• Soraya (1/5): Pésima en este apartamento - La ubicación Al estar en el centro, mucho ruido, las noches sin dormir El trato no ha sido bueno, pedí si podía dejar las maletas antes del check in y me fue dando largas de el día anterior, no mañana, en vez de decirme que no. Llegamos al apartamento y estaba la basura de los anteriores y no fueron capaces de ir a quitarla. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio. No cocinamos y el fregadero con pegotones y el baño lleno de pelos.Demasiado ruido por las noches. Es un piso convertido en 2 apartamentos por lo tanto se oye mucho a los del apartamento de al lado. Hacia frío y ni una manta. En el dormitorio ni cortinas, por lo tanto te expones a que te vean los de enfrente o tienes que estar con la persiana de día bajada. He ido varias veces a Santander y este alojamiento ha sido el más incómodo. No lo recomiendo aunque la ubicación sea buena
• Georgi (3/5): Disappointing attitude from the owners, flat was as seen on pictures however it is noisy. - Was clean and is very central. Although it can get quite noisy at night. We were meant to check in at 16. They told us just an hour before the check in that it won’t be possible and that it would be at 18. Later on we were advised that it might be at 20. We travelled long time to get to Santander and we had two days to enjoy the city and spend one of the two days on the phone with the representative of the flat. We really wanted to take a shower and go enjoy the city but in the end we had to just leave our luggages at 17:30. The cleaning lady arrived the same time as us to do the cleaning of the flat. As a compensation we were offered 10% off of next booking with this company 😅 Additionally it’s been 3 weeks since our stay at the flat and we have requested an invoice and every day we receive a message saying “sure, we will send it” and it has not been sent as of today. Honestly it has been my worst experience with Booking or an Airbnb flat. Would not recommend.

• Pearse (8/5): I can recommend this apartment - The location is really good. A few minutes walk down to the seafront and I think I walked to the Bus and Train Stations in less than 15 minutes. There are many really good bar/ restaurants and cafés close by yet no noise reached the apartment. There were a couple of problems that the apartment management fully resolved on request.
• David (10/5): Comfortable & peaceful stay - Close to the bus station, near lots of bars & restaurants. Situated in an old block but once inside the apartment, EVERYTHING was brand new - it had just been refurbished. I didn’t use the kitchen, but I did get some beers from the Lupa Supermercado 2 minutes away, and drank them on the balcony, listening to the church bells as night fell. A peaceful & comfortable stay. I can’t think of anything.
