• Sophie (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Direkt gegenüber ein Café zum frühstücken.Ponte Rialto in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vaporetto Station am Ende der Straße.Aufteilung der Wohnung war auch gut. Genug Platz für unsere 6 köpfige Familie. 1 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad Die Wohnung war vor einigen Jahren wahrscheinlich sehr schön, inzwischen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war die Wohnung auch sehr dreckig, überall Staub, Flecken in den Gardinen. Zerquetschte Mücken an den Wänden, durchgelegene Matratzen. Host war erst ab dem Anreisetag persönlich zu erreichen, vorher kamen nur automatisierte Antworten.

• Olena (2/5): - Good location I didn't receive any check-in instructions. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The beds were made only for four people, but I had a reservation for five. There was no extra bedding set in the apartment. I asked the owner to resolve these issues, but my request was ignored. As a result, we had to use one bed for three people. Some of the dishes were dirty. I would not recommend this apartment for a comfortable visit to Venice.
• Elyse (6/5): Great location, great space, but host was not very helpful. Mosquito problem was annoying. - Location was great, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space for 6 people. The apartment appliances were not great, and seemed to have a mosquito problem. We never kept any doors or windows open, but seemed to have lots of them in the room all the time. We would wake up in the morning with a few bites from over the night. The host also sent many automated messages that did not help. We were walking from the train station in the rain, and I had to frantically figure out how to get into the apartment since they did not send instructions until I asked, and had to switch from communicating on Booking.com to WhatsApp. The city tax was not clear either, and I had to message the host multiple times to figure out how to do things around the apartment.

• Sheila (7/5): Good - The apartment had everything you could need for a family of 5. Nice bathrooms. Very good air conditioning. It is very close to the water ferry that goes into town and to the beach. A bit of renovation is needed. Things are a little worn and torn now. There's very little natural light because you're overlooked on all sides in a narrow street, and the shutters make it feel darker. The photograph advertising the apartment doesn't hold up in reality.

• Hugo (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Very central and easy to access by foot from train station, bus terminal and main sites. The neighborhood coffee shop just across the building entrance was a plus for early morning coffee and fresh cornettos shared with locals.
• Pat (9/5): Overall, a great stay for six adults traveling to Venice for the first time. - Lots of amenities, close to everything, clean apartment with two bathrooms, and easy to communicate with the host. We had to modify our stay due to train strike. We had plan to take train after two days in Venice on the west coast to Italy so we can see other coastline and scenery. Very accommodating! Gracie! The air conditioning system would short cycle and beep constantly through the night.
