- Dmitrii (10/5): Здесь помнят твое имя - Огромный отель в «игорном» районе Макао. Это был наш первый опыт остановки в Four Seasons, здесь отель оказался нам по карману. Из нашего номера открывался вид на эрзац-Эйфелеву башню и соседний такой же огромный отель с версалевидной крышей. Номер был очень просторным, с хорошей кроватью, небольшим холодильником, столом, диваном и просторной ванной комнатой с душем и ванной. Больше всего меня поразило то, что портье, который в момент заселения спросил наши имена, в течение всех дней пребывания при случайной встрече в фойе отеля или при входе приветствовал нас и называл по имени. Меня бы не удивило это в бутик-отеле, где живёт 3 постояльца. Но это ГИГАНТСКИЙ отель с ТЫСЯЧАМИ постояльцев. И это не портье, приставленный к нашему номеру - он работал при входе. Какие технологии они используют для этого? Но было приятно! Так же приятным бонусом был небольшой подарок от Four Seasons при выселении, который вручила девушка на стойке регистрации. Ну разве что осознание, что все вокруг - это бутафория.

Оплату возможно было произвести на месте любым способом👍🏼 А дальше- восторг на каждом шагу! Сожалею, что не могу назвать имена девушки, которая на ресепшен принимала нас. Вторая девушка помогала нам устроиться в нашем фантастическом номере🔥 Началось всё при заселении— этот роскошный букет в честь нашей Даты! Нас заселили в потрясающе красивый номер на верхнем этаже с прямым видом на Эйфелеву Башню. Но сам номер был так красиво украшен к нашему пребыванию, не передать словами🤦🏻♀️ На окне красовались огромные надувные цифры 40!!! Их было видно даже снаружи❤️🔥 Был накрыт десертный стол с Игристым вином! Спасибо за ваше внимание и множество сюрпризов все дни нашего пребывания в Four Seasons Hotel Macao! Мы счастливы были отметить нашу красивую дату с вами! О таком сервисе в каждом уголке Отеля, и прекрасных гастрономических изысках, о стильном дизайне всех пространств, о невероятном гостеприимстве одновременно -мы мечтали в самых красивых фантазиях! Прошел месяц после возвращения, а как прекрасно это вспоминать!

Наверное, по обслуживанию и тишине это лучший отель в Макао! При регистрации пытались взять депозит. По просьбе удалось обойтись без него. Но при выезде пытались списать второй раз плату за сутки, которые уже ранее были оплачены через Booking. Потеряли в разбирательствах минут 20.

- Christophe (10/5): Ein großartiges Urlaub Erlebnis zu einem sehr korrekten Preis für unsere gesamte fünfköpfige Familie - Alles: Service, Zummerausstattung, Schwimmbad, frühstück, Sauberkeit, Concierge, alles war einfach genial und nicht so übertreffen. Es ist mit Abstand das großartigste Hotel, in dem ich je war. Man las einem die Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Zum Beispiel rollte die Zimmer Dame sämtliche umliegende Elektrokabel auf und versah sie mit einem kleinen Klettverschluss. Es wurde einfach überall an alles gedacht. Der Concierge, reservierte, anstandslos und professionell Restaurants in anderen Hotels, reservierte Fähren und Limousinen Service. Diese wurden jedes Mal auch schriftlich in einem verschlossen Umschlag bestätigt. Beim Schwimmbad bekam man so viele Badetücher, Wasser und Obstschalen, dass man sie am Ende ablehnen musste. Nichts

- Ekaterina (10/5): Всё понравилось , four seasons как всегда на уровне . - Всё замечательно , в номере все удобства , телевизор в ванной, уборка 2 раза в день , приветственные угощения в номере , быстрая разморозка предоплаты ( в течение недели ) , вкусные завтраки, хороший чистый бассейн и обслуживание у бассейна с напитками и фруктами . Расположение отличное, рядом казино и бутики . Мало света , вид из номера на 18 этаже на плиту под окном , не открывающиеся окна .

Special appreciation to Ms Minnie at the concierge for assisting me on my return trip. She is just the right person at the right place.
