- Barbara (9/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub im Rivus machen! - Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon mal im Rivus und waren vom Umbau echt positiv überrascht. Der Wellnessbereich ist echt toll geworden. Die Speisekarte im Hotel war etwas klein, dafür war es aber trotzdem sehr lecker.

Basen super - byliśmy w okresie kiedy było mało ludzi w hotelu, więc były moment, że mogliśmy korzystać z niego sami. Śniadania pyszne. Pierwszy raz miałam pokój z otwartą łazienką i wiem, że to nie jest rozwiązanie dla mnie. Dla mnie jest wtedy za zimno w łazience przy kąpieli. Woda pod prysznicem mimo ustawienia na max. miała za niską temperaturę.
- Julia (7/5): Schönes Hotel aber zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. - Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage am Berg und ist nett eingerichtet. Vorallem der Spa Bereich mit Saunen und Pool ist wunderschön und wirkt sehr neu. Das Restaurant Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und der Service im Zimmer ist für den Preis nicht angemessen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice in den Apartments unter 7 Nächten. Auch gibt es keine Flasche Wasser oder sonstige Aufmerksamkeit zur Anreise. Neben dem Frühstück hat uns auch das Abendessen im Restaurant nicht überzeugt. Es gibt besser Alternativen in der Umgebung. Wir waren insgesamt eher enttäuscht bei diesem Preissegment.

- Ivo (8/5): Ideální hotel pro ty, kdo chtějí být první na svahu - Hotel je na dobrém místě, asi 100 metrů od lanovky. Je velmi hezky a vkusně zařízený, pokoje jsou prostorné a zajímavě řešené. Ocenili jsme vířivku a vyhřívaný venkovní bazén. K dispozici je několik saun. Personál na recepci i v restauraci byl velmi milý, ochotný a přátelský. Snídaně i večeře byly dobré. U snídaně bych uvítal, kdyby obsluha nově příchozím nabídla možnost přípravy např. hemenexu. Že tato možnost je, jsme zjistili pozdě. Parkování je bezproblémové. Moc dobře jsme se nevyspali. Přestože jsme vypnuli topení úplně a nechali mírně pootevřené balkonové dveře, bylo na pokoji moc velké teplo. Může ale jít jen o náš, subjektivní pocit.

- Carina (6/5): - Gute Lage Unterkühlte Atmosphäre Holländische Gäste die keine Rücksicht genommen haben, und mit schießen mitten in der Nacht nach Hause gekommen sind… Anstatt sie zuerst in den Skikeller zu räumen.
- Irene (7/5): Verblijf aan de piste in rustiger gebied dan Saalbach, matige kwaliteit - Vlak bij de gondel, aan het eind van de piste, Het zijn 3 huizen die ondergronds met elkaar verbonden zijn, betonnen gang met trapjes, tussen- gebouw bestaat uit appartementen en zwembad met saunacomplex. Voor het aantal gasten zijn de faciliteiten te klein: rust ruimte in de sauna, geen mogelijkheid om naar buiten te gaan, zwembad buiten, lijkt vooral voor de gezinnen met kleine kinderen, en bar 3 hoge tafeltjes. Hoewel er pogingen zijn gedaan om geluid te dempen is de schelheid van bv huilende kinderen nog fel, kwaliteit van eten was matig

Wir konnten spontan den Aufenthalt verlängern und da hat sich jede Nacht gelohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet, sowie der Rest des Hotels auch. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub dort! In der Suite fehlte ein bisschen das Waschbecken in der Toilette, da war die Aufteilung für mich nicht ganz optimal.

Unser gebuchtes Deluxe Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war der Service während unseres Aufenthalts sehr chaotisch. In Anbetracht des gehobenen Preisniveaus fanden wir das sehr schade, zumal sich weitere Unstimmigkeiten auch beim Abendessen wiederholten und dadurch weniger Ruhe während der Mahlzeiten aufkam. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial, wenn der Service strukturierter wäre.

- Melina (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Essen: Das Essen war ein echtes Highlight. Abwechslungsreich, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren qualitativ top – wir haben jedes Gericht genossen. Spa: Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Sauna- und Ruhebereiche sind modern, gepflegt und bieten genau das, was man für echte Erholung braucht. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war groß, stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und der Balkon bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Details gelegt wird. Lage: Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch für Ausflüge, Spaziergänge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Fazit: Ein Hotel, in das wir definitiv wiederkommen werden. Es stimmt einfach alles: Atmosphäre, Service, Qualität und Komfort. Absolute Empfehlung!
- Sven Hubner (9/5): Erholsames Wochenende in den Bergen - Schönes Hotel mit neuen stylischen Zimmer. Das Frühstückbuffet ist umfangreich mit allen, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Am Abend gibt es ein leckeres 5-Gänge Menü mit 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist sehr gut. Auch das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm. Wünsche und Anregungen werden rasch umgesetzt sodaß man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Der Spabereich im unteren Geschoß ich sehr großzügig mit mehreren Saunen, Ruheraum und einem großen beheizten Pool im Außenbereich.
- Rainer (9/5): Top Preis-Leistung - Das Rivus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Kein übertriebener Luxus, dafür fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sensationell. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer (Suite) geräumig, in ansprechendem Design, das Bett/die Matratzen sehr gut. Das Personal in jeder Hinsicht top. Der Wellnessbereich bietet mit 2 Saunen und Dampfbad sowie Pool und Whirlpool alles was man braucht. Die Ruheräume sind zwar modern, aber vorwiegend im Untergeschoß - mir persönlich fehlte dabei die Aussicht auf die wunderbaren Berge. Meiner Frau und mir ist nichts dazu eingefallen.

- Diego Jen (9/5): Comodidad y buen gusto a pasos del EPIC Bikepark Leogang - La ubicación y las instalaciones son perfectas. Está a pocos metros del EPIC Bike Park / con la ventaja de no tener que usar el auto en absoluto. Se puede subir a la montaña para pasear o bajar en bicicleta. Las almohadas son lamentablemente de muy baja calidad. Grandes y blandas de goma espuma. No cumplieron con mis expectativas de un hotel 4 estrellas.
- Kristýna (9/5): Příjemný pobyt na příjemném místě s perfektní polohou - Skvělá poloha hned u lanovky, milý, přátelský a vždy nápomocný personál, krásný wellness, dobré jídlo. Poprvé jsme v Rakousku v hotelu zažili, že jsme měli nevyžehlené povlečení, které bylo opravdu nekomfortní, tvrdé a nehezké, a přes víkend nepřišel úklid. Ale to jsou maličkosti, jinak bylo vše o.k.

- Janine (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - In unserem Zimmer fühlten wir uns „zuhause“. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Jeder Wunsche wird ermöglicht. Das Frühstücks Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl an leckerem Essen und das Abendmenü ist fabelhaft! Der SPA Bereich ist wundervoll. Hier kann man entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Alles wirkt sehr luxuriös! Die Lage ist überragend!

- Sabrina (10/5): Sehr erholsamer Urlaub, in einer wunderschönen heimeligen Unterkunft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! - Wir hatten ein Appartement, dass sehr sauber war und von der Größe optimal. 2 Toiletten, herrlich, sehr moderne Einrichtung, viel Platz und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Lage war top, Bikepark sehr nah gelegen, man konnte ihn vom Balkon aus sehen :) Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, wunderschöne Wanderwege praktisch vor der Tür. Tolle Lage!!! Es gibt 2 Pools die sehr sauber waren, ausreichend Liegen. Der Ruhe und Wellnessbereich top. Die Wasserbetten bieten zusätzlich Ruhe. Es gibt im Keller eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was sehr nützlich war. Ein tolles Highlight, das Radio im Badezimmer, für mich auch zu Hause ein absolutes Muss. Das Personal des Hauses sehr freundlich mit stets einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Ich fand das Frühstück (das wir nicht genutzt haben) mit über 30€ pro Tag und Person schon recht überteuert. Ich würde mir noch einen kleinen Wäscheständer am Balkon wünschen, dann müsste man nicht den Trockner in Anspruch nehmen, sondern könnte die Kraft der Sonne nutzen :) Ansonsten fällt mir rein gar nichts negatives ein!!! Alles prima!

Great location close to asitzbahn cable car (and transportation of bikes up the mountain also possible). Nice swimming pools with some comfy beds around. Good parking facilities and great bike storage area for our own bikes. Wifi occasionally dropped out West facing room during heat wave meant it took time for room to cool down at night! From UK / US just to note that whirlpool and sauna area is a naked area, similar to many spas in Austria.

- Eduard (6/5): Quite average - Spacious well-decorated rooms. Location could be convenient for winter sports as the ski lift is near by. Hotel is much larger than one would expect from a boutique hotel - it comprises from few buildings with an underground connection. Frustrating dinner: quality is ok but variety is poor. No simple meat option so I had to pay extra for a basic Wiener Schnitzel. There are no spa towels in the room and around the swimming pool - they can be found just in sauna. No sockets around the bed.

- Danielle (7/5): Nice but a bit overpriced - The room was comfortable and the hotel is well decorated. The sauna/spa/pool area is very nice, very clean and modern and not overcrowded. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. You do receive a complimentary single use lift ticket for the area and you can also purchase lift tickets directly with the hotel. I was a little disappointed with the assigned seating for meals. I specifically booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis because of the advertisement on nice meals in a nice area. The first night we came down to find we had an assigned table off to the side in a sparsely filled breakfast room with too much light. Not exactly the romantic/birthday weekend getaway feeling I was hoping for. They were nice enough to re-assign our seat in the dining room area for the following evening and also breakfast on our last day. I imagine there is some reason behind the assigned seating, but I found it a bit odd and off-putting.
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - Besides the obviously stylish, yet cozy appearance I want to mention the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were always very attentive without being bothersome. Small chats were always very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were in perfect order, comfortable, cozy and modern, and larger than expected. All the facilities were in perfect order. The Spa area is very stylish and inviting, the massage was great. I found the prices fair to the quality offered. And again, I want to stress how great the staff was, from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, to everyone behind the scenes making sure the spa area was always stocked and clean, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen (cooking up amazing food! Thank you!). I look forward to visiting here when time allows it.

- Jiri (1/5): Hostile hotel in the middle of construction site - - Hostile behaving family Nadler, the owners!!! - Be warned that, they judge their guests based on sex, race, habits, religion, etc. If they don't like you, they will humiliate you by sticking paper publicly in front of your apartment door, so everybody can read, what they think of you!!! - Don't go here if you like to have snacks at 4:20 PM - I was looking for peaceful heaven in Alps, but I got expensive apartment in the middle of construction site - Very loud noise and vibrations during the work days, which was majority of days we spent here, from 7 AM untill 5 or 6 PM!!! - It was impossible to sleep after 7 AM - Workers staring into apartment all day - They made me VERY unhappy, they almost succeeded to screw my holiday completely - As a compensation they offered me worthless voucher for next stay although they of course knew that I don’t want to go here any more

- Jan (9/5): Lovely family stay for the end of ski season - Nice, modern interior, superb location, welcoming personnel, nice restaurant and kid and ski facilities. Very nice breakfast. The SPA is small but OK for the hotel type. Ski room is perfect and bathroom in the room has heater for drying clothes - which we've found nice for a moder type of appartment mostly heated by floor heating. We had an appartment with beautiful view to the slopes and lift. Small but well created playroom for kids is handy for families with small kids (4y + 7y in our case). Walking distance to the lift and kids school area in front of the hotel is superb! Extrabeds are not as comfortable as the proper ones - could be expected, but ... Menu in restaurant gets more a more difficult to choose from as you stay more nights as its offering is quite limited. The SPA entrance is limitted to 15y+ which you can't find on booking.com hotel description - therefore as we're traveling with kids 7y - the SPA is off the limits. The pool is "heated" but not so much.
