• Irina (8/5): - Апартамент теплый и сухой, ванная комната теплая и просторная, матрасы одеяла и подушки хорошие. До всех достопримечательностей 10-15 минут ходьбы. Раз в день кто то выбоасывал мусор и один раз кровать застелили, когда она не застелена была. Хозяин приятный и адекватный. Очень не хватало чайной ложки, тарелки и моющего средства для посуды с губкой) а то чашки чайник и сахар есть, а перемешать нечем! Микроволновка есть а тарелки нет. Также чашки 3 дня никто не мыл, я бы помыла но нечем было) Одно жидкое мыло на умывальнике, геля для душа не было. Но в целом я не ожидала ничего сверхъестественного от этого жилья. Соотношение цены/качества/расположения приемлемое.

• NABILAH ATIQAH BINTI (7/5): Perfect..very recommended - The location is perfect…hagia sophia, blue mosque, grand bazaar are all walking distance…there are many restaurants, souvenir shops nearby…sirkeci station ia super near…the owner & staff are friendly..we are able to check in earlier & they even help us to bring our luggages to our room..they also provide luggage storage area & airport transfer No lift/elevator..our room is in the top floor…but for young people, should be no problem…no worries about your luggages as the staff will help to bring them to your room

Management agreed to book a large taxi to the airport for 6am, we paid 50 Euros cash, no taxi arrived , we were forced to take 2 ordinary taxis as there were 3 of us plus luggage, not happy.Also had to change from 6th floor to second floor- no lift, had to pay further 100 Euros cash, again not happy

• Fatih (10/5): - Die Lage ist TOP!! slSehr freundliches Personal. Man hat mir selbst beim Parken des Autos geholfen und direkt vorm Eingang einen PARKPLATZ organisiert. Man ist sehr zentral! Immer wieder gerne Hat keinen Aufzug aber wir waren in der zweiten Stockwerk, daher war alles gut und akzeptabel.

• Rachid (10/5): The place to be - Everything! The Aslan Home Apart was an excellent choice. We booked a triple room, and Mr Aslan gave us a quadruple room with no extra charge. It was spacious and had all we needed. We do not like to kill the environment, and so we asked to change towls only once during our 10-day stay. Mr. Aslan gave us his phone number, and we could contact him anytime we wanted. The location is to die for! It is close to all the historical attractions, to the tram stop, to metro, to buses, ferry,.... The only thing is that you need to bring some good comfortable walking shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking. If you have any questions, just ask Mr Aslan. He can arrange a transfer from and to the airport. He could recommend places to eat. We loved this place, and we will definitely come back. Mr Aslan's assistant was also exyremly warm and very accommodating. If you want to enjoy your visit without worrying about looking for far places to eat or spending money on taxis, then Aslan Home Apt is the place to book. All was great

Near here is a Sirkeci train station with good connections. Ferries are down the street. Only stairs in a 6 floor building but will help you with the baggage if needed.

• Raquel (8/5): Ubicación buena. - La ubicación es buena, tienes un montón de restaurantes y tiendas justo debajo. La habitación es espaciosa y esta limpia. Hay nevera y tienes agua y café. Subimos a un quinto piso con mochilas a la espalda sin ascensor, a nosotros no nos importo pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

• Selma (7/5): Fantastisk belligenhed - Alt i alt helt fint. Der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Ikke noget luksus, men et okay værelse. Vi boede der i to dage bare for at have et sted at sove, da vi var ude hele dagen. Vi valgte hotellet kun på grund af beliggenheden – super nemt sted i forhold til transport og forbindelser. Desværre havde hotellet ikke noget parkeringsanlæg. Der var helt proppet med biler ude på gaden, så vi endte med at skulle finde en parkeringskælder et godt stykke væk fra hotellet.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - Good host, big room in the historical center. A lot of cafe and restaurants nearby, big supermarket just 20 meters. Booked this flat in the late evening, and immediately checked in.

• Chekov (1/5): I will never return to this place. - We stayed on the top floor, where there were frequent issues with the water supply. In the mornings, it often took around an hour for the water to start running, and hot water was not always available. The room had a strong smell of cats, and the bathroom was quite dirty and worn, with the drain almost completely clogged. There was no proper ventilation, causing all the moisture to remain inside the room. Additionally, the walls were thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors, and the doors were quite noisy."
• Ammabell (10/5): Exceptional - I like the location because it is near touristy areas where we went or just a short ride away.I love that the room is unexpectedly spacious and and above all it is clean which is important if you have kids. They also provide bottle of shampoos and body wash.I also like that they have available appliances like microwave,iron and fridge,both heater and AC.They have a free wifi,too! Mr.Fikret (the owner) and Mr.Kaya (assistant) were so nice and making sure you feel safe and comfortable.

• Kamar (8/5): Very good - Super clean, great location. Close to both Sirkeci and Gulhane trum. Șok supermarket is just across the street. Mr. Fikret the owner and his personnels are very helpful and make you feel very safe like you are at home. Highly recomended. Just mind that there is no elevator if you have elderly people with you.

I sent an email on 2/8/24 which booking.com read but did not respond, and allowed the property owner to access the money in the wallet on 6/8/24. I need someone to contact me asap please.

Building falling apart - structurally not sound. No working smoke alarms. Door frames unsecure no clean towels no clean beds (Pillows had visible stains on it - bed sheets still had human pubic hair) unsafe electrical cables exposed No reception no staff were available (as the owner was in Cyprus on their own holiday and left the home apart to the souvenir shop owner) Mould all inside the bathroom. Broken bed frames Dust You couldn't go toilets without fully bending (hitting your head) as there was a huge wall restricting you.

• Hossain (9/5): A fantastic place to stay - This property is a hidden gem. Inside is a very spacious room with large windows letting in lots of light. The bathroom is large and spacious and very clean, unlike other hotels i have stayed in. Plenty of restaurants to eat in right on your door step. And surprisingly extremely quiet at night for a good sleep. The rooms had been cleaned to a very high standard everyday. The manager has been very helpful and friendly. This hotel does not have any lifts, which is clearly written on the description. I would not recommend for elderly or anyone in wheelchair. If you're fit to walk around and travel, then the stairs shouldn't be an issue. All our luggage was taken up to our room, so no problems for us.
