- Manirah (4/5): Need improvements for instructions and cleanliness - Location wise very strategic especially if you want to get to interesting places in KL by car. Master bedroom and single room were okay and clean. Facilities like swimming pool and gym are okay too. Return deposit full and fast. Check-in - Long queue due to only 1 guard assist to key room upon check in Parking - Limited parking for family cars (including visitor parking) and unclear instruction from guard. Owner inform can park at resident parking spot but cannot access resident entrance (Need to enter via visitor gate). Parking spot also very high up so better park outside or at visitor parking. Not baby and elderly friendly - lifts far from parking. Room - 1 of the rooms is not clean with smell of cat piss/urine and during check in already found cigarette bud and ashes under the bed. Inform owner and no action taken. Very upset as we need to clean up by ourselves. Privacy - Guards request IC for entrance every time instead of driving license. Lift - Limited lifts and very crowded during peak hour with long waiting time.
