marcello (10/5): Absolutely the very best in Istanbul, 200% recomended, stay here if you can - Absolutely fantastic! I have stayed in over 150 apartments / hotels and I have only given a 10 rating once before... this is the second time I will do so because it really is a jewel of a place. Everything is new and high quality, everything was impeccably clean, the matress is so comfortable, washer and dryer worked beautifully, plentiful amount of towels, shampoo and conditioner as well. There was complimentary water and some really tasty almonds and chocolate. There is nothing that one can say was not top quality...and the host Mr. Hakan was such a pleasure to deal with, always ready to help and just an overall wonderful person. Stay here if you can, I guarantee you will be absolutely satisfied. Thank you! I was a little afraid of the distance from the touristy areas but really and truly with the wonderful public transport system that Isntanbul has it is no problem at all. Bus 76D takes you from the door of the residence to Taksim Square in about 50 minutes.

• Erhan Y. (10/5): Für ein kurz Trip nach Istanbul war es Ideal für uns. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nach uns erkundigt. Auch sind gute Cafés und Imbisse vor Ort. Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Einfach eine Istanbul Kart (Busticket) kaufen und immer wieder aufladen. Was noch zu erwähnen ist, das der Gastgeber Sachen da gelassen hat für den Privaten Gebrauch. (Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Shampoo, eigentlich finde ich nichts auszusetzen. Einfach Top) Leider ist gerade eine große Baustelle, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut Isoliert und schirmen den Lärm ab. Und bei der Hitze lässt man lieber die Fenster (Juli 2025) zu und dafür die Klimaanlage an. Nachts kann man man die Fenster dann auch öffnen.
