- Thomas (1/5): Decent accommodation, awful and disrespectful customer service - Beds were comfy, fairly spacious, fast wifi, had all the amenities we needed, and the TV's in the living room + bedroom was to watch after a long day. Gets the job done for a group of 3-4! Not a massive con because I know it's fairly common throughout Italy, but the bathroom smelt of eggs often - and the lack of an AC (they provided a self-setup AC which did nothing).
Our biggest dislike was the lack of communication - we requested to check-in between 3-4am on the day of arrival and they approved it. Discussed with us where to meet them, and they said okay. We arrive at the airport at about 11pm, and it took us until 12/12.30pm to get into Venice, and at 1am we got to the meeting point we texted whether they could meet us earlier. No replies - we assumed maybe they set an alarm for 3am so we were fine with waiting a couple of hours. Now it's 3am, and nothing, 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, and finally around 8.30am they replied. Mind you we're a young bunch, and getting accommodation that late was difficult, plus expensive so we slept on benches in a park. Disgraceful. I rang them throughout the night, texted, and did whatever I could but nothing. We finally got in at 9am and met up with one of the hosts. She just said sorry, her colleague got things mixed up, just a sorry. And guess what, a bit of a slap in the face, but instead of asking for 30 euros for the city tax which was stated on booking.com they asked for 36. Oh, and another strange thing, the person I arranged to meet with at 3-4am was someone called 'Matteo', when I met the host, she said I was never talking to a Matteo and a colleague of a different name yet the messages literally said 'Thanks, Matteo'. Absolutely baffling. The accommodation itself is fine, gets the job done, bathroom smells a bit but that's minor, I'm just disappointed in the service and the absolute disrespect and lack of organisation.

- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic I will definitely stay here again
- Thomas (10/5): Great location, amazing service and exceptional communication. - The location was amazing and there was everything we needed in the apartment. When we arrived it was a bit chilly, but the heating worked well.
- Iqbal (9/5): Superb -
- Nigel (6/5): Pleasant - Well looked after by host Property could do with some more maintenance
- Lorenz (8/5): Recommended - The apartment is perfectly located for a visit of the Biennale, outside of the crowded tourist areas in a very quiet lane. We really enjoyed this. The next cafés and restaurants are a 5-10 min walk away. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. Recommended! As it's in the ground floor the apartment is not very illuminated, but we didn't mind. There were some mosquitos who somehow entered, that was the only minus.
