• Joanne (9/5): Mooi ingericht appartement - Heel ruim appartement, prachtig ingericht. Erg comfortabel en schoon! Er is douchegel, shampoo en conditioner aanwezig. Er is ook peper en zout, olijfolie, vaatdoek, theedoek en vaatwastabletten. De keuken is verder goed uitgerust met Miele oven, Bora kookplaat, vaatwasser, grote koelkast + vriezer. Ook is er ruim voldoende bestek, servies en ander kookgerei aanwezig. De inchecktijd van 16:00 uur is erg laat, je moet vier trappen op om het appartement te bereiken. In de keuken is geen handzeep aanwezig. De Bora kookplaat gaf een error code aan en werkte dus niet. Er is een wasmachine en droger, maar geen wasmiddel aanwezig. Van tevoren wordt je gevraagd een foto van je paspoort te sturen, dit heb ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt bij Booking.

• Ehsan (9/5): Close to city center, well equipped, responsive support - This apartment is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Copenhagen. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed, including a toaster and utensils. While the apartment itself was very clean, I experienced one minor issue with the dishwasher; however, they responded very quickly and dispatched a colleague to check the problem. Having both a washer and dryer is definitely a great feature. There was a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper on the kitchen top which we appreciated. I think it's a nice gesture. The floor is very old, and it's falling apart. if you have a crawling baby, the wood splinters might get into their tiny hands. The dishwasher is quite old and had some issues.

We stayed only for two nights so I did not need the kitchen ware. As we did not have suitcases it was not a problem for us but for the elder ones and big suitcases there are two steep stairs.

Stutt að fara í metro. Íbúðin er fín með allt til alls. Rúmið er mjúkt og gott. Innritunin var mjög skýr og gekk vel. Íbúðin er í gamalli byggingu uppá annarri hæð og þurftum að klöngrast upp bratta tréstiga með farangurinn. Ekki hagstætt fyrir eldra eða veikburða fólk.

Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, Öl und Salz/Pfeffer bereitgestellt. Schade, dass keine Kaffemaschine (mit Tabs) vorhanden ist.

• Sharon (7/5): Central location and spacious apartment with some noise at night - The communication was straightforward. We got the codes to enter in advance and worked well. The apartment is really in the center with easy walking distances to most attractions and many restaurants and shopping very nearby. It is spacious. It has washer and dryer that function well though no detergent on site. It is an old building with no elevator. We had to drag our big luggage upstairs. The stairs were small and steep so that was challenging. The walls are thin, it was noisy at night as there was a restaurant downstairs. We heard loud music and people talking in the late evenings. We also hear footsteps from upstairs, people talking outside, and worker dragging garbage bins at 6AM.

• Skamerad72 (9/5): Perfekt gelegenes Apparment für die Shoppingtour in der Innenstadt - Die Lage des Appartments ist perfekt für einen Citytrip in Copenhagen. Sämtliche Geschäfte der Innenstadt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Eine Metrostation befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich in einem Hinterhof. Unkomplizierter und netter Kontakt via Booking. Rechtzeitiger Versand des Zugangscodes per Nachricht. Auch wurde während des Aufenthalts telefonisch nachgefragt, ob noch etwas fehlt. Der Zugang bis in die Etage ist zwar eher eine Räuberleiter als ein Treppenhaus, das Apparment selbst ist aber sehr angenehm und wir haben uns mit unserem Kind sehr wohlgefühlt.

Grocery is very near, and is everything the kitchen to make some eggs, juice and bread. Altso just outside are many places to buy breakfast🤩 The apartment is located in a safe place, and has 2 train stations very near (Gammel strand and Kongens Nytorv) There is everything you need for 4 people🤩
• Daniele (7/5): Nice, but… - Excellent location: the street is clean, safe, and right in the heart of the city — perfect for exploring. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, with top-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, electric stove, washing machine, and dryer. I also appreciated the abundance of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. Access is very convenient with entry codes, and being on the top floor with no neighboring apartments plus a security camera provided a great sense of safety — something especially important to me when traveling with children. The beds were comfortable, as was the cot that was kindly provided. The apartment is on the second floor (which actually means four flights of stairs) with no elevator. We were only informed of this a few days before arrival, and it was not clearly stated in the listing. Traveling with a baby in a bassinet, this was definitely not fun. That said, the stairs are not particularly narrow, and we’ve seen much worse (for example, in Amsterdam). In the end, it’s really only an issue for elderly people or those with mobility problems. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard where, very early in the morning, you get woken up by people moving the trash bins (I assume connected to the restaurant sharing the courtyard). We were also informed about this only a few days before arrival, and they even suggested bringing earplugs — but honestly, I would have preferred more transparency earlier on, especially since children can hardly use earplugs. The most serious issue was that there were no instructions for using the electric stove, and even the hosts didn’t know how to unlock it. They really did try hard to solve the problem, and eventually, after a day, they found the solution. Still, we were left in difficulty, unable to have lunch or dinner at home with small children — something that really should have been avoided. All of this is worth mentioning considering the very high price, even by Copenhagen’s already high standards.

In our experience - it was noisy not because it was an old property or in the centre - there were folks moving furniture in the central courtyard in the middle of the night. A string of emails received from the property - while informative, tone does not feel welcoming - very transactional and not so authentic. The apartment itself was spacious but lacked character in the way it was furnished. Great potential though. A foul smell on entering the apartment - did not seem due to the age of the apartment or building.

• n (9/5): Heerlijk ruim appartement, compleet en een perfecte locatie - Het appartement is heerlijk ruim en komt volledig overeen met de foto’s. Vooraf duidelijke informatie ontvangen mbt toegang van het appartement, de afwezigheid van een lift (vier trappen omhoog) en geluidsoverlast (ophalen van vuilnis, maar wíj slapen makkelijk opnieuw in, dus niet als probleem ervaren. Er is een ruime hoeveelheid serviesgoed, bestek (ook kurkentrekker enz), kookgerei, peper, zout, olijfolie en vaatwastabletten. Ook shampoo/douchegel en cremespoeling zijn aanwezig. Goede wifi en Netflix. Fijne bedden en handdoeken. Op de tweede dag van het verblijf nam men op om te vragen of alles naar wens was en op vragen werd steeds snel en duidelijk geantwoord. Er was niks wat niet beviel. Het enige wat ik nog prettig had gevonden was als er ook wat gedimd licht mogelijk zou zijn. Een schemerlampje in de woonkamer bv. Alle lichten zijn erg fel en daardoor niet zo sfeervol. Ook was een flesje water, wat koffie, thee en suiker prettig geweest. Maar dat zijn kleine details, overall een zeer positieve ervaring!

• Emmanuel (6/5): A convenient and spacious 1 BR apt but renters need to be aware of the barn-style 4-flights walk up to get there. - Very good location near Stroget St. Clean and functional, good space. The 4 flights of stairs (11 steps each, some very steep) and no elevator. This was not disclosed properly. Also city garbage collection came at 6AM and 7 AM and made a lot of noise rolling pales on uneven courtyard pavers.
• Benjamin (9/5): On the heat of Copenhagen, very well managed - Very fast and effective communication process. Perfect location in the heat of Copenhagen, in a courtyard and so protected for the noise from the street. Was on second floor without lifts... Also it took us a lot of pain to figure out how to switch on the cooking plaques : at the end a simple gesture but not that simple and we didn't find any relevant YouTube video. It turned out into a real puzzle game. We must of spent something like a good hour + calling the helpline (they could not solve it either) on it to finally randomly discover the trick to unlock the plaques (on the plus side, absolutely no way over could possibly switch them on by mistake).
• Marissa (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay in a clean and well-situated apartment. - Some basic supplies (pepper, salt, olive oil) were provided, which is great when you move to an apartment for several days, but will not use a whole box of salt, etc. The original wooden floors were lovely and a highlight of the apartment. Some additional supplies (e.g. washing powder) would have been welcome. Also, since there is a kitchen, it would be helpful to give directions to nearby grocery stores to get supplies, in addition to the restaurant recommendations that were provided in the welcome folder.

• Mrcg1968 (8/5): Great location. Apartment big, but basic. - Location was great, really central to all parts of the central city - only 15 mins to Tivoli, 35 mins to Little Mermaid. Shops and bars on your doorstep. Although central, the apartment doesn't have any noise from the town, however you could hear those in the apartment above moving around, and from the stairwell/hallway as they left the building - the door is paper-thin between apartment and hall. Like others, I was also awoken with garbage trucks in the courtyard in the very early hours - interestingly, I received an email from the property managers only two days my stay before advising me to take ear plugs. If I could offer one recommendation, at $300 euro per night, perhaps the addition of tea/coffee or sugar sachets would be worthwhile. Kettle and two cafetieres provided, but for a short stay, you're unlikely to go out and purchase those things. I offer this as a reasonably experienced traveller, and in comparison to similar properties. Finally, I was offered a free two hour luggage drop voucher, which is a kind gesture - and one is located about 100m away, in a small shop, but blink and you will miss it - #7 on the same street.

• Natalia (8/5): All in all a nice stay - The location is excellent with walking distance to everything. The cleaning was also very good, though we discovered some dirty socks on top of the washing machine. (But it was probably not easy for the cleaning staff to see them as they were located above the eye level.) The apartment is very well equipped, though the dish washer did not work properly. The main problem for us was the noise from the garbage bins located in the ground floor right under the apartment, which started from 6 a.m. I was also a bit disappointed as we were not allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment just half an hour before the official check-in time at 4 p.m. We were going on a boat trip, so could not wait, and had to leave our four bags at a luggage storage, which resulted in a considerable amount of money. There is old wood flooring in the main room which is obviously done on purpose and is a nice design feature. Unfortunately, it makes it very easy to get splinters in your feet and destroys your socks, which also happened to us. Would be good to know in advance so that we could bring thick socks or slippers.

Very easy check in process and really quick to respond to any queries. Bed really, really comfy! We booked for 3 people but only had bath towels provided for 2. Host responded quickly to request for an extra towel, but it still didn't arrive till our last day - and then the towel provided was a bath mat - so not much use. This is the only real gripe.

As examples: there is a large lounge TV area but no table to put your coffee or wine glass on, while seated. No bedside tables, only 1 wine glass was available. Easy things to fix to make the property great and worth the expensive rate.

There were a handful of minor maintenance issues (such as clogged drains, squeaky doors, a kettle that needed to be descaled, dust under the furniture). The staff was very responsive but there was a lot to ask about. 2. There were a few missing amenities such as a place to put soap/shampoo in the shower and a toilet paper holder. 3. Lack of some amenities (dish soap, laundry detergent) meant we made mistakes buying these items (translating from Danish). Providing them would have really elevated our experience.
• Sabina (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect to explore the best of Kopenhagen by foot. Apartment is located in very center, close to everything and the street had great bars and restaurants. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. Especially the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all or was done really fast. It looked like someone just wiped it in hurry without cleaning or using a cleaning agent. Toilet brush was disgusting, probably cleaned never. Floor wasn't vacuumed properly either because it was dirty. Chairs in the living room were full of bread crumbs and stains were visible everywhere. The apartment has unpleasant smell. Also, there was no coffee in the apartment.

• Nicole (10/5): Location was great for all the sightseeing, felt large, and had everything we needed. - This was a great locations (walking distance to everything we explored) and apartment. It all the items needing for our short stay (extra pillows, towels, kitchenware, and shampoo, soap). It was a hot day and we opened the windows and it was not too load. Stairs need to get our floor but we had no luggage so it was fine. Modern style, simple but functional.
• Susanne (5/5): Disappointing. - Location was amazing. We booked for three people and only received two towels.after several messages and promises the third towel and some extras) were delivered on the last day. The brochure in the room included details of a bike company recommended and details to contact but this is outdated and incorrect. No coffee or tea provided. Of all the properties we have stayed around the world this is the first time I have ever experienced this! (Not even a cheap tea bag was to be found) Shower head was broken and we had to hold it up with a hair tie. Was asked to provided a photo as proof!! I do hope it has been fixed for the next person. Third bed really is a couch with a doona thrown over the cushions. Do not expect this to be a traditional sofa bed for a third person. Curtains are very sheer so expect to wake as soon as the sun does. Property is
• Efe (7/5): Perfect location. Little Sleep - The location is perfect The flat is very clean The kitchen is great The bathroom is perfect The flat shares a courtyard with a restaurant. After midnight, garbage truck arrives to pick up the garbage created by the restaurant. It is soooı noisy. I woke up every night because of the extreme noise :-( The flat is on the third floor with out elevator. Be aware of steep stairs.
• Maslinda (9/5): Loved the apartment! - Conveniently located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Difficult to manage with 3 big luggage as apartment is not on ground floor and no access to elevator.
• Megha (9/5): Perfect location, cosy, familiar just like a home. - There can’t be a better located property in Copenhagen! Super, just step down and you are in the middle of the action! Very steep and narrow stairs. Extremely difficult to take the luggage up by yourself.
• Dave (8/5): Location great, amenities not great for what we paid. - Location, this place is in the hubbub of it all. Close to shops, restaurants, and the metro it was very convenient. Inside was clean and wifi was good. Other than being a comfortable place to lay your head, it was pretty basic in the amenities. I know that Copenhagen is an expensive city, but this was by far the most expensive place, even compared to a Gamla Stan Stockholm apartment for one more night stay. If it had more amenities I think I would have been less critical. Also for two days we had to navigate around a construction debris wagon in front of the door to the apartment in the inner courtyard. Probably due to our arrival on the weekend, but still an unsightly appearance for the money.
• Neal (4/5): Below average for a premium proce - Easy enough No service whatsoever. Supposedly open till 11pm according to book in property but never answered calls. No batteries for remote so couldn’t watch tv. No washing up liquid. Very limited everything
• Tracy (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for walking to the principal sites but also in walking distance of the metro stops and central station. It was very quiet given its location (if we ignore the bins being emptied over the cobbles in the courtyard at 7.30am 🤣) We loved the ‘look’, space and airiness of the apartment (albeit bemused by the lack of art in the large frame in the bedroom, but maybe this is ironic?) Small niggles because we really did like the apartment, so these are constructive criticism. We would have appreciated a split waste bin in the apartment, to have made recycling easier when we left at the end of our stay. We had a large number of shampoos (which were appreciated) but no conditioner. We would have loved to have seen some coffee and tea bags - like most hotels provide - we were only staying 3 nights so it was not worthwhile buying a bag of coffee or tea. A small bottle of fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge and some biscuits and crisps as a welcome would have been great.
• Outi (10/5): Perfect for a little getaway in Copenhagen, everything was close. - Excellent location in the heart of the city, just a short hop from the buzz. Yet the apartment was pleasantly quiet in the evenings. Absolutely beautiful floors! Overall design very nice and very Danish. Good quality appliances, too. The shower curtain should be replaced, it stood out from the overall beauty and atmosphere of the apartment. Also the steep stairs could be a problem for some travellers with heavy luggage, fortunately we travelled light.

• Jennifer (1/5): Dreadful, uncomfortable and spoiled our trip to Copenhagen. - The location is great. The apartment was advertised as being able to sleep 3 adults, this was completely false as there was only one double bed. There was a hard sofa in the living room which unfortunately I had to sleep on for 4 nights, using a cot mattress for comfort. Also, in the living room, only 3 windows out of 4 had curtains making it impossible to keep out the light. The company who own the apartment did nothing to help except for offer a very small amount of compensation which wasn’t even discussed with us before it was paid. Dreadful customer service all round.

• Heather (8/5): Incredible location, and very spacious apartment with an industrial feel. - Incredible location, right in the heart of the city center. Large apartment with all the basics you need for your stay.. the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! Our instructions were not clear as to what apartment was ours. All being 11, we stopped at the first door that said 11, but was already occupied by someone staying there. It should have been more clear what floor/number was ours. I expect older buildings not to have a lift, but transparency on how steep the stairs are would be good to those who book. It would not be good for someone with a disability.
• Joan (10/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment in the center of Copenhagen. - The location of this apartment is the best in Copenhagen. It’s so close to restaurants, shopping, as well as the metro and the sites of the city. The apartment is huge and well equipped for a couple, or a couple with a small child.
• Riccardo (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is ideally located in a silent area of an ancient building in the central pedestrian zone. Easy to collect keys and to enter the apartment. Silent location even if in the center of pedestrian area with bars and restaurants on the street. Spacious apartment, good quality furniture and applainces. Very easy check out. Cleaness could be improved: there were webs on the ceiling near the entrance and in the cooking area; guests are requested to clean the space before leaving but there was no sponge in the kitchen area and the table had some sticking spots from previous guests; curtains in the bedroom need washing. There were 4 different waste bins but no instructions on what goes where: each city has different rules, they should be made available to guests.

• Tommy (8/5): Stunning apartment, pushey customer service and unclear checking in instructions. - The apartment was lovely and spacious and better in person than from the photos which looked nice anyway. Value for money is very good, you get 100m3 instead of around 25m3 in a hotel for the same price. The check in is 16:00 which is becoming more common in property’s now. I asked if we could check in around 90 minutes earlier as it was forecast rain and the property said this was fine but wanted another 499DNk (£57.33) for this. (We declined) There was heavy rain that day and we got soaked waiting for the key which did not arrive untill 16:00. Second negative from this property was a phone call we received on day 2 mainly asking to be sure we left a 10 rating, since returning we have received 2 further emails requesting a 10 rating, this is to forced. Finally the instructions are hard to follow and need to improve for future guests. The property main entrance was 11c and not 11, there are 3 lock boxes and only 1 is for the property, and once you are in the court yard there are around 7 possible Doors that could lead be the apartments. Once in the correct door the instructions state second floor, second floor is in fact there first apartment and the 4th landing is the apartment. 4 basic photos like other property’s provide would clarify the check in instructions perfectly.
