Layla went above and beyond. She contacted our tour group when my daughter was sick to arrange with the company to go at a later date, and was so friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. She really made our stay and helped us feel at home. Would be great to have more food options for the central kitchen, even if charged.

• Amanda (10/5): Spectacular stay - Layla was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. A couple days before we flew here, the staff offered to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport. This kind of gesture is not common in America. The staff did daily housekeeping for us. The room decor was very stunning; I loved the blue walls with the gold touches. I loved the hotel location as it was close to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain; it was not too far from the Vatican City. Hopefully if I ever come back to Rome, I can stay at this fantastic place again. Grazie!!

Con una passeggiata si raggiungono tranquillamente sia i principali monumenti che la zona Trastevere per pranzo e cena. Posizione molto comoda anche per spostarsi con bus o taxi. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose, i letti e cuscini molto comodi. Molto apprezzati e utili i kit da viaggio forniti! Layla è stata carinissima e professionale: ci ha accolto molto calorosamente e si è resa molto disponibile ad aiutarci in qualsiasi modo; il giorno della partenza si è messa a disposizione per tenerci i bagagli fino alla nostra partenza nel pomeriggio (molto apprezzato!) Per la nostra prima volta a Roma ci siamo trovate benissimo, e se dovessimo ritornare allogeremmo ancora qua!

A reception area for queries which is a nice personal touch and Layla was very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping great - daily fresh clean towels. The area was perfect, we walked everywhere, major sites between 5-25 mins walk, may look far on the map but wasn’t at all. And actually in a quieter area, and a nice local supermarket Tigre close by. Being on the ground floor near the kitchen, there was some noise on our first two nights from other residents arriving back late - but this isn’t something the property owners can fix and I expect is common.

She gave us a lot of useful information about attractions and restaurants. My daughter was a little bit sick on the last night, so Layla was very nice allowing us to stay in the room after the check out time. Thank you, Layla! No view to the street, but this is a minor issue considering you are only coming here to sleep.

Lokalizacja również jest bardzo dobra, wszystko jest blisko i łatwo się przemieszczać. Jedynym minusem jest to, że ze względu na położenie w pomieszczeniu piwnicznym jest trochę mało światła słonecznego. Poza tym wszystko było bardzo w porządku i mogę polecić to miejsce.

De Appartementen zijn schoon en ruim. Elke dag schone handdoeken en lakens. Layla was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij gaan zekker nog een keer terug naar Ii Tempio della Capitale. Dikke 10 voor alles. Niet kunnen vinden.

The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is very clean and well organised. The staff were exceptionally kind, and a special thank you to Virgilio, who welcomed us so warmly and thoughtfully shared a guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. In a lovely and unexpected gesture, he even shared some dried mango from the Philippines with me after I mentioned how much I love it — such a small but meaningful detail that made our stay even more memorable. We will certainly choose to stay here again when we return to Rome. Nothing to mention — everything was excellent.

En algunos momentos se desconectaba la calefacción por la noche.

Pero lo mejor de todo y lo que lo diferencia de otros alojamientps que hemos estado en nuestra recorrida por Italia es la atención y dedicación de Layla. Siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, un encanto de persona en todo sentido, nos facilito absolutamente todo, y nos permitio guardar las maletas antes del horario de check in y luego del check out. Resumen: el lugar materialmente es un 10 pero la atención, calidez y profesionalismo de Layla supera las expectativas de cualquier turista. Volveremos y recomendamos al 100℅. Gracias Layla!!! Nada
• Maria Teresa (10/5): Viaje Familiar - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona me ha parecido súper segura con mucha vigilancia y sobretodo tranquila. Está bastante cerca de puntos turísticos importantes. La recepcionista que nos recibió, Layla ha sido encantadora y muy amable, nos ha dado todo tipo de indicaciones para tener una experiencia de viaje increíble. Ha sido súper atenta y nos proporcionó un teléfono de WhatsApp por si teníamos alguna duda preguntarle. En cuanto a las habitaciones me han parecido enormes y muy completas. El hotel estaba muy limpio y dispone de un montón de cosas como zapatillas, jabones, cepillos de dientes… También hay una pequeña cocina donde se puede hacer uso de microondas y dispone cafetera con café, entre otras cosas. Para nosotros ha sido un hotel muy top. Si volvemos a Roma no hay duda de que volvamos al mismo hotel y si en él sigue Layla mejor. Y en cuanto a familia y amigos será nuestro hotel de recomendación. No hay ninguna queja

We chose it because of the high score on the review , but when we arrive in the room is surprised at the difference between the two, the room is relatively simple, the condition is relatively poor, the room has a very heavy and exaggerated flavor to cover the smell of the moisture, the toilet also has a smell,because we only stay for one night, leave very early next day,we don’t want to spend time to move,we try not to go to the bathroom , and we remove the fragrance from the room to bathroom cover up the smell.the bathtub also needs some brush. The mattress is okay, but the sheets are older, some sheets are rough materials and start the ball, sleeping uncomfortable .Mosquitoes are a problem, children are bitten, kids find mosquitoes when they arrives in the room, the room is kind of dark, but still can see the mosquitoes flying. The price is on little cheaper side, but rather pay more next time for better experience. we've lived in other same price or higher, the room conditions were much better.

Το ίδιο και το αγόρι της απογευματινής βάρδιας. Επιλέξαμε ταξί να μας μεταφέρει από και προς το αεροδρόμιο μέσω του καταλύματος και όλα ήταν άψογα.. Παρόλο που δεν είχαμε κλείσει πρωινό μας πρόσφεραν δωρεάν καφέδες μπισκότα τσάι χυμούς μέλι μαρμελάδες και κουλουράκια.. Αν ξαναπάμε στην Ρώμη θα το επιλέξουμε πάλι.

• DIMIER (9/5): Super - service de qualité , emplacement central. petite kitchenette commune à disposition. l'accès à l'hôtel se fait par un petit escalier ne convenant pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite.

• William (10/5): - Great location and amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly. The guest house is ideally located for all the major attractions in Rome and everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. This is a hidden gem amongst the many options in Rome well worth considering.
• Erica (10/5): Layla was warm and welcoming! The place was clean and the location in the Jewish piazza was perfect. - The property was the perfect location in the heart of the Jewish area and walkable to so many other major sites in Rome. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than some of the other areas and has its own history which added to the charm. We were greeted by Layla who was so friendly and gave us a tour of the common areas. She also gave us a lovely welcome/Christmas gift package which was so nice and unexpected! We were also so surprised and happy our room was ready early. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and clean. Layla gave us a WhatsApp number so we could be in contact with her if we needed anything, and she checked in on us throughout our stay, which made us feel extra taken care of! We thank Layla so much for making our stay extra special.
• Alessandro (10/5): - La posizione sicuramente è perfetta, sei attaccato al lungo Tevere, difronte all'isola Tiberina, praticamente in pieno centro. Il personale è gentilissimo. La nostra stanza è in un seminterrato ma nulla che dia fastidio, ci sono 3 finestre che si possono aprire elettricamente, Ci sono alcuni dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati, ma nulla di che. La lampada sul comodino è ricaricabile con una posta USB di tipo C, ma era scarica. Stiamo parlando di dettagli che non compromettono il soggiorno.
• ateret (7/5): אם אתם מחפשים מקום ללילה אחד או שחשוב לכם להיות קרוב מאד לגטו זה המקום. - המיקום מעולה! מול בית הכנסת ברומא וקרוב לכל המסעדות הכשרות. הצוות במקום זמין ונחמד מאד היינו 4 מבוגרים בחדר אחד המיטות היו בסדר אבל לא הכי נוחות חדר שירותים אחד בלבד

• Martina (10/5): - ho soggiornato due notti con la mia famiglia ed è stato assolutamente tutto perfetto, zona tranquilla ma assolutamente centrale, raggiungibile tutto a piedi dai monumenti principali. Layla alla reception gentilissima e simpaticissima sempre pronta a darci una mano, la prossima volta a Roma sicuramente verrò qui🥰

• Loukas (8/5): - Location and cleanliness, the apartment was cleaned every day along with the changing of towels.
• Matthew (8/5): Great hotel close to everything. - Great location. Great staff. Clean beds and solid shower. It’s very basic, but still nice and well maintained.

• Michael (9/5): great location , friendly staff and clean room - Layla & Virgilio were great hosts and made us feel welcome. Virgilio gave us plenty of information on tourist attractions and Layla was very helpful showing us the kitchen and made every effort for us to enjoy our stay Doors were difficult to lock and there are too many keys . suggest a key card approach. also limited after hours service as there were no obvious staff onsite after 9pm
