• Dmitrii (9/5): - Lovely apartment with lovely owners. Practically no downsides. There's no heating, apart from the AC. It probably gets cold in the winter. The AC was enough for me in April.

• Diana Gziryan (10/5): - Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything necessary. The location was also great, we could easily reach everything by foot. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

• Mariam (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is amazing, just across the road from city supermarket and only 2 minutes walking from hraparak. The hotel is clean, really nice bed, clean and spacious shower. Also the staff is very friendly and 24/7 someone is at the recepetion and available to help. Even though it is on one of the most busiest streets, the rooms are quite and you cannot hear the noise from outside.

• Hamdy (9/5): Superb - The owner is a friendly and helpful person. She was replying to my questions before travelling by sufficient time so I knew what to except when I reach the apartment. She also helped my family to check in when I faced problems with my flight. The space is great for family trips and the location is almost near to everything by car or taxi. We enjoyed the stay and didn’t face any problems during it. The owner even came at midnight for our check out.
• Alexandr (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment in a good location. Really nice host (we were even allowed to check in and check out in the middle of the night). Curtain in the shower does not fully cover the shower area, so occasionally there is a need of removing the water from the floor. Good thing that the bathroom size is good enough that this water almost not getting in the way

• Andrey (10/5): Excellent host and apartment! - The host is super helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed. It is really clean. The park is opposite the road and fountains are close by. It is a quiet place. Nice view from the balcony. We were super happy to stay in this apartment! Will come back one day) Lack of hair dryer :)

Wis - Location, the view from the terrace, spacious, clean, quiet area, the feeling of a home away from home, very accommodating host. Furnitures were quite old , no elevator ,apartment on the 3rd floor but everything is manageable
• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in the heart of the city, nice flat and good place to stay. Very friendly owner couple who even came after midnight to help us get a taxi to the airport! Nothing.

The apartment is fully equipped with things for cooking and includes everything you need for bedding and towels. The apartment owners are incredibly nice and went out of their way to be helpful. There is a great terrace to sit outside and enjoy the view of the park across the street. Parking was available. The washing machine works very well (i’ve stayed in other apartments in Yerevan with old machines that did not really work).
