Guest Reviews

- Fiona (7/5): Spacious, easy to find, good transport links, functional - Very spacious and bedrooms separated. Good location for transport links. Tea, coffee & sugar, toiletries, loo roll, cleaning bits , towels all provided. Smart tv. Beds comfortable. Great water pressure. Easy to find & communication good. Bath & shower. Ample lighting options. Very outdated decor and rough around the edges. Busy, noisy road but knew that in advance. Couldn’t really control the shower temperature which was extremely hot, resorted to using the shower head over the bath but was surprised at no safety features, no mat, no grab rail, no curtain. Windows need resealing or double glazing, felt like they were open as no sound reduction at all, can hear conversations of folk walking by. Lots of random stuff in the cupboards in most rooms. No evidence of or instructions for recycling.

- Sonya (8/5): Great location very spacious. - Brilliant location, so spacious for a family of 5. Location 7 mins walk to Earls court tube. So Heathrow and all other locations so easy to get to.
It's a basement apartment so there are 10 steps to enter the front door. My mother needed to be careful with these. But all apartment was on the flat after that.
Walked 15mins to National History museum and queued for 15 mins for tickets great day out.
Lots of spaces to rest and relax.
Holland Park turn right from the apartment up 6 mins walk did my three laps to get a 5km run and even saw a peacock. Needed to use one shower as other bathroom was a bath. And shower door didn't close properly so getting this sorted would make it better.

- Smári (9/5): - Excellent location, good accommodation for most parts.
- Alan (7/5): Excellent location but a little noisy. Very spacious apartment and good value. - Good location albeit a little noisy due to being close to a hospital. Very spacious and spotless. Kitchen was pleasantly stocked with tea and coffee and plenty of toiletries. Tube very close and lots of places to eat close by. Apartment could do with some basic repairs although was spotless.
- peter (9/5): - Great location. Apartment was clean and great value for money.
- Claire (7/5): Large apartment - Very good location and large apartment . Lots of room and supplied tea and coffee. Very friendly staff handed us the keys and lovely clean sheets and towels. The road noise in the front room was very load and keep us up each night, however the other two rooms were very quiet. The apartment was generally clean but floors were very dirty ...we all had black feet after walking around bare foot and bathroom fittings needed a good descale
Finally the front bedroom has a large king size bed but the sheet and duvet were too small and probably only a double .... the under sheet didn't eventually under the mattress. This room also needs work on the bed as made a lot of noise if you turn over or moveintheight

A refaire!
- Sanya (10/5): We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Care Property. Thanks Pritam for this comfortable stay. -
- Nicola (10/5): Brilliant in Londonvery happy accommodation & hosts very friendly - Spacious, central & everything available in property Location , spacious, cleanliness, close by amenities restaurants bars etc shops tubes
- Karen (8/5): Excellent a few issues that was handled promptly and efficient and effective staff - The location was central and easy access to most places in London also handy to have the Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport direct from Earls Court underground No Tea towels and frypans need to be replaced old and not fit for use
- Nicole (8/5): - size of the property
and location home needs some repairs/work

- Belinda B (7/5): Great spot, you don't stay inside, you are there to get out and about. - Location was perfect, bus stop outside and Earls Court Station 500mts down the road. Having a washer & dryer was great, I initally booked thinking we had 5 people, the 3rd bedroom was very small and had no window, totally internal. The bed was quite soft and had no mattress protector, which made me a little uncomfortable.
- Lenore (7/5): - Simple inexpensive fixes: please install toilet roll holders in bathrooms, a small toiletry tray on shower wall of small bathroom. Hand towels for kitchen and kitchen floor can be cleaner. Hot water went off on first two days but was fixed reasonably quickly. OK after that, Altogether a pleasant stay.
- Gavin (4/5): It was a tired, but clean apartment.enjoyed the space but not the lack of hot water - The space and location. That I wasn’t met at the property with the keys. I had to walk to a local hotel and collect them. It took over 30 mins to get there and back.
There was also no hot water at all, so no one could shower during our stay. The boiler was on and working.

- Catherine (8/5): Spacious, very well appointed and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in great Earls Court location - A great location. very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Lovely spacious extremely well appointed mostly comfortable 3 bedroom basement flat. Easy walk to Earls Court Station and to major supermarkets. Wifi was quite slow but OK. Separate but inside apartment laundry room with washer and dryer. Wonderful greens close by with great cafe. Being a basement flat, one bedroom had no windows (not a bother to a 13 year old). One other had some light from a high window that was too high to be opened so not much fresh air. Steep narrow steps to apartment so not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. The queen bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and the main ensuite only had a lovely but deep bath and hand shower so, again difficult for those with mobility issues but great for a luxurious bath
- ERHENG (8/5): -
- Paula (8/5): Great location easy access and welcoming hosts! - Great location and very spacious for the 4 of us. The main bedroom is roadside with huge windows but no blackout blinds. I had to go buy a couple of masks from the chemist!
- Sebastian (5/5): Für London war Preis/Leistung gut. - sehr dunkel
- Campbell (8/5): - Very central to everything Building works and loud upstairs neighbours
- Sian (5/5): Sadly disappointed - Location was great close to subway loads of food options and supermarkets close by. Owner was lovely, descent size apartment. Good washer and dryer available.
Cons for more info.... Photos deceiving, looks much nicer in pics. We were allocated a basement apartment, but there were no options to choose on booking probably leading to our disappointment on arrival.
Whole place could do with some love and attention.
Couldn't unlock back door to let in fresh air, fans were provided but still got very stuffy.
Very noisy as it's on a busy road sounds like the windows are open, hard to sleep.
The twin room was more like a closet, no windows very small obviously the kids were in there but even putting the fan in there it was very hot and stuffy.
Wifi was not flash, probably because we were in the basement.
Weird main bathroom setup with bath only with hand help shower head. Not ideal for older people.
Not toddler friendly as there were exposed power sockets and boards around the place.
Main bed was very noisy but I found it comfy.
No tea towels in the kitchen
Dishwasher shorted the fuse box.
We tried to not this list ruin out 5 day stay in London but sadly we were definitely disappointed.
- Selcuk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (6/5): Pleasant - Space and location Not very clean and extremely noisy
- John (7/5): Probably wouldn’t recommend staying there. - Not a bad location As per instructions tried ringing the contact number to let them know approximately time of arrival before we boarded our flight in Milan to London. Left a message. Someone was supposed to meet us at the property and I tried the contact number again and left a message then tried the other phone number and left a message. Finally had to find the hotel that they own to get keys while the husbands waited at the appartment with the luggage. The lady at the reception said manager was off that weekend and she didn’t get the other message🤷♀️ so the appartment is a little dated, main bedroom is a good size but lots of road noise and the bathroom is a good size with a bath but a weird hand held shower in the bath. Second bedroom a lot smaller and still a lot of road noise due to the rubbers around the window frames were hanging down and not sealing properly hence there was wind coming in when the window was shut, also you could hear people talking walking past the windows on the outside footpath. Bathroom number 2 was very small and the shower was small with no where to place your shampoo/conditioner/soaps etc. No tea towels in the kitchen had to use a bathroom hand towel . Very uncomfortable lounges in the living room too. When we noticed the stove problem on the first day contact the receptionist again and she said a maintenance person would come around shortly. We waited over an hour then contacted her again, finally a man came and said that they were broken and that they would have to get new hot plates. Thought the manager would contact us during our six day stay but didn’t. That was a shame.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property, so spacious! Great for our night away for my sister's birthday! Great location, lovely and clean, smelled lovely walking in and rooms were gorgeous, no complaints at all and hosts were super easy to contact and sort arrangements!
- Lalitha (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spacious, clean and very modern. Exceptional communication from owner, and issues sorted out straight away.
- Kemal_the_traveller (7/5): Good - Location was great. Bus stop right in front of the flat. House was much more larger than I expected and needed. Full of furniture and kitchen supplies. Bedrooms were big. Heating was great. Master bedroom's bed mattress needs to be changed. It was very old. It was making a lots of noise while turning from one side to another. Over all whole house floor was making creaking sounds. Master Bathroom was looking nice but extremely useless. There was nothing to prevent the water from splahing out, and while having a bath, we were cold.
- Amber (5/5): Great location and size for a family or two. Feels a bit tired on the inside and really needs better more frequent clean - Location, space, excellent washer and dryer. Lots of potential to be great, but general maintenance and cleaning really needs improving. Floors were extremely dirty, no supplies to wash dishes, bed linen wasn’t big enough for the beds, hot water in bathrooms very inconsistent.
- Rita (9/5): Loved the property, extremely spacious. Location excellent. Owners accommodating to queries/issues. - Location great. Owners prompt to reply to messages and very accommodating. Shower in the main bedroom - was not the best set up
- Luke (7/5): Good - Property was spacious and easy to access One bedroom was very noisy as it faced out on to a busy road, although apart from that it was a lovely room
- Yolande (7/5): Great location, plenty of room - Great location. Plenty of room at the property for 5 adults The property needs a bit of a spruce up inside. Floors were dirty, needed to be mopped. A proper shower in the main bedroom ensuite would be great. Master bedroom is really noisy, being right on Earls Court Rd. Not that it bothered us heavy sleepers!
- Wayne (9/5): Superb -
- Gregory (9/5): Great place to stay in central London. - Plenty of room and great location!
- Eholdrdge16 (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. The property is beautiful. All was ok
- Fiona (8/5): Very good -
- Valeria (8/5): Very good - All in all it was a good stay! Some recommendations will be the cleaning of the apartment and the bad acoustic insulation of windows. The day we arrived the kitchen floor and utensils were not clean and was kind of hard to sleep with so much noice, we had to buy ear plugs. The rest was good, we enjoyed the apartment and its great location. All in all it was a good stay! - Kari (8/5): Perfect place for our 3 day stay - Large apartment, perfect for our family of 5. Excellent location, very close to transport and lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The bed in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable (hard) and was made noise with every movement.
- Sherryn (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect
Accomodation was old but clean
Plenty of places to eat and transport at the doorstep Bed was creaky and the room with 2 single beds was very tight.
The master bedroom bathroom was difficult if you don’t like baths.
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Sanjeev (10/5): Nice clean apartment in the middle of the London - Hotel location is nice in the heart of London and apartment was neat and clean Internet was slow
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Myrna (6/5): Pleasant - noisy dining room chairs, only 1 TV hooked-up
- Cynthia (10/5): I would stay there again. - It was a great location. It was very roomy and comfortable. High ceilings and nicely decorated. It was noisy at night from sirens and car racing.
- Kyle (8/5): Very good -
- Leone (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (7/5): If not renovated quickly, I would not recommend - Location was good, bus stop right in front of the property
Communication was very good and the host was very friendly It was very used, old and not at all worth almost 1500€ for only 6 days. The dishwasher was smelly and dirty, the stove was not working well and was very u secure (gas)
We could not sleep one night straight due to zero insulated windows - it was like the street went right through our bedroom.
I mean it would be ok if the price would’ve been less than 500€, but it wasn’t.
- Alvin (5/5): Unpleasant and did not get the rest needed. - It was a spacious property. The master bedroom is right against the main street. We couldn’t sleep. There were so many cars driving by and the windows had no sound proofing. We ended up sleeping on the couches. It was that bad. The master bedroom doesn’t really have a shower. It also doesn’t have a shower curtain so the water goes everywhere.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Katherine (8/5): Nice and spacious apartment 10 mins from tube - Very spacious and clean No real view from basement. Location not central.
- Craig (9/5): Superb -
- Jenine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (8/5): Not a world traveler, a bit stressful at the beginning location great after getting used to very good quality public tra - Location 6 -8 minute walk to underground We arrived late evening around 10 from Canada no Internet or phone connection, the instructions arranged entry had been sent months earlier but no follow up. If I did not have granddaughter to review my emails don’t know what we would have done. After getting a phone number and phone connection able to contact care properties and within 15 minutes they sent someone to assist us for entry.
The bed was not very comfortable and seemed small
Front bedroom very noisy from street. This was the ground unit number one.
- Dianne (5/5): Passable - Location was good
Washing nachine Appartment was in bad repair, couch in lounge had 2 broken feet and we fell off it as didn't notice. There were lights out in both bathrooms which made bathrooms dull, only one bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms, light blown in lounge area, TV's in all rooms not functioning until the repairman came after 24 hours. Couldn't get laptop onto internet. Venetian blind in first bedroom broken. Front bedroom very noisy maybe think of double glazing or heavy curtain to dull a bit.
Also a cloths horse to help dry clothes would be good
- Chris (9/5): Large two bedroom unit, close to public transport for easy access to all attractions. Highly recommend. - Large two bedroom unit, clean and close to public transport for easy access to all tourist areas in London There was nothing to dislike
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (8/5): Excellent apartment for family, convenient for London exploring! - Good location. Size. Lightbulbs in bathrooms need replacing
- Yetunde (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (7/5): Clean and Well Apportioned Apartment Just a Mile from Harrods - We loved the size, having three bedrooms and three toilets! It was clean and a great location. The stove would not light. We had to purchase a lighter in town in order to get a flame from the gas burner. Also the knives were not sharp and would not slice the delicious sourdough bread we bought.
- Suzanne (7/5): Had a great time and the only reason I wouldnot stay there again was the noise in the bedroom - The location was good and the flat was well equipped
And very clean The front bedroom was extremelly noisey so was up most of the night
- Mantzorou (9/5): It came up to my expectations, apartment is nicely located and very comfortable. I would recommend. -
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Nicolas (9/5): Lovely, big and cosy appartment - The flat is nice, big and welcoming.
Location is excellent too and the hotel near by is really useful and gentle. The sound of the street coming through the windows in the bedrooms.
- Jenny (1/5): Don't believe the photos! Horrible place. - The location in terms of proximity to central London. However it is a horrible basement flat next to a busy road, so the noise throughout the night means you can't sleep Nearly everything. The flat is in an extremely poor state of repair. Mould in the shower and bathroom. Paint peeling off walls. Blinds that don't fit and cover the windows properly. Unable to sleep. Someone with a key tried to access the apartment at 3am, which was a very frightening experience for our children. Owner was terrible to deal with. I've stayed in better quality student accommodation.
- Cousins (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for money, central location, easy walk to the station and bus stops. Staff were helpful and friendly. The blinds are broken in main bedroom so do not keep the light out from the lamppost directly outside the flat.
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucie (4/5): Disappointed - Location Not as advertised, pictures are very much not like the reality. Apartment was not clean, it is a basement flat. Third room has no windows and is very tiny, not meant to be a room probably.
- Maha (10/5): An excellent stay, warm and welcoming team and the perfect location - Location was amazing extremely central and very spacious Bathroom is a little old and rusty
Was noisy outside with drunk people on main road
- Juliana (8/5): Ppl say that you get what you pay for…that was the case. At least the bathrooms, beds and linens were decently clean. Gr - Location was great. Close to restaurants, small markets, pharmacies and subway station. The place is very spacious and had just about everything we needed. The refrigerator was not working properly probably because the door would not shut right. There were some flies flying around and One of them ended up in our leftover food we put in the refrigerator, yuck! The kitchen smelled bad, again, probably due to the refrigerator.
Also, It was a struggle to find an electrical outlet that worked in any given wall. There was no electrical outlets in either of the 3 bathrooms to plug a hair dryer. The hair dryer seemed to be old and it was not powerful. We had to dry our hair off of the one outlet that worked in leaving room
The place is a corner unit and you can hear a good amount of noise from the street. Trying to take a nap around 5pm was not a good idea.
- Donna (7/5): Good - Very spacious
Liked the 2+ bathrooms
Beds were comfortable Floors were dirty
Problem with the hot water first 2 days
Kitchen wall around trash was dirty plus an odour
- Leon (8/5): Very good -
- Bunsen (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (7/5): Perfect location for exploring London with very friendly staff. - Location was great and it had loads of space. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was dated but with a good washing machine. Front bedroom was noisy for being on the street and would benefit from some heavier curtains - the blinds let a lot of light through. A good apartment that just needs a bit of updating.
- Richard (8/5): VERY PLEASANT STAY. EXCELLENT LOCATION. - THE NOISE FROM THE STREET ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT WAS REALLY LOUD.
