Ivana (10/5): Nice and cosy. - I highly recommend the property. It is close to the metro and bus station, food shops. Also, inside of residence you can find few bars with food. Peaceful and wonderful for relaxing after a busy day.

La prima notte che siamo arrivati ci hanno detto di pagare 50€ in più perché abbiamo fatto check in dopo le 21 ( non è stato comunicato prima) il ragazzo dopo di averlo pagato ci ha detto sol numero della camera e piano e poi basta 😠 nella struttura non c’era luce per 24 ore e non ci ha comunicato nulla quando abbiamo fatto check in 😕 nonostante tutto non hanno portato nulla nemmeno una luce elettrica o qualcosa. Non rispondevano mai le nostre esigenze soltanto spiegavano la problema nel edificio. Giorno dopo ci siamo accorti che Doccia gocciava l’acqua una tenda era stacata. Abbiamo avvisato ci hanno detto che veniva il tecnico ma nulla. Dopo tanti tentativi da parte nostra ci hanno comunicato che rimborsavano 30% ( sembra pochissimo) ma non hanno rimborsato nulla. Di stare senza luce senza corrente e senza fare la doccia per più di 24 ore è assurdo!!!!!! Abbiamo pagato pure prezzo pieno!!!!!Una esperienza da dimenticare 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Enjoyed having the outside balcony space as well and the upstairs terrace. Located very close to metro station with a playground just outside. Quite bare in general so a little clinical looking. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack or information book, or just to see a few more homely touches and a few more items in the kitchen such as baking trays, kitchen paper and more dishwasher tablets and labelled items washing up liquid.

LAURA (3/5): Decepcionada. - La cama era cómoda. El sofá cama estaba roto. No acudieron a solucionarlo hasta al día siguiente, por lo que 2 de las huéspedes durmieron en un sofá cama defectuoso y no apto para su uso. Tuvimos que estar al teléfono casi media hora para comunicar la incidencia.

Lo único malo y más importante esque las sábanas, bajeras edredones, almohadas e incluso el protector del colchón estaban con muchos pelos tuvimos que quitarlo todo.

Está cerca del metro. En general no suelo ser crítica con los apartamentos, especialmente cuando el precio no es alto, pero fue bastante preocupante que tuve que pagar una garantía de €200 a través de un sitio privado del hospedaje. No fui avisada de esto al reservar y no entiendo por qué no se me descontó desde booking directamente. El lavamanos estaba tapado en el baño. La habitación no correspondía a la de las imágenes. Era mucho más pequeña.

Obiekt umiejscowiony w nowoczesnym kompleksie, gdzie można było wejść na patio na jakieś jedzenie i posiedzieć. Cisza i spokój w obiekcie. Windy działały bez problemu. W pokoju dostępne niezbędne wyposażenie. Uważam, że za tak cenę obiekt wyróżnia się na plus wśród innych ofert.

Marymanson (10/5): Tranquilidad y comodidad. - Lo que más nos gustó sin duda es la amabilidad del personal, la bienvenida cálida y la información que nos dieron desde el principio. Lo tranquilo que era el lugar, sin ruidos y aunque no pasamos mucho tiempo en el apartamento ya que fuimos para disfrutar de la gastronomía y paisajes de la zona cuando íbamos a descansar era de diez. La cama muy cómoda y amplitud en la ducha. Solo no nos gustó que no pudimos entrar en Netflix con nuestra cuenta ya que un antiguo huésped puso su correo en la televisión y no nos daba la opción de quitarlo. Todo lo demás perfecto.

La iluminación y decoración del departamento fueron un 10. Viajamos por trabajo, paramos 3 personas y creo que la distribución entre habitaciones y camas estuvo bien, no sé si es apto para 4 personas que viajen por trabajo.

There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom. I didn't like that I have to pay 200 EUR deposit. deposit. No one told me this before. And then I still haven't gotten that deposit back.

Julia (4/5): Inconvenientes serios sin indemnización - Nos encontramos con varios inconvenientes serios: el sofá cama estaba roto (no se podía abrir) de modo que no dormimos cómodos pues contábamos con él; el aire acondicionado no funcionaba corectamente de modo que pasamos mucho frío, incluso tuvimos que cerrar un baño y no utilizarlo porque estaba congelado; y el lavavajillas soltaba agua por el desague, de modo que tuvimos que andar con una toalla en el suelo. Fue muy incómodo. Íbamos con un menos de 4 años, de modo que nos afectó aún más. Comunicamos desde la entrada los problemas y, aunque vinieron unos técnicos, no se arregló nada, y eso que eran las noches de Navidad del 24 y 25. No hemos recibido ningún tipo de compensación. Además, al llegar depositamos una fianza de 200€ y tuvimos que ser nosotros los que llamáramos para solicitarla de vuelta, ya que se habían despistado. Si no hubiéramos llamado, dudo de que nos la hubieran devuelto. No repetiremos en este alojamiento.

David (7/5): Bien, pero mejorable. - Su situación y entorno. Tienen un libro en el que explican el uso de los electrodomésticos y la calefacción (ésta me resultó un tanto difícil de entender). Pequeños detalles habituales en estos alquileres que facilitan mucho la estancia. Tener elementos esenciales como azúcar, sal, etc., que son un engorro comprar para estancias cortas. Algún sitio más para colgar las toallas húmedas o una barra para la toalla de manos también se agradecería. En el libro de instrucciones faltan las del más difícil (para mí), el horno microondas.

La cama era muy cómoda y que todo estaba muy nuevo Son muy insistentes desde que reservas hasta que te alojas, cada día te van enviando mails y más mails que debes ir haciendo acciones desde su app. Se hace bastante molesto Cada vez que te duchabas se salía el agua, se notaba que eran conscientes del problema porque habiantratado de solucionarlo pero sin éxito. La máquina de café estaba destrozada y con lo que vale el apartamento bien podía tener una botella de agua y algún detalle para comenzar el día con algo en el cuerpo. En la comunidad hay conserge todo el día, podrian acordar con él poder dejar las maletas hay espacio más que suficiente para poderlo hacer

I also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and a refrigerator in the apartment. Please note that there are additional costs that may affect the total price. For arrivals after 9 pm, an extra €50 cash fee is required for check-in. Also, luggage storage is not easily available, and we had to use external storage near Atocha station, costing €10–25. These factors increased the overall cost compared to the advertised price.
