Leah (7/5): Great location, very clean, bit old, no tea. - Location was absolutely fantastic. Made our stay in Florence so much easier. The stove & eventually washing machine were useful. Lots of tourist tips. Dishwasher didn’t work, tiny thin cupboard for washing machine was a challenge, no tea (there was coffee, but the works drinks 3x more tea), 3 flights no lift a struggle for older family members. Spends lots of money on data to update on arrival, traffic was mad, late fine was harsh as expected. Pillows flat & sofa bed not great. More for 2 than 4 people.

Agus (10/5): Too short. Would love to spend more days in Florence and stay in this apartment. Another memorable moment in our holiday - Location Spxious for 4 of us. Pasquale is taking care if us very well. Very helpful Not the property but I was quite nervous with the payment process up front as there were a lot of news about bogus email using the booking.com platform
