• Hamza AlTailji (6/5): good for 2 nights - the main purpose for choosing this hotel is by it location and next to US embassy and that's the best thing about it, so I highly recommend it for those who got an appointment with the embassy and want to cut time, there is a small supermarket exactly under the hotel so you don't need to go anywhere u got everything you need. the bulding is a bit old and the elevator is very narrow and slow the reception is on the 8th floor and they don't have ice bucket nor ice machine other than this was quite good for me

Open you open your curtains, the Nile view is beautiful. Old building and not really not easy to find as it is only a floor out of a building. Elevator is very old.and could be not very safe.

• Mohamed (10/5): wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay at Town Hotel Cairo and truly appreciated the level of hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast — even though we showed up late, they were still generous and made sure we didn’t miss out, which we really appreciated. Parking was also available upon request, which made things very convenient for us. A very special thank you to Mostafa and Mamdouh for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

• Mohammed (9/5): Hidden in plain sight - Staff were incredible, Mamdouh ,Kamal and Mark were extremely helpful and friendly i felt like i was living with a group of friends .. location is almost near everything i wanted .. room size is really good in the 3 bedroom room .. security inside and downstairs makes you feel really safe I wish i booked more than 3 days The hotel is on the 8th floor so there's no lobby and no parking or pick up and drop off points as there's always a police car that prevents that Squeaky elevator and almost doesn't feel safe but still works Very old building and doesn't have a nameplate for the hotel

• Tom (8/5): - Town Hotel is tucked away on the top floor of a building that doesn't look like a Hotel at all. You'll have to look closely for the sign! But once you reach 8th floor, you're greated by a clean simple and modern space. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't get to chance to try the breakfast. They should offer larger towels and toilet paper.

The view of the room was awesome ! And the breakfast was delicious. The security members at the appartement entrance was unfriendly and so rude. If you are planning to stay at this hotel please park your car away from the hotel and do not give your ears to anyone except the official receptionist ! The stay was good except the hustle that happened with me by the security members. And I heard that they do so with everyone has a car ! Please Park your car away from the hotel.

• Maud (1/5): nous n'y retournerons pas et sommes très déçues - rien Je ne sais même pas par où commencer tant notre expérience dans cet hôtel a été décevante. Tout d’abord, l’arrivée est compliquée : la façade du bâtiment est en mauvais état et il n’y a aucune indication pour trouver l’hôtel, qui se situe en réalité dans un immeuble occupé et n’occupe que le 8ᵉ étage. Cela ressemble davantage à un bed & breakfast. Concernant les chambres, la première semblait propre mais ne l’était pas : cheveux sur la moquette, objets laissés dans le placard (claquettes utilisées), équipements abîmés, et surtout une porte de salle de bain qui ne s’ouvrait pas. Heureusement que nous l’avons vérifié. On nous a changé de chambre, mais la seconde était pire : cheveux dans la douche, poils dans le lavabo, aucune propreté et aucun équipement fonctionnel. La “cuisine” est dans le couloir, avec des conditions d’hygiène très discutables (poêle pleine d’huile séchée au-dessus d’une bonbonne de gaz). Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette chambre avant de revenir dans la première. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond absolument pas à la description : ni américain ni continental, avec frites, fromage froid et œufs dans la même assiette. Le thé et le café sont à faire soi-même avec des produits basiques. Enfin, l’excursion organisée par l’hôtel a été très décevante. Nous avions réservé un dîner-croisière sur le Nil présenté comme qualitatif, mais il s’agissait d’un bateau très basique, avec une prestation médiocre et un buffet vite vidé, sans possibilité de se resservir. De plus, le chauffeur s’est installé à notre table pendant toute la soirée sans que cela ne soit annoncé, rendant le moment très inconfortable. En résumé, une expérience très décevante à tous les niveaux. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
• Mikaela (2/5): - The staff was polite. The entrance is through a very sketchy, dark and open lobby, without proper signage. I had to ask one of the men on the street for directions. The elevator was first not working, tried to call the hotel on WhatsApp without answer, then finally got it to work. After a very shaky ride, I reached the 8th floor where the hotel was located. The room was average, like the photos. The final drop for me, however, was that the hotel is located right next to the USA embassy. Although this might be a plus for some, that made me stressed because of the current situation in the Middle East. Finally, I stayed only a few mins in my room before I decided to switch to another hotel in Zamalek.

• Sandra (1/5): INACEPTABLE!!! - La ubicación La ropa de cama estaba sucia. Los baños son ni apenas aceptables. Hacia frío y el aire caliente no funcionaba. Eran la 10 de la mañana y no tenían preparado el desayuno.....No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Mi estancia era de dos noches y en la primera salí corriendo. Y me dijeron que me abonarían la otra noche que ya estaba pagada y tuve que llevar a una amiga local para que me ayude a cobrar ya que la persona que estaba en recepción ( que era otra) no tenía intención de hacer ninguna devolución y para colmo me dijo que en lugar de haberme ido lo que tenía haber pedido era un cambio de habitación. Toda una fila de atropellos. NO VAYAN A ESE ESTABLECIMIENTO que no es HOTEL es una ACOMODACIÓN.

Pero las habitaciones son grandes, las camas cómodas y la ducha está bien. Agua caliente, AC y buenas vistas Es demasiado simple. Tardaron más de una hora en servirnos el desayuno. En el lobby hay 3 chavales jóvenes, pero se turnanvy es difícil entenderse con ellos.

Bewertung beruht vor allem auf der Lage / Preis-Leistung. Etwas schwer zu finden. Blick auf Nil - braucht schon viel Phantasie. Mülleimer etc. wurde nicht geleert. Zimmer könnten etwas gemütlicher gestaltet sein.
