• Isabel (8/5): Un buen departamento en un barrio que tiene algún deterioro y poca iluminación. - Muy confortable todo. Espacioso y silencioso! El problema es que el ascensor hoy no funcionó: y en el momento de tomar el auto para ir a Fiumicino… un contratiempo!!! Entre ese ascensor y el Ingreso al departamento hay 44 escalones… Me parece necesario arreglar el ascensor.
• Maria (10/5): - El apartamento ha sido de lo más acogedor para nuestra estancia. La atención recibida por parte de Emiliano ha sido impecable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación, justo al lado de la estación Termini, ha sido clave para movernos por toda la ciudad con total facilidad. Sin duda, una estancia excelente. ¡Muy recomendable!
• Éva (7/5): - Nagy lakás, szeparált szobák, 2 fürdőszoba, nagy terasz. Decemberben voltunk, a szobákban nem működött a fűtés, csak a fürdőszobákban. Hideg volt, emiatt nem volt komfortos.

• Ana Jessica (9/5): Ótimo apartamento, bem localizado em Roma. Excelente recepção do anfitrião - Ótimo apartamento, limpo, amplo e com terraço. Boas instalações, cozinha e banheiros equipados, boa internet, dois banheiros (ótimo, pois estávamos em 6 pessoas). Anfitrião Edoardo foi muito atencioso e prestativo, fez questão de nos encontrar pessoalmente para entregar as chaves e apresentar todo o apartamento. Bem localizado, próximo da estação Roma Termini (15 minutos a pé) e caminhada curta da estação de metro Vittorio Emanuele (6 minutos). No início fiquei receosa com o bairro e comércio locais, mas os deslocamentos a pé foram tranquilos, com ruas bem iluminadas. Fica ao lado de um mercado público e durante a semana é movimentado. Fica no quarto andar e não tem elevador.

• Antoine (10/5): Perfect Base for Exploring Rome - We really enjoyed our stay at Emiliano’s apartment. As the name suggests, it was very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of our favorite features was the large terrace, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Termini station. The neighborhood felt a little bit shady at first, but we never had any negative experiences and always felt safe. Overall, a great stay! Nothing

• Nsun (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful! We felt very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It is very quiet, although the location is really central (near Termini). The host is super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

• Radosław (8/5): Very good - Really nice host. Close to main train station. Big terrace, but with average view. The area at night may feel a bit concerning if you are a solo traveler but we felt very safe as a group.
• Lani (9/5): A great stay close to the train station! - Very convenient to the main train station, and a very nice host. This apartment was his family home and it is well cared for. Wish we had more time to enjoy the terrace! The only negative was that the bedrooms remained a little bright until around 1:30am when the building next door turned out its lights. If you can only sleep in a pitch dark setting, this might not be the best match unless blackout curtains/blinds are added. We didn't have any trouble but it could be an issue for someone.

Apartment truly is spacious and the 2 bathrooms more than catered for our needs. Would absolutely recommend. Plants on terrace could use saucers as rain kept washing compost across terrace. One bathroom with keyhole but no lock.
• Gin (5/5): Didn't feel comfortable cancelling the reservation when asked by the host - A big terrace. Comfortable beds. Aircon in bedrooms working well. No aircon in the living room. Terrace was a bit dirty and the plants were quite dead/not looked after. The shower head needs replacing as it was leaking through the sides. The doors and other places require repainting as it looks worn out. The area near by is full if homeless people and at night doesn't feel very safe. We felt very uncomfortable when we were asked to cancel the reservation on booking.com to get a 50€ discount as cancellation non-refundable. So we refused, then we were given an option to pay via paypal (which felt safer due to the previous dodgy suggestion) and the host said to pay as friends and family, but we paid as a business as otherwise no guarantees, no refunds if something goes wrong. So we were asked to pay 25€ fee for the PayPal transfer as an extra.

• Maruta (10/5): A lovely apartment with a spacious terrace! - Very beautiful apartment - the terrace was amazing! The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms + a living room with a pull out couch. Two bathrooms and a nice kitchen was well + the gorgeous terrace. Great for a family or group of friends (like us), enough for everyone to have their privacy if needed, and also enough space for group gatherings (we enjoyed the terrace and living room table for when we wanted to spend time together). The hosts were very lovely, greeting us and showing us around, and were available before we even arrived to answer some questions about the apartment. The location is close to the central station (about a 15min walk) and also close to the metro (about a 7min walk) and walkable distance to everywhere else. The floors were a bit cold though, but nothing we couldn't handle, and it's really a minor thing - everything else was amazing.
• Anonymous (10/5): Beautiful apartment, well maintained and service! Excellent communication with owners. - This property was absolutely fantastic ! Incredibly clean and tidy, with everything you need , iron , hairdryer, towels etc. We had a lovely time for our weekend away and were comfortable and well looked after by the owner who greeted us at check in. There were 3 flights of stairs which after a long day of walking was tough but worth it! But other than that I can’t fault the property internally. The area at night may feel a bit concerning if you are a solo traveler (especially female) but we felt very safe as a group and found the route to the metro to be well lit.
