- Cristina (7/5): Buena alternativa para Datong ! - La habitación es fabulosa , muy amplia y todo nuevo e impecable …camas muy cómodas ,cuarto de baño fantástico !!! La chica de la cafetería muy amable y nos preparó un café riquísimo . Tuvimos una incidencia cn nuestra reserva de booking y tras gran complicación por falta de comunicación , finalmente resolvieron el problema !! Bastante bien ubicado . El desayuno es un auténtico caos , mucha gente ….falta d e mesa libre y zumo escaso ….podria mejorar !! En la cafetería hay un futbolín que genera muuuuucho ruidoooo!!

- KING WA SAMUEL (9/5): Very comfortable and convenient - The standard room I stayed in was big and comfortable. Things were new. Location was good, just 10min from the ancient city wall. Close to many food options. Breakfast was ok. Fitness center had no air con (or maybe just not turned on).
- 浩 (10/5): 总体还是非常好的，建议大家都来体验 - 地理位置便捷，距离古城很近，可以步行或骑车前往。如果是行动不便的老人租车是更好的选择，古城游览尤其是夜游，由于人多，所以打车不方便，同时由于酒店位置距离古城较近，网约车也不愿意接单。酒店有自备地下停车场，直梯直通地库方便行动不便的老人使用。 请勿打扰与请清理房间的挂卡区分不清，两种挂卡色差区别不大，极易挂错。地库建议覆盖WiFi，因为地库里无信号，租车使用导航软件的话，在地库中无法实时导航需要提前下载地图。

- Tancredi Maria (10/5): - Exquisitely large, spotless clean, and well-equipped room. Great tea and coffee selection. Large bathroom with modern shower. Nice lobby with even a small bar with drinks and snacks. Strategic position at only 10-minute walk distance from the city walls and quite convenient for didi pick-up. Distance from following destinations by didi: South station 15 minutes, Yungang grottoes 45 minutes, Hanging Temple Scenic Bus Terminal 1h15/1h30. Everything was great so no major concerns, only soundproofing could be improved as noises from neighbouring rooms, even from TV or smartphone, could be heard.

- Christina (6/5): - Staff were helpful Room was opposite laundry room. If laundry room door left open which it was quite often can hear the machine whiirring from inside room. Checked in late already unpacked and too tired to change room after I complained. Only realised the noise after going into bed. Also construction noise at 7am or 8am pretty random. And dont bothet with the ancient city view room..mostly construction site view. Location is outside ancient city. Would save time and money just staying in ancient city itself. Also if the menu is in English at least have staff who knows the name of the dishes in English. Took forever to order fresh watermelon juice!!

- LAY HOON (9/5): Great hotel with comfortable room. - The room is big and spacious. The breakfast has lots of variety. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel is just located outside the old town, so it will be not so crowded as the old town. The hotel provided complimentary cold drinks in the hotel room fridge. Great to enjoy a cold drink after a long walk outside.
- Adeline (5/5): ils filment les fesses des clients à leur insu 😱 - l'emplacement et le rapport qualité prix à quel moment c'est normal que le personnel filme les fesses de ses clients?????? chose récurrente en chine dans la rue, un veritable harcèlement et quand tu penses que tu seras enfin tranquille et en paix dans ton hôtel et bien non!le personnel se permet de filmer les fesses de ses clients étrangers, une véritable honte!ce comportement n'est absolument pas digne d'un sheraton! remettez les choses au clair avec votre personnel et leur comportement totalement déplacé et irrespectueux, ces gens là n'ont pas leur place dans cet hôtel.

- Shui (10/5): Probably the best hotel in Datong city which is also strategically located. - Very friendly staff. It is close to the bus stops to the train stations (rmb 2), museum (rmb 2), and the famous cave (rmb 10 one way), interesting eatery catering to locals (all in Chinese but mostly with pictures), and the old town (15 minutes). The voice/noise coming from the next-door bathroom is loud.

- Cynamon (10/5): Awesome hotel - Fabulous hotel. Incredible breakfast. Wonderful staff, so kind, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Only 10 minutes from the train by DiDi and only 10 minutes walk to the old city wall. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. Perfect stay.
