• Aylin (6/5): Preis-Leistung okay, wenn man dort nur schläft und abends ankommt - Der Preis. Es war nicht geputzt, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil sind die Möbel und die Wände kaputt. Alles in allem geht es für eine Nacht, aber nicht darüber hinaus. Die Duschen waren schimmelig.
• naomi (4/5): - Lovely breakfast; great homemade pancakes, central location, about 5 mins walk to the centre. Apartment was cold when we arrived, can’t adjust the AC (controlled by reception), WiFi didn’t work at all! Needs an upgrade throughout the apartment.
• Mira (4/5): Huono - Aamupala oli hyvä Hämähäkinseitit roikkuivat katosta, sängyn alla järkyttävän kokoisia pölypalloja, sähköjohto oli jesarilla teipattu... Televisio lakksi toimimasta joka päivä klo 10 jälkeen. Ilmalämpöpumppu puhalsi niin järkyttävällä tavalla koko ajan, ettei pöydän vieressä voinut istua, koska tuuli suoraan päin naamaa. Itse ei saanut pumppua säädettyä. Huoneessa haju oli jokseenkin kamala. Henkilökunta oli todella kyllästynyttä, eikä meiltä edes kysytty poislähtiess ”miten viihdyitte/ tervetuloa uudelleen”. Yhtenä iltana, kun yritti saunaan mennä, niin kortti ei toiminut, vaikka meillä oli majoitus edelleen voimassa.. todella kehnoa palvelua hintaan nähden. Emme valitse tätä enää toiste!

• Janne (3/5): En tule toista kertaa, enkä voi suositella kenellekään. - Asunto haisi voimakkaasti "vanhalle mummolalle". Ja kaikki perheestämme saivat oireita huonosta ilmasta, esim. kurkun karheutta, silmien punotusta, nokat aamulla tukossa. Lisäksi aamupala on kehno, esim. munakokkeli oli harmaata, mehut oli kaikki laimennettu melkein vedeksi.
• Elisabeth (6/5): De locatie is goed, maar er zijn nog heel veel verbeterpunten voordat het dit bedrag waard is. - Je kan de sleutel ophalen bij het hotel, dit is 50 meter lopen en prima te doen. Vriendelijke receptie, maar verwacht geen topservice. Als je een uur eerder wilt inchecken moet je al betalen. Je zware koffer vol met warme winterkleding moet je zelf naar het huisje sjouwen door de sneeuw. Maar het is te doen. Het huisje staat op rustige plaats net iets buiten het centrum, met een kleine 10 minuten lopen zit je in hartje Rovaniemi. Met leuke restaurants, barretjes, winkels en excursie mogelijkheden. Voor gezinnen met kinderen is de locatie goed. Kids kunnen rondom het huisje volop in de sneeuw spelen. Het ontbijt is standaard maar meer dan prima. Er is een leuke speelhoek bij het ontbijt. Er liggen genoeg sleetjes rondom het huisje die je altijd mee op pad kan nemen. De keuken in het huisje functioneert goed. (inclusief fornuis, oven en magnetron) Wifi is goed, er is goed bereik om nog wat te kunnen werken. Het huisje is flink verouderd en niet comfortabel. Het heeft mij circa €4000 gekost voor 6 nachten slapen. Zodra je gedoucht hebt is de badkamer een groot zwembad, alles is zeiknat en je krijgt het niet fatsoenlijk droog. Veel haren op de grond van de voorgangers Je kan niet nog even snel naar het toilet zonder natte sokken te krijgen. Voor 6 nachten hebben wij 1 handdoek gekregen per persoon. Er is geen tussentijdse schoonmaak. Er lag 1 vieze oude vaatdoek, die je niet aan durfde te raken. Geen enkele theedoek te bekennen voor de afwas. De eerste dagen was het koud, kachel kwam niet boven de 18/19 graden uit terwijl het buiten -15 graden was. Na een paar dagen zakte de buitentemperatuur naar -27 en hebben ze de kachel aangestuurd en kregen we de temperatuur niet onder de 25 graden. Gelukkig warm, maar iets te. Televisie kregen we niet aan. De meubelen zijn gammel. De tafelpoten zitten los onder de tafel, de krukjes wankelen. Het bed in een van de woonkamer is niet heel stabiel, de middenpoot staat hartstikke scheef. Op een andere slaapkamer zak ik (met 65 kg) al bijna door het bed heen zodra je in het midden gaat zitten. Het klinkt of ook hier de poten los zitten. Er zijn 2 haardrogers, maar 1 die werkt. Op alle bedden lag een sprei, deze zijn nog nooit uitgewassen. Vol met vlekken en smurrie. Kortom de locatie is goed, maar er zijn nog heel veel verbeterpunten voordat het dit bedrag waard is. Ondanks de viezigheid hebben we wel een hele leuke vakantie gehad.

You will get privacy as the house is far from the other houses. Great that they had an extra bed in the hall. Dishwasher is missing. Slightly far away from the mall. Early checkin would have been awesome.

• Knut (7/5): Would recommend this to anyone looking for a priceworthy stay. - Nice and well equipped appartment, with privacy, separate from the hotel building. Hot water missing in appartment, but we were offered shower in sauna area. Worked well for a one night stay.
• Mikko (3/5): Sad ending for a good stay - Location is great and I can believe that this could be a great place to stay with a family or a group because you can get your own house. There was supposed to be 24h reception it was closed when I tried to leave at 7am. I called and heard the phone ringing behind at the reception desk. After a while cursing and shouting breaks the silence and a lady comes from the back to pick up the phone. Frustrated comments continue but I manage to check out. I will definitely not come back.
