• Jan (10/5): stay really good just needed to sort out information of getting key as overseas number never worked - location was so good for tram and view was really good pillows
• Linda (7/5): Docklands pros and cons - The apartment was well appointed with beautiful views of the bay. Walking distance to almost everything. The apartment was larger than most others we found on booking.com. We found it nice and clean, with crisp linen and enough towels for everyone. We loved the gym and heated pool. One shower head was not working properly. Also, the A/C was not working- this was address almost immediately but was not fixed until day 3 of our stay, and then when we went to use the dishwasher is had an error- we rang and walked down to the office where you collect your keys from to complain, our calls texts were ignored and some excuse was made for the computer system when we raised it in person. The mattresses were firm/hard, and the pillows were thin. The sofa was dirty and stained. There was an oversight with our daughters bedding for the fold out couch - this was corrected within the hour.

• Boydell (8/5): - It was great value for families. Good location, good facilities, a little difficult to communicate with the company. There was not a person to contact, just message services.

• Sally (8/5): A fantastic base for the F1 Grand Prix and city sights - The location was excellent, close to public transport and restaurants and good coffee near by. Also close to a Woolworths. Fantastic views. Great to have a car park. It was a quiet area and nice to come back to after a busy day. Nothing really jumps out. The staff at the front desk were not attached to our accommodation so could not help out with queries or if you needed something fixed. However when you called the property number, they were very helpful and anything you asked for was dealt with efficiently.

• Marion (7/5): En se levant ou en se couchant, la vue est toujours la plus belle. - L’emplacement La vue Les équipements de cuisine Les salles de bain étaient propres à l’arrivée Nous sommes tout à fait satisfait de la résidence dans laquelle nous étions et avons apprécié d’être proche des transports en commun et de certaines des activités. Les équipes à l’accueil de la résidence étaient plutôt sympas (ça dépendait de qui) dans la globalité, merci à eux/elles. Je n’avais pas compris qu’il n’y aurait pas de passage pour le ménage, j’aurai aimé que ce soit peut être plus clairement précisé. Sur les photos les chambres semblaient grandes mais à l’arrivée j’ai été un peu déçue, c’était assez petit pour 6 personnes dont 2 enfants. Il n’y avait pas de Clim dans une chambre, un couple avec un enfant a du dormi sans, c’est pas cool. J’aurai également aimé que les salles de bains soient toutes les deux dans les chambres. Car un couple a dû faire sa toilette à l’entrée de l’appartement alors que l’autre avait sa salle de bain privative. Nous aurions aimé avoir toutes et tous les mêmes avantages pour ne pas à avoir à faire un choix.

• Jenni (1/5): Unacceptable - Nothing Nobody was there to check us in and nobody answered calls to give us keys. my family was stranded in the middle of the street for an hour waiting for a response, which never occurred. We were forced to find alternative accommodation. Will never use again!
• williams (9/5): nice views over river - was very clean and tidy and had good facilities and a nice location near tram line and in city slightly expensive for what it’s worth but it was still worth it
• Xin (7/5): Expensive department to stay for a week. - The customer service team replied in time and did a good job. The sofa is dirty and the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. There is no side table which can be used to put stuff in the bedroom.

• Tony (8/5): really enjoyed it, would stay again - location, view, set up nice and modern, pool (but was just a little bit cold), kitchen and laundry set up was good, excellent having 2 bathrooms, good sized shower, temperature control with independent heating in rooms was great, felt spacious and big windows helped, having a balcony was nice bed was too hard, microwave was dirty when we arrived, only one teaspoon for 4 people!! Understand the principle of water saving policies, but a bit more water pressure in the shower would be nice (plus takes forever for hot water to come through, and mixer is overly sensitive to adjustment)
