- Barbara (7/5): Adequate but lacking in room amenities. - Beautiful historic hotel Vending machine drinks were not stocked. No non slop mats available for showering I. The bathtub. Refrigerator not stocked with water. They seem to be cutting corners on guest amenities. Surely at the pet night rate they could do more. No visibility whether room service was possible so we assumed it was not.

- Becky (8/5): An architectural gem in the heart of DTLA. - The Biltmore is a beautiful, historic property with an atmospheric bar and gorgeous public spaces. It’s centrally located and the room and bathroom is fairly large. A couple of glasses in the room would have appreciated rather than just coffee cups.

Never experienced such bad service with any other hotel. The hotel is 4 star but the service doesn’t even deserve a single star

- Robyn (8/5): Beautiful, but disappointed. - Beautiful facility, professional and accommodating staff. Our room had heating/cooling issues which were not resolved, nor followed up on. Also, non-working lamps and remote, which the remote was replaced and blankets given due to lack of heat. No good moderate priced restaurant on site with normal offerings.

The first room I was assigned was not suitable for me. I asked them, and they changed it on the second day, which was really helpful for my work (I was there for work!) and great! Everything else was really good! They charged me twice for the destination fee! I asked for the refund and the receipt for the stay. I see a record on the credit card, but no receipt so far in my email! Also, the grill bar unfortunately didn't communicate the time of service well (it was written something else on the flyer they gave us at the front desk)! I was also not aware of the opting-out option from one of the historical fees. I am willing to pay it; it is minor, but still, it is nice to communicate it more clearly :)

I got a $15 credit on my morning coffee but the remaining $20 was at my expense. Almost all hotels offer free morning coffee in the lobby. You did not.

A nice breakfast, though having hot cereal (oatmeal) would been have nice, Room location could hear traffic from the street. the windows were filthy on the outside. Paint was peeling from the windows.

I had to go downstairs and pick it up. It still wasn’t that bad picking up food from the front desk.

The bathroom is also unsafe as the floor is very slippery and there are no floor/foot towels. Additionally, the breakfast was unacceptable. The sausages were of very poor quality, and the bacon was overcooked to the point that it was not edible.

In the room, we stayed in that had two beds to accommodate our family, the beds were actually quite small and our daughter ended up sleeping on the loveseat.

- Martin (8/5): Charming, centrally located hotel with friendly staff, a classic old Hollywood atmosphere - Very central location in downtown with great breakfast cafés just around the corner. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. There is a nice bar with occasional live music, though it could be offered more often. The hotel has a charming old Hollywood feel that gives it a unique character. The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable and pleasant. The walls are somewhat thin, so you may occasionally hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel double charged me for the "Destination Fee" and "Conservation Fee" — those fees are included in the Booking price, but then they charged it from my deposit as well. I'm still fighting for the refund, so the experience is very unplesent. Also the property parking is overpriced, you can stay overnight in a parking garage nearby for $9.

- Diondra (5/5): Front desk manager was misleading by not telling us he was charging us 100 more per room for deposit. Even the policy st - I liked the indoor pool and location of the hotel. That parking was an additional $50 and that they called to inform us that there was a $100 deposit for both rooms. While the hotel is beautiful, the hotel appears to be old. There are stains on the wall in the room we stayed in.

Мне же выставили счёт на 6 долларов. Ребята, ужас цена за простой завтрак 71.49 долларов, кушать там нечего, сам отель взимается средства за историческое расположение, но вам то что с этого, для туриста важно чтобы его не обманывали, нигде не написано, что завтрак стоит такую громадную сумму и дополнительно берут такие взносы
