La personne que nous avons eu en contact (Mike) était juste top super gentil et très réactif, même tard le soir. Il nous à beaucoup arrangé, nous qui avions un bébé en bas âge. Merci beaucoup a Mike.

• Quỳnh-Hương (10/5): Very happy. - Everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a full kitchenette, and the microwave has a combined grill function, so it's easy to warm up all kinds of food. The host was really friendly and helpful. He is always willing to help. No thing.
• Guest (9/5): Nice - The apartment has a nice view, and the host was very supportive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the initial check-in issues. The host was very nice, but the check-in process was not as described. The employee did not leave the elevator key in the mailbox as instructed, and the door code provided was incorrect. As a result, we had to wait about 15 minutes to receive access, and due to the weather, the wait felt much longer, closer to two hours.

The host was very responsive and friendly, offered a lot of help including transportation. I really enjoyed my stay. I had a balcony, the view wasn’t the best but not to the point where I did not like it at all.
• Matej (9/5): Perfect location for New Years with kids. - Location was perfect for watching New Years firework since we did not want to be on the streets late with kids. The app was a perfect size for 4. Small.balcony to observe the HCM. Some dishes were dirty.

• Jenny (1/5): Experienced theft issues here. Lost time, money, items, opportunities, and a ruined vacation. - Location is convenient We believe there are MAJOR security risks here. A day after check-in the host asked us to move to another unit on another floor as he stated this original unit needed to be "upgraded". The move was to happen 2 days before checkout. He offered to transfer our suitcases for us as we were unavailable most of the day of the move. On the day of the move when we returned to the 2nd unit, we noticed money and items missing from our suitcases and a cut in my suitcase near the lock. The host told us to wait while he investigated with his team before calling police. Host claimed to have reviewed the CCTV footage and stated there were no possible suspects who would have entered the 2nd unit. It was revealed that he and his cousin were the ones who transported our luggage. Booking.com told us to wait 20 hours for a resolution and to not report it to police if we receive all our stolen items back. After not receiving a satisfactory resolution, we went to the police station to file a report only to find that it had closed in the late afternoon. The next morning we filed a police report which took 7 hours. Support from authorities was highly limited and they would not give us a copy of the police report. The host offered us half the missing money to settle matters, and we accepted the money as we figured this was better than not retrieving any money back at all. Acting on our suspicions, at the 2nd apartment we found a few of the missing items hidden in difficult-to-reach areas in the unit. We decided we would leave immediately the next morning but were burglarized in the middle of the night. We believe the two theft incidents are connected. The host has been on the defense. Booking.com has refused to investigate further and has not suspended the listing, stating that there was no official confirmation from local police. This host operates multiple units in the Soho building that we've seen listed on Booking.com.
• Louis (10/5): Exceptional. Would stay here again in the future. - Location was great. A lot of food nearby. Family mart super closeby so extremely convenient. Not a lot of space to dry clothes (if washing) if staying for an extended period of time. A secondary keycard would be great for multiple guests.
• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful - Its modern, spacious and pictures truely reflects what you actually see in person. The self checkin and checkout were super smooth, staff were amazing and helpful. All required appliances are here and all in perfect working order. Nothing much to be honest. Property exceeded our expectations.
• Choo (10/5): Nice cozy hideaway spot in bustling city. - First, host was great at communicating. Reply consistently and got in touch with us very early in our booking. During our stay constantly check in on. Us to see if we have everything we need. Host was also super helpful from arranging airport transfer to getting SIM cards for us to sharing fruits with us and most importantly arranging delivery of item to airport that we missed packing when we check out. So helpful to get it to us n still managing to catch our flight. Apartment was strategically located and has everything we needed for a week stay. Easy to find food n good coffee nearby. Yet not too noisy for my mom who needs peace and quiet during the night. very small basic kitchen but fully stock for very simple cooking. washing machine in good working order n soap for washing. sufficient towels for bathing n etc. The host was kind enough to provide us with an extra bed even though the room already have a sofa bed. All the facilities were in very good working order. Really good security because of the key card system. Very good wifi. Ample storage in the room to store things away. No view. A little dusty maybe due to construction but nothing to be alarm about. Slight dusting n all is good.
