Stephan (8/5): Ich mochte meinen Aufenthalt sehr, aber für den Preis war die Leistung nicht ganz entsprechend. Man könnte ca. 100€ weni - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super spie die fanatische Aussicht. Das Internet hat für mehr als 24 Std. nicht funktioniert, das Bad hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch nachdem mach geduscht hat und der Duschenhahn war instabil.
Xiaopeng (10/5): The most gorgeous terrace view - The view from the apartment terrace is gorgeous as if the duomo is right in front of you, as well the views from all of the windows in the apartment are equally impressive. The management team is very responsive and easy to communicate. We made a dinner reservation through their help and have a wonderful dinner.

Dorothee (8/5): - Die Lage war einfach klasse Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch und im Bad hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert, was im Winter nicht schön ist.
Katy (8/5): Grandioser Blick - Der Ausblick ist grandios. Zentrale Lage, wunderbare Dachterrasse, die trotz Einschränkung sehr schön war. Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es auch für die Lage ruhig. Auf unsere angemeldeten Mängel in der Wohnung wurde prompt und freundlich reagiert. Leider gibt es auf der Dachterrasse einen Lüftungsschacht eines Restaurants, der sehr laut ist. Der läuft immer, kurz vor und während der Öffnung des Restaurants. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.
Victoria (10/5): Excellent. Apartment Florence staff extremely helpful. Would use again. - Central location and views. Two small observations 1. It’s 95 steps up. Worth mentioning as carrying large suitcase was heavy. View worthwhile. 2. People of 5foot can’t reach plates, pans in cupboard. Not a problem when eating out, however lowering shelf might be helpful.

Sabine (10/5): Dachterrassentraum - Ich träume noch von dieser beeindruckenden Dachterrasse, die in Bestlage den Dom und den Palazzo Vecchio zeigt. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und sinnvoll eingerichtet, das Beste ist die Dusche mit Fenster zum Dom - ein einmaliges Duscherlebnis! Man muss in der Hitze auf die 95 Stufen gefasst sein, aber wenn man die Dachterrasse mit diesem Workout erreicht hat, vergißt man die Schweißperlen.
Gemma (8/5): Overall stay was great, views amazing, stairs were tiring as we had a pram and 1 year old but helped keep off that extra - The view on the terrace was amazing! Apartment was nice, beds were comfy. Lots of stairs Drain smell from the bathroom
James Sainsbury (7/5): Beautiful views in a superb location. The appointment is ok but needs some work. - Stunning location simply amazing view from the balcony. The views over the city were incredible. Good sitcom. Meeting the host was fairly easy. Outside furniture that couldn’t be used the host warned us it would collapse. One of the 2 sets of keys was incomplete which made them useless. Loads of plant pots in the balcony with nothing in them as all the flowers had died. Very poor shower, the mixer tap came off in your hand. A small investment would transform the property.

Simon (10/5): Great location, amazing view and a very friendly and helpful property management team. - The central location was excellent, probably unbeatable. I have stayed in other great properties in Florence but the view from this terrace was just the best - Duomo and Giotto's bell tower to one side, Palazzo Vecchio to the other. Amazing. Not a complaint but be aware that you will be staying on the top floor of an old building and there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. Worth it for that view though.
