• Luděk (8/5): Určitě bychom si dokázali představit pobyt v tomto zařízení zopakovat. - Byli jsme spokojeni, ubytování splnilo naše představy a požadavky. Jedinou věc bych vytkl: Druhý den pobytu přestalo svítit světlo v jednom z pokojů a i přes urgenci na aplikaci Booking.com nebyla záležitost vyřešena.

Незрозуміла вимога щодо заборони залишення у прмешкаані сміття (штраф 50 євро), якщо баки вивозять вночі, а зранку до 11.00 ти залишаєшся у помешканні і після сніданку та збору речей залишається сміття

• brian (1/5): PÉSIMO - Nada Reserve una estancia para 4 noches, la entrada era a las 14h y por entrar a la 13:30 nos cobraron 5€ de más por darnos las llaves antes de las 14h, el microondas estaba dañado casi explota, cuando ibas a ducharte el agua se salía hasta por fuera del baño, la caldera del agua goteaba, y para colmo, la última noche antes de irnos el calefactor se incendió y se nos quemó una de las habitaciones, quemándose así pertenencias nuestras etc, todo por el mal estado que tenían los electrodomésticos de la casa, sumándole que no tenían ni detector de humo ni extintor de incendios, si quieres vivir un scape room quédate y si quieres ir de vacaciones mejor elige otro.

• CECILIA (8/5): - Su ubicación. Hay un parking a dos minutos andando a buen precio. El apartamento es amplio Hay poca luz en general en el apartamento.
• Mirco (7/5): Viaggio perfetto, posizione perfetta, peccato la "sbavatura" legata al comportamento dell'host - Posizione perfetta a 200 metri dal Senato e dal Palazzo Reale. Permette di muoversi senza uso dei mezzi pubblici che comunque sono molto vicini. Attrezzato anche con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde e piani a induzione. L’appartamento non era stato pulito e il gestore, nonostante fosse stato contattato più volte, non ha mai risposto né alle chat ed email di Booking, né ai messaggi su WhatsApp. La pulizia generale è scarsa: un divano era in condizioni igieniche molto discutibili, i muri avrebbero bisogno di essere ritinteggiati e il bagno, che è cieco, non ha un aspiratore. La totale assenza del gestore è stata l’aspetto più deludente. Sarebbe bastato ammettere un problema con le pulizie e mandare qualcuno il giorno successivo, ma non è avvenuto. Abbiamo dovuto occuparci noi di spazzare via molta polvere e capelli, lavare i pavimenti e pulire il bagno per poter usare l’alloggio in modo accettabile.

• Noheldy (8/5): Muy buen alojamiento - Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda y segura. El personal que te atiende siempre está presto a dar indicaciones oportunas y necesarias. Me hicieron a mí y a mi familia una estancia sin preocupaciones. Recomendado No hay nada que decir con respecto a este punto.

• Ana Belen (10/5): Hermoso apartamento - La cercanía a lugares turísticos, al frente del Palacio Real y cerca de las estaciones de metro. Accedes al centro en pocos minutos. El departamento súper cómodo, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una estadía agradable. Tiene entrada independiente desde la calle, muy seguro y cómodo. Muy recomendable, hay un Supermercado en la esquina y tienen todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar. Excelente!!!

• MARTA (7/5): Wypad na zwiedzanie - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko stacja metra, sklepy spożywcze (Dia, Carrefour), spacerkiem do Pałacu Królewskiego, Świątyni Debod. Wejście do apartamentu bezpośrednio z chodnika, dość ruchliwej ulicy. Hałas związany z samochodami, autobusami itp. Hałas zza ścian- m.in. winda.
• Mireille (7/5): Goede locatie, echter voor niet meer dan 4 personen! - De locatie was fantastisch. Vlakbij het centrum. Ondanks dat het appartement zich in een omgebouwde garage bevond, was het hier redelijk goed vertoeven. De slaapkamers bevinden zich achteraan in het appartement en zijn hierdoor heerlijk rustig. Er is een fantastisch ontbijttentje op de hoek. We hadden voor 6 personen geboekt, wat ook kon volgens de info over dit appartement. Twee slaapkamer en een slaapbank. Deze slaapbank was echter van zo’n slechte kwaliteit, dat het onmogelijk was hier langer dan één nacht op te slapen. Het appartement ligt aanvegen drukke straat en is niet goed geïsoleerd, waardoor je met oordoppen in op de slaapbank moest slapen. Er waren ook maar 4 stoelen aanwezig bij de eettafel, wat vrij onhandig is met meer dan 4 personen. In de communicatie (die vrijwel éénrichtingsverkeer was), werd steeds gedreigd met boetes als de handdoeken/lakens niet goed achtergelaten zouden Worden. Ook werden we meermaals gewaarschuwd de buren niet tot last te zijn, terwijl de buren juist iedere ochtend erg veel lawaai maakten. Wij ontvingen ook een Spaans document wat wij in moesten vulpennen ondertekenen, anders zouden we niet mogen inchecken, op ons verzoek hiervan een vertaling te sturen, werd niet gereageerd.

• Dario (8/5): Madrid en familia - La posizione dell'appartamento è strategico, è molto vicino a piazza di Spagna, fermate bus a pochi metri, ha la fermata metro Principe Pio vicinissima e soprattutto avete i supermercati Carrefour e Dia vicinissimi. 5 minuti a piedi e siete a Palazzo Reale. Appartamento con tutti i confort a partire da microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie etc etc. La disponibilità dello staff nel risolvere eventuali problematiche è top. Poco luminoso, bagno senza finestre e senza bidet.

Nos organizamos el día por Madrid con entradas reservadas para visitas y la tarde anterior a la llegada me llaman y me dicen q ha sido un error y q no podemos dejar las maletas. Nos estropearon el día y perdimos dinero de entradas ya q el guardamaletas no era compatible. Por lo q respecta al piso todo muy bien...la gestión x lo comentado antes regular
• Leyre (9/5): Muy buena relación calidad precio. - La ubicación a 3 minutos andando del Palacio Real. El apartamento es amplio y muy original. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y muy limpio. No hubo nada que no me gustara.

• Marta (6/5): lo riprenoterei - c'era tutto ciò di necessario per un semplice soggiorno, abbastanza vicino al centro soprattutto al palazzo reale, solo 10 minuti a piedi appartamento sulla strada il sesto posto è molto sacrificato, non funziona il condizionatore della stnza prinicpale, è stato un po difficile interagire con host, inoltre scortesi, se volete lasciare il bagalio prima alle 12 dovete pagare un sovraprezzo di 10 euro, terribile

• Caius (5/5): no go - Close to the city center, between subway stations Principe Pio and Plaza de Espana - there is no way way to talk to the owner, only Whatsapp messages are allowed - the owner has zero knowledge of the english language. I was writing english, the owner replied spanish - there are heaters on the wall but not able to heat up the apartment. On top of it, the heater's fan is extremely loud and cannot be dimmed - despite the fact that the owner threatened us with fines if we were too loud, during the night from saturday to sunday there was a party right beneath our apartment which was so loud, that we were able to sleep only after 3 AM. - the bathroom has no ventilation and is therefor full of mold

S/He sent a broad explanation on how to enter the property to ensure smooth check in, so we did not have any troubles to enter the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, more than enough for 4 people. It is located almost right next to the Palacio and you can just simply walk to the metro for 2-3 mins. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Nothing

Heating was good despite the automatic setting As mentioned in other comments, the apartment is noisy. It is not a flat in a building. The shower was flooding a bit.
• Jelena (8/5): Great location, spacious appartment but could be better value for money - Great location, very convenient for both walking and metro, well equipped kitchen, spacious appartment, nice furniture It is not appartment in the building but some commercial/store space or basement next to the building, entry was directly to the living room and it was impossible to sleep there because of traffic and street noise. it was cold in the appartment and there was no heating option, nor the owner replied to our question about heating

• Palcica81 (8/5): Very good - Great location, you can go by foot everywhere. Very spacious, conviniet for two couples or family with kids. Good equiped kichen, with everything you need (even coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt) Carrefour is just across the street. Great new bathroom, with spacious shower. Beds are comfortable, rooms have a lot of closets. Very cold place, dark and without natural light. No heating device to use. Very noisy in the morning, you can hear people from the next building going up and down, because it is a former shop, adapted to be an apartmant - so not well isolated. If you sleep deap, then just bring some worm clothes and you will be happy :)

• Aida (9/5): Fantastic location! - The location is fantastic, it is literally opposite the royal palace of Madrid, you open the door and it`s right there across the road. We took a metro from the airport and got off at Principe Pio which is 5mn walk to the apartment. We didn`t need to use any transport once there, all the main landmarks of Madrid were within a walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable, we were 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very pleased with this booking. Thank you!
