The host sent very instructive videos and they were also patient and answered every single question even though it was in the video and we did not understand something.

- Giuseppe (10/5): Felt like at home - The host was simply wonderful: very detailed in providing all the instructions, very helpful, accomodating, and kind as she welcomed us with a small bottle of Prosecco, some beers, and peanuts. The unit is very comfortable: it is a duplex composed by a large living/dining room, a small terrace, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a very large dressing room, and a bathroom. The quality of sleep was excellent since the beds are comfortable and there is absolutely no noise coming from outside. The unit is also fully equipped with everything you may need (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV with Prime/HBO, iron, plates, pans, towels, detergents, shampoo, etc.) Casa Rosa is located in Herent, approximately 5km from Leuven which can be reached by public tranportation or by taxi (we used Uber and each transfer to/from Leuven costed 10-15 euros) Nothing to improve. Just a minor note: the stairs leading to the second floor of the duplex are slightly steep and the steps are not very deep: it may not be very comfortable for elder people
