Absolut geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
Problemloser Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Im Apartment alles entweder neu bzw. sehr gut in Schuß. Alles vorhanden , was man zur Selbstversorgung bräuchte.
Die Lage in der Altstadt ist top. Restaurants, Cafes sowie Bäcker und Supermarkt alles gleich um die Ecke. Ebenfalls der fußläufig erreichbare Busbahnhof nahe bei. Nix , alles gut.

- Neil (9/5): Stay in the old town - Perfect location. Parking handy. Quality furniture and linen. Unique stay in a colonial house in the very centre of Las Palmas. Host communications was good. Issues with shower temperature. Parking charges.
- Trevor (10/5): Lovely opportunity to stay in a beautifully restored Spanish colonial style house. - Smart, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay.
The host was easy to contact and very responsive.
If you have a car take the opportunity to use the parking facility offered with the apartment.
- James (8/5): Perfect for exploring Las Palmas - A beautiful house that was incredibly comfortable. We stayed in the two bed apartment which overlooked the street and was gorgeous.
There is a Spar around the corner (open until 2100hrs) and it is really convenient for the old town area. The bus station is a 5 minute walk away, and Las Canteras is a short bus ride (approx. 10 minutes) There was a bit of a mix up at check in, but this was very quickly resolved by Raquel who was very attentive throughout the stay.

- Michael (10/5): Could not have wished for better - The apartment is one of the best I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot. Beautiful large rooms and in a perfect position for visiting the old parts of Las Palmas (and shopping). Nothing
- Robert (10/5): Lovely! - Beautifully decorated and well jutted out kitchen. Close to bus station, shops and old town. Very quiet area.
- Natalia (10/5): wonderful apartment! -
- Sandra (10/5): Fabulous in every way - perfect city (with roof terrace) retreat - The apartment was very spacious with high ceilings and beautifully decorated in a colonial style in keeping with the period features. It was comfortable, super clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Raquel the host was extremely helpful and very quick at responding to any queries. All information she sent about checking in/out and use of car park facilities, across from the apartment, were clear and easy to follow. Car park space was good, and despite being an underground garage, we had no trouble with our SUV size car (as most know it can often be a challenge trying to manoeuvre a larger car in these underground parking garages). Raquel is very welcoming in her correspondence and nothing was too much trouble. Location fantastic for shops and restaurants and only a 20 minute walk to San Roque hospital, which was the purpose of our visit.
Would highly recommend this property if wishing to stay in the centre of Las Palmas.
- Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated colonial house in Triana district.
Comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen, all necessary amenities were there including the washing machine and even dryer.
Only positive impressions after our stay! Definitely to recommend!
- Ruth (10/5): A touch of Colonial comfort and glamour! - Beautiful decor and architecture. Plus great location. Second bedroom has internal window, but this didn’t bother us as the rest of the property was fabulous.
- Aaron (9/5): A beautiful 1900 building where modern fittings complimenting old-world style. - Very easy and early check-in was accommodated. Luggage can be left if early check-in is impossible.
The property is close to town and the bus station so we were able to manage without a car.
There is no road noise but the occasional plane can be heard and anyone else using the stairs echoes through the building. There are only two other flats so this really wasn't a huge problem, and I include it just in case you need a silent room.
The kitchen had enough to sustain a short holiday, but we didn't cook so I can't comment further.
The flat itself is beautifully decorated and had a lovely feel to it. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, in particular the master en-suite was adequate but the shower tray and grouting could do with a deep clean. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
- Linda (10/5): Perfect winter break - We loved the beautiful stylish interior. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Also the location is perfect for all the restaurants and shops and access to the bus station. Nothing
- Rasa (10/5): Authentic and comfortable house! - Authentic and comfortable house! Everything is well maintained, full of antique details. There is a noisy street nearby, so you can feel the noise on the balcony.
- Pieter (10/5): As aspect, we had a very nice stay - Fantastic, middle in the centre Spaces, style
- Lc06 (10/5): Stunning apartment, greatly located - Beautiful apartment, typically decorated, huge space, great location, really extraordinary! Only positive!
- Goran (10/5): Exceptional - Very big appartment (well equipped) in good location. We had parking across of the appartment for 10eur per day. Everything was good
- Monika (9/5): Art nouveau meets the colonial style - The place has a unique atmosphere: stylised furniture, elegant rooms, well-equipped with modern appliances (the drying machine was a life-saver for us). It was comfy, especially the beds. The owner helped us with getting the reservation for the parking place nearby. Nothing, really. It would be perhaps better to equip the location with air-conditioning, but the weather was OK and we did not need it that much.
- Marijke (9/5): Superb - Beautifully located apartment with charm. The old details of the apartment are kept, while it's been updated to a modern and comfortable place. Raquel is super kind and quick to respond. Our daughter loved her cot with special bedding and towel! Would definitely recommend! The only small downside would be that the apartment was not super clean. The bathrooms were spotless, however the floors and kitchen could have used a bit more thorough cleaning.
- Francesco (10/5): Amazing stay in Las Palmas - What an amazing apartment in a colonial mansion! The apartment itself is huge, with two very quiet bedrooms, two bathrooms, office, living room, full kitchen... ideal even for a long stay. The roof terrace is just amazing. I was blown away! Nothing: everything was great. I guess the living room windows are a bit thin (contrary to what you have in the bedrooms) so you do hear some noise from the road, however the street is very quiet so not a problem for us.
- Christine (9/5): Superb - Loads of space. Super bathrooms and showers. Location is 5 minutes from the bus station and close to the main street. The balcony is not an outdoor space. The terrace is extremely large but you need to go up there in the lift. There's no air conditioning, which was fine for us in April, but I wouldn't want to do it in summer. There is a fan in the apartment.
- Philip (9/5): Stunning apartment .Very stylish and immaculately clean. We will certainly stay again... - The location was perfect..central but not too noisey...The building was beautifully presented A name plate on the front of the house..
- Tootler (10/5): A perfect winter break - An elegant well equipped apartment in a great location with a gracious host. Great communication prior to check in and ahead of departure. Best apartment accommodation we have experienced anywhere. Wifi was a little spotty.
- David (10/5): Super apartment in excellent location near the old town. - Fantastic apartment in grand old house. We needed personal accounts to access Prime and Netflix. Perhaps the host could help with this because we could not translate the Spanish. We are pensioners so watch films at night rather than going out clubbing!
- Mark (10/5): Old-world charm without missing out on modern comforts - Our stay was enveloped in the timeless elegance that this property exudes. Upon entering, I was greeted by an inviting hallway, adorned with tasteful art that hinted at a refined aesthetic. The intricate tile work underfoot suggested a careful restoration that pays homage to the building’s heritage. The warm lighting from the geometric chandeliers cast a welcoming glow, complementing the rich wooden tones of the doors and furniture. A delightful blend of traditional charm and modern convenience that would make any stay memorable. The apartment could use a bit more attention on the cleaning front, especially considering its size.
- Beat (10/5): Highly recommended, an outstanding, stylish choice for exploring Las Palmas. - Outstanding apartment, tastefully renovated with much love and passion for design. Centrally located in Las Palmas near the main San Telmo bus terminal, the pedestrianised Triana shopping area, and the historical centre. High ceilings give the place an airy feel, generously sized living area, well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated with lots of individual touches. Definitely does not feel like the typical B&B, more like a place designed by the owner for personal use. Huge roof terrace is an extra bonus. The only negative was the rather moderate quality of cleaning. Dust under the beds was piling high, no liquid soap in the elegant bathroom dispensers, some kitchenware was dirty. These are minor niggles and I absolutely recommend this place, but I'd also say that the apartment would benefit from a cleaner who takes their job more seriously. Note also that finding parking can be a bit challenging but this is normal for an apartment in the city centre and shouldn't count against this place.
- Paul (10/5): Dive into the grandeur of the early 1900's - We immediately felt at home in this charming colonial apartment. Raquel has tastefully renovated this beauty, respecting the style of 1912 but adding today's comfort. We loved the location. The old town is quite near and it is full of small businesses and trendy restaurants. We wanted to live like locals and avoid tourist areas and found exactly what we had been looking for. Locals enjoying life around us, great food and a charming neighbourhoud. Raquel organized us a parking card in the garage opposite the house, which was very convenient for our rental car. In the weekend we went exploring the island hiking some of the top trails. From Calle Perojo you're on the main access road in less than 5mins, and to the airport takes you only 20 mins.
Huge spaces, very Quiet at night. We slept like babies in the good beds.
Good showers, nicely decrated bathrooms
Well equipped kitchen. All you need is there
Need to log in to work? You even have a separate office room with a fast LAN access. The rooftop is huge and has a table and chairs, but if it was mine I would add plants and make it like a roof garden. It's an awesome place to enjoy winter sun.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Stay here. - Amazingly located apartment with tasteful entrance and curiously connected flats. Spacious apartment with original colonial architecture carefully preserved during the renovations and interior design matched with great attention to detail. The equipment was great and instructions and communication for check-in and during the stay was great. If at all, only tiny things not worth mentioning. One thing is that we were unlucky to have some neighbours in the flat next to us, who were a little careless and inconsiderate with respect to their noise levels when entering the building (particularly in the middle of the night). Since it’s an old building, noise passes easily. But otherwise the flat is super quiet even though it’s in the middle of the city.
- Lyn (9/5): Superb - Location, beautiful apartment Walls between bedrooms very thin .
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Elegant building built and finished to a very high standard. Quite yet right in the heart of the city. Hot water was not very hot
- Cecilia (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning restored house located in the best area in town. The design of the apartment was very unique and with a lot of attention to detail. Every corner of the house had its own charm and a luxurious touch. We highly recommend this place and Raquel as a host and will definitely come back if we’ll ever come to Las Palmas again.
- Kerri (9/5): Felt like we had been upgraded to ambassador class in this exceptional, elegant apartment! - The building is exceptional. Has a lift to the apartment (very welcome with heavy suitcase) but it's the design and style of the building (Built 1912) that makes it so special. The interior is like a film location, with huge high ceilings and amazing tiled hallway. It has a separate study, which adds even more elegance to this already elegant house. The main bedroom has an en-suite AND a dressing room. Beautifully furnished apartment. I felt like I was staying in an ambassador's city residence! Perfectly located in the chic Triana area of the city, near the best restaurants and only 2 mins walk to the bus station, which services the entire country with a reliable public transport network. The owner was also delightful and so helpful and keen to make our stay an excellent one. The only thing I'd say is that air-con would be nice in the bedrooms. Like everywhere I've stayed in Gran Canaria, the bedrooms are a bit stuffy without much airflow, so in summer I'd say air-con would be necessary.
- April (10/5): We had a friend at the end of the phone - thanks Raquel - Raquel, the lovely owner, was waiting for us when we arrived. She had responded quickly to all our messages so we were confident that everything would go to plan. We arrived by taxi and Raquel came down in the lift/elevator to accompany us to the first floor apartment. We were blown away by the high ceilings, the beautiful decor and the highend feel of the apartment. The quality of the apartment showed everywhere from the kitchen with cast iron pans and the sharpest knives I've ever used, to the beautiful sheets and throws. The position of the apartment was perfect within easy walking distance of the San Telmo Park and the chic shopping streets around Calle Triana. At the end of Calle Triana we were in La Vegueta, the historic district and we spend a happy day wandering around looking at the Cathedral and the Casa Colon. There were supermarkets close by and we cooked a few meals with the ingredients bought there and in the local greengrocer. When we arrived, Raquel had already bought a few staples so that we were able to have a coffee before we went out to stock the large fridge and freezer. The taxi rank was just on the other side of the park as was the bus stop and we spent a half day on the double decker red bus orientating ourselves. The taxis to just below La Isleta never cost more than E6. Raquel asked whether we were hiring a car and she arranged parking for us just over the road from the apartment. It was so easy and great value after she negotiated a discount for us. For the price of a hotel room in Maspalomas we had a huge apartment to ourselves with a bedroom each and an office for me when I wanted to jot down holiday memories in my journal. A perfect extra living room for teenagers who want to be away from their parents or couples who want to read in one room and watch TV in another. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for the wine @Raquel, it was the best we drank on our visit to Gran Canaria! We will be back soon! There really wasn't anything. We kept in touch with Raquel during our stay and she was able to jump in and help whenever we had an issue (like the parking for our hire car - we asked her advice about the parking spots outside and she went the extra mile and got us underground parking over the road).
