- Kristóf Krisztián (10/5): Simply perfect, nothing bad to say. - Nice and clean, minimalist, modern flat in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable couch in the living room and bed on upstairs. The bed sheets and the towels were very tidy and crisp. During our travels, we are lucky to find few nice, tidy and clean accommodations like this or similar, although the primary consideration for us is not the price, but the tidy environment, which was available here in full during the days spent here, we warmly recommend it to those who like to take care of things and are demanding of their environment! We welcome and thank the host from here too! There is nothing they can change and it is not a given, such as the foundation or shape of the apartment.

Nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación también es perfecta, muy cerca del centro. Muy limpio y ordenado todo. Nada, todo genial.

- Egle (10/5): Nice stay in Malaga - Cozy and nice apartment in the new building in Malaga. The apartment has all necessary facilities, even a hair straightener:) Great location, in the quiet area, but only 10-15 min walking from main atractions. Supermarket and the fruit shop is just on the corner. The staff was friendly and communicative. Miguel and Gonzalez were super nice and helpful. The big advantage was the Parking. As we were with the car, underground parking was a huge plus, knowing that to park a car in Malaga center is a challange. Everything was good.

Parking en el edificio, es muy buena opción ya que en la zona es muy difícil aparcar. En los baños no hay portarrollos, ni estante en la ducha donde poder dejar la esponja, el gel....hay que dejarlo en el suelo, y esto no es muy cómodo. Mobiliario algo escaso, por ejemplo en la habitación no hay donde poner la maleta para sacar la ropa, lo tienes que poner encima de la cama...y esto no es muy higiénico. Nula decoración, el apartamento ganaría mucho con poca inversión, unos cuadros o pósters por ejemplo.

- Soledad (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento es precioso, minimalista, decoración moderna y todo nuevo a estrenar y muy limpio Tiene el dormitorio arriba con un baño completo y una terracita muy chula El colchón es muy cómodo nuevo Miguel el anfitrión muy atento en todo momento desde el día de la entrada hasta la salida, echábamos de menos algo de menaje y enseguida nos lo acercaron al apartamento Me daba cosa reservarlo porque lo acababan de poner en Booking y no había reseñas al ser nuevo y ha sido todo un acierto alojarse allí y además importantísimo que tiene plaza de garaje subterránea muy importante en la zona porque es difícil dejar el coche allí Recomendale100💯 Quizás que el salón de a un patio, pero mejor porque no se escucha ruido y puedes descansar
