- Patricia (7/5): El piso y las vistas son de 10, pero el personal es mejorable - El apartamento genial, tiene unas vistas preciosas, es bastante grande, para estar 6 personas está muy bien. Es bastante acogedor. Nos dijeron que llamáramos para saber a qué hora entrar (por si podíamos entrar antes)pero nadie nos respondió hasta las 3 de la tarde, cuando ya teníamos que entrar en el apartamento. Lo ideal hubiera sido no tener que llamar 5-6 veces para que cojáis el teléfono. Para darnos las llaves ha venido una mujer que no tenía idea de nada, no nos dijo que plaza de garaje teníamos ni que llave habría nada. Nos dijo que no sabía nada, nos dio las llaves y se fue. La verdad nos quedamos perplejos. El segundo día a las 8 de la mañana empezaron a hacer obras en el piso de arriba y no pudimos dormir más desde entonces. Supongo que ha sido mala suerte. Las almohadas son bastante mejorables, nos ha parecido incómodas. La cama de la habitación principal no está mal pero también es mejorable. Las duchas podían estar más limpias, y si dejarías algunos esenciales en la cocina como aceite, sal, algunas especias… sería mucho mejor.
- Asmae (8/5): Muy buena estancia - El alojamiento es muy amplio y luminoso. La ubicación es perfecta y el vecindario tranquilo. Las vistas son lo mejor. La limpieza es mejorable en las duchas, los interiores de los armarios y cajones, el microondas, algunos utensilios, el sofá, etc.

- Apreciar (8/5): Comfortabel appartement in een leuk plaatsje - De locatie was goed. Het plaatsje Mundaka is klein, maar heel authentiek en gezellig met een leuke jachthaven. We hebben van hieruit uitstapjes gemaakt naar o.a. Bilbao en San Sebastian. Bermeo is een heel gezellig plaatsje op 10 minuten rijden. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het had ook een groot terras met ligbedden en een mooi uitzicht. Er was een kleine Eroski op 2 minuten lopen. Het was jammer dat er s´-middags geen zon op het terras was. Wij zijn wat ouder en hadden de grootste moeite om op te staan van de blauwe bank in de woonkamer.

- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - ..a property of Hotel El Puerto..Jon as great..came over quickly to let us in..clean with beautiful wood floors..spacious with wrap around terrace..food reasonably priced at El Puert Hotel..it was very hard to find condo via Google maps which left us 300 meters away at train station. .suggest getting directions from highway from Jon. Beds were the most comfy in 3 weeks of travels. ---
