• Tiffanie RA (10/5): Une perle rare à Gizeh - Notre séjour au Heaven Pyramids était tout simplement parfait. Bien que le quartier soit réputé pour son animation et son bruit, nous n'avons absolument pas été dérangés par les nuisances sonores, ni par les odeurs que l'on peut parfois retrouver dans ce secteur. La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle, avec des lits très confortables, et un beau balcon donnant sur la rue. Le point fort reste sans aucun doute le rooftop, qui offre une vue absolument fabuleuse sur les Pyramides et le Sphinx. Et je rajoute que son emplacement à deux pas de l'entrée principale des pyramides est également un plus. Le personnel est d'une grande sympathie et toujours disponible. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse des jeunes femmes au petit-déjeuner, qui sont adorables. Un immense merci également à Youssef et à toute son équipe pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Ils ont même eu la délicate attention de nous préparer des box pour le petit-déjeuner lors de notre départ matinal. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter ! Rien
• Irune (9/5): Buen hotel en las piramides - El personal es muy amable, habitaciones amplias, limpias, baño limpio, con agua con presión y bien de temperatura. Cama cómoda, sábanas limpias y almohadas buenas. La ubicación buena, está en un callejón y para los taxistas es un poco complicado, pero está cerca de la general. No tiene ascensor, que para subir con las maletas es un poco complicado. Eso sí, nos ayudaron :) Nada😃

• Nash (10/5): I'll be back! - I stayed here the first week of March.i couldn't have chosen a better place for my budget! I have to say a special thank you to my brothers Yousef and Moamen, who treated me like family and have friends for life!! All the other staff were just as great and always attentive to your needs. They organised my transfers from the airport and an excursion to saqqara. The view from the roof terrace is special. It's less than a minute walk to the pyramids entrance. I also had a great view from my room. A great local run hotel with amazing staff and location. I am planning to take friend back later this year. See you soon 😃 I didn't book longer!
• Giuliana Ayelen (9/5): Nice place if you want to be near Pyramids! - The location is great if you want to be near the pyramids waking up looking at them. Be aware Giza is an intense place. Staff are really helpful. The room is really nice. The breakfast for vegans is really poor. We had a room next to the street and the windows aren’t soundproof so we couldn’t sleep very well but I think is a problem in all Giza jaja (buy headphones for sleep) you can get better the windows or ask for another room not near from the street.

• Bilgehan (10/5): I truly and strongly advice Heavens Pyramids! - If you are traveling to Cairo and wish to see Pyramids, do not think any other place! Here is great. The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything. I sincerely thank everyone of them. Especially Youssef, from our airport transfer to handling every order or guiding about what to do/eat, he was soo helpful! Waking up to the pyramids view each morning and having your breakfast right in front of all that history were something unforgettable. I truly advice this place. (Lastly, I was worried at once about the neighbourhood due to some negative comments, however I have not experienced anything negative in the neighbourhood. I was with my girlfriend. Everybody was very friendly and warm towards us. Because the hotel locates in an alley, you do not get disturbed with the noise of Giza road as well. This road is naturally crowded as it leads to the Sphinx entrance of Pyramids. And it is just 2 mins walk distance from hotel to that entrance. Great indeed!) The water pressure was low. It might be because of the building infrastructure. Did not affect us much.

This hotel exists thanks to its staff. Bravo! The view of the pyramid from the room was a great addition to the stay. The location very close to the entrance to the pyramids was also helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms... poor. After asking for them to be cleaned, they were still dirty. The bathrooms need renovation, and the spirit of the times is palpable. Breakfast is average, with little variety.

Wir durften bei der Silvesterparty mit DJ, Tanz und Band dabei sein. Wir haben viel Spaß dort gehabt und uns wohlgefühlt. Parken etwas schwierig vor Ort aber für 2 Nächte ging es.

• gonzalo (10/5): La perfeccion hecha realidad - Primero voy a destacar la atencion de todo el staff, principalmente de josef, es un genio (fue con el que mas trate) Segundo, las chicas que preparan el desayuno son lo mas atentas que vi, son un 10. Tercero los chicos que estan en la noche con el tema de la cena, super atentos, y siempre peniente de uno. Cuarto la habitacion triple es gigante, con in baño enorme y para rematarla tiene in jacusi que es un belleza. Quinto, literalmente al frente de las pirámides y a la vuelta de la ventas de entradas. Sexto el roof que tienen es un amor!! Desayunar o almorzar viendo las piramides es impagable!! Septimo y ultimo voy a volver a recalcar la atencion de todo el staff, super amables, siempre predispuestos a ayudar y que nunca te falte nada. Aclaracion el agua es gratis Todo es perfecto, solo le faltaria algunas luces al roof para poder cenar ahi arriba y que terminen la pileta, pero son cosas minimas y que seguramente pronto estaran!!

• Rishab (10/5): - The staff was very welcoming and comforting. I told them I needed to check in very early and they were fine with that. They had open communication and 24hr help. The service was excellent, something you don’t get at even a 5 star hotel. They arranged a private dinner for me and even offered me a private breakfast after missing it. When I said I was leaving at night they packed me a breakfast because I would be leaving before it started. Ahmed and Mohamed specifically helped me the most. The rooftop is nice and it is the closest you can go to the pyramids. The room is big with modern styling. Everything was clean and enjoyable. I’ve heard that some other hotels lie on their reviews to make it seem better but I can guarantee the hotel is just like the pictures posted.
• Marc (10/5): Amazing location and view - The view from the rooftop was amazing, the room was clean and the airport pickup and dropoff very comfortable just 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel and the hotel is very close to the pyramids and the sphinx main gate.
