Vi boede på hotellet i 7 dage og morgenmaden blev til sidst lidt ensformig. Badeværelset var ikke ret stort og ikke særligt hensigtsmæssigt indrettet.

• Heather (8/5): Great stay, would definitely return. - The Grey is situated around a 6 minute walk from the metro. They gave great instructions on how to find them as without it you may miss the entrance. We were given the largest room which was clean, spacious and has views of the main road as well as the side road. It is situated not far from the side roads that lead to restaurants and bars. The main street has cafés, clothes and shoe shops. In all a great location. It didn’t serve hot food. But it did provided a huge continental breakfast.

• Nichola (9/5): The hotel was ideally situated for my first stay in Napoli - Large clean room with access to balcony. Great location close to the port , old town and central train and bus station . The front of house staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was only continental if had in the room and had to be ordered by 7 pm the night before . Room was clean and tidy but housekeeping forgot to leave towels as well as threw away toiletries that were being used . The front of house staff were quick to rectify any issues.

Bilder und Beschreibung die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen! - Sehr komische Verhaltensweise eines Mitarbeiters: kurz bevor er uns den Schlüssel für das Zimmer gibt, GEHT ER SELBER IN DAS ZIMMER REIN… ohne ein Wort / ohne Erklärung … MACHT WIR WISSEN NICHT WAS und kommt dann wieder raus und übergibt uns den Schlüssel! HINWEIS: das Zimmer neben dem Eingang / der Rezeption das die Badewanne hat und natürlich einen Extra Aufpreis hat. Als wir dann im Zimmer waren und gesehen haben wie dreckig einige Dinge waren und das Wasser für die Badewanne mehr auf den Boden tröpfelt als in die Wanne selber (undichte Armatur!!!!!) waren wir sehr enttäuscht!!! Als wir dann das Zimmer verlassen wollten und ich nach dem zuziehen einfach mit der Schulter dagegen drückte um zu checken ob die Tür richtig geschlossen ist, war zu unserem entsetzen die Tür einfach wieder geöffnet. Das ganze noch mal probiert und wieder … die Tür öffnet sich ohne Schlüssel mit einem leichten Drücken! Ein ERHEBLICHER MANGEL … vor allem für unsere Sicherheit und unsere Wertsachen!!! Das Verhalten und die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters war so unprofessionell und irritierend das wir am liebsten wieder gegangen wären! Das Zimmer das wir dann als Ersatz bekommen haben, war eine reine Katastrophe! Natürlich ist das Zimmer grösser von den Quadratmetern gewesen, aber das Badezimmer war so eng, so unpraktisch, sooo nervig das nicht mal eine Person sich darin normal bewegen konnte! Wirklich absurd was für ein sogenanntes Premium Zimmer angeboten wird. Der gang zur Dusche war zwischen Waschbecken und der Toilettenschüssel. Der Wasserhahn war so lang und hoch das man nicht ansatzweise sein Gesicht darüber waschen konnte. Man musste zur Seite alles auf den Boden fallen lassen. Richtig schlecht! Mangelhaft in der höchsten Kategorie! Zur Wohnung, 2. OG, mit diesen Zimmern kam man übrigens über die Treppen oder einem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Aufzug! Zu zwei mit Koffer ging es gerade noch!

• Michaela (10/5): Tolle Lage - Gadtfreundschaft pur. Exklusives Wohlfühl-Hotel - Ein schönes, persönliches Mini-Hotel in top Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders das Frühstück war Gastfreundschaft pur - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Solides Frühstück - man wählt die Wunschprodukte und Zeiten vorab aus. Frühstück dann sehr entspannt. Danke an das Team!!! 3.Stick in einem historischem Gebäude mit ganz viel Charme - Balkon lädt ein den Trubel der Stadt von oben zu genießen. Nahe an Metro, Altstadt etc. - wir sind alles zu Fuß gelaufen. Super Matratze - haben herrlich geschlafen. Zimmer bei Ankunftszeit stark beduftet. Die Straße ist sehr lebendig, gegen Hupen und Sirenen helfen auch die tollen Lärmschutz-Fenster nichts - wer sensibel ist sollte darauf eingestellt sein.

• Shakked (7/5): - הצוות היה אדיב ועזר בהכל ! בחדר עם האמבט המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה והטלוויזיה הייתה גדולה. מרפסת מהממת החוצה ! החדר הסטנדרטי שהזמנו לא היה ברמה הנראית בתמונות. התמונות הן תמונות קונספט ולא מייצגות באמת את החדרים. מיטת קפיצים לא נוחה .. טלוויזיה קטנה ומקלחת עם מעט מקום לעמוד. בכללי המקלחת הייתה מלוכלכת עם המון אבנית והדלת הזזה התפרקה מהמקום. בלילה הראשון ביקשנו לעבור לחדר ועקב תפוסה מלאה עברנו ביום השני. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ועזר לנו להעביר את המזוודות וסידר את הכל. החדר השני היה בקטגוריה גבוהה יותר אבל עדיין מבחינת נראות לא חדש כמו בתמונות. הניקוז במקלחת עלה לגמרי אחרי מקלחת אחת והמים יצאו החוצה.

• Alberto (5/5): Migliorabile - La struttura si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo su corso Umberto, con tanti negozi, caffè e ristoranti in zona. Perfetto per girare a piedi le vie principali del centro. La camera si presenta bene e pulita. Il bagno della camera andrebbe migliorato in varie cose. Diverse crepe nella doccia, il soffione troppo basso, non era presente un asciugacapelli. Macchinetta del caffè in camera, ma a pagamento. Gradino non sicuro appena esci dal bagno. Lo staff non molto simpatico quando abbiamo fatto notare i vari punti deboli. Per la stessa cifra nella zona si trovano alloggi decisamente migliori, nel rapporto qualità-prezzo.

• Dana (9/5): Very nice location and place to stay while visiting Naples. - The location was central to our arrival and departure locations while staying overnight in Naples. The room was very clean and very modern. The building itself is old, but well maintained. I enjoyed that the bathroom products were Grown Alchemy. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel in a very long time. The room was well sound proofed from the street noise, but noise from the hallway was more obvious. Not too much though.

• Christoph (7/5): - Perfekte Lage, tolles, freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Die Fotos hier bei booking entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer. Da wurde viel bearbeitet. Die Dusche in unserem Bad war winzig und die Armaturen waren sehr, alt und verkalkt. Das Bidet wollte man lieber nicht benutzen. Die Matratzen waren auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Um den Fotos wieder zu entsprechen, muss einiges getan werden.

We appreciated and enjoyed the staff, always helpful. We enjoyed the balcony space and spent time there each day. More so about the building and not The Grey, there was a bit of a musty smell. While the location worked well for us it is located on a busy street, we like to walk in the mornings and saw some not so great things (someone getting sick). There was more light coming in the room in the mornings than what we prefer.

• Lenka & Larry (9/5): Great location, and good value. - The hotel accommodated early ( 7:15 AM ) breakfast when we were taking a Ferry Tour to Amalfi at 8:30 AM from Molo Beverello. Pastry, fruit, yogurt, cheese and ham were always available. Coffee was good too. We all loved and adored Marco who would go above and beyond to help with luggage, stuck elevator, call to a museum or order local taxi. He even called us during a day to update us on a tour and arrangement he did. The other staff member, Daniele, was so so. He was very nice to me but other family members felt anxious, like they were bothering him and felt unwelcomed coming too early to breakfast area. The rooms are nicely furnished, with a safe and a fridge and each room had at least one balconette with cute table and 2 chairs. Bathrooms have modern tiles and walk-in shower that is a bit too tight for my 6' 3", 230lb husband. Also bathroom are one step up so one has to be careful not to forget and trip. All our three rooms ( we travelled with grandparents ) had some odd step up or down. The entry from street looks shabby and so is the lobby area. But hotel was good to text us pictures what button to press to get them buzz us in. The elevatore is tiny, only 3 skinny people can fit in and often gets stuck. You need to press extremely hard to get it working. The B&B is on the 3rd floor, but once you are in, it feels wonderful.

• Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - The stay exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler, as the staff was warm and helpful, really made the place homey. Very clean and modern, very well lit at night. The amenities also very well equipped.
