• Nikola (9/5): Superb - It is super big and equiped. Same as in the pictures. Cool neighborhood (market, bakery, restaurants..) They charged city taxes doule in comperison to the rule (6 euros, instead of 3.5 for this type of accomodation).

• Ioana (5/5): Dirty&improvised. They care only for profit, not for the client. Way overpriced for what it's worth - The kitchen is well equipped and the location is not too far from the centre. The internet didn't work, I told them and they did nothing about it. The apartment was very dirty, my white socks were absolutely ruined on the floors which were very not properly cleaned for a long time. Everything is done for a profit with low quality materials and little to no maintenance (bathroom tap falls if you touch it, the sink is blocked, bathroom door doesn't slide properly, the whole apartment is not well lit). For a 5 day stay they have only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people. On top of everything, they request more information than every hotel I have ever stayed at (flights, passport copies, forms) and are very insistent about it which is rather annoying for someone going on vacation, you are better off and more relaxed staying at a hotel. The apartment is only suitable for 2 adults and maybe 1 child, and definitely not for 4 adults. The living room is very dark and rather depressing, the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely every sneeze from the neighbours. The apartment is on the top floors and you need to take a very old and dubious elevator to reach it if you have a trolley. The elevator door sometimes isn't closed properly and it starts ringing very loudly (even in the middle of the night).
• Hripsime (6/5): Since the public transportation is good, this apartment is a good choice. - The location is very good. 2 bus stops, grocery store, 2 cafes, and a park nearby. Easy to get to any corner in the center by bus (buy the bus tickets frome tobacco stores in the morning). Wi-fi, air conditioning and TV worked perfectly well but be careful, you can cause a blackout if you have 3 and more electrical devices plugged in the outlet. Apparently it is common in Italy but we were not notified about it and had to fix electricity problems in the middle of the night. Fortunately the host responded to my text and we were able to fix the problem. The house smells bad(but not thaaat bad), turn on the air conditioning to make it a bit better. The water pressure in the shower was really bad, not enough hot water for 4 people to shower. The bath was dirty and while showering all the floor got wet since the cover was not covering well. Some of the towels were dirty as well and the apartment was a little dusty. Not enough toilet paper.
• Konstantina (9/5): A fully equipped place in the heart of Testaccio - The apartment is in the heart of Testaccio, very well connected to train stations and buses, while you can also walk to several sights. Testaccio is not at all touristic, it gives you a real sense of Roman life, with hundreds of options to eat, a local market, supermarkets, etc. For a business traveler, the apartment is just perfect, as long as you don't work from home, only because it does not have enough natural light. It is fully equipped with whatever you may need. Management also was responsive as I had a problem with the coffee machine on the first day, and they came over to fix it. There is an elevator that can fit also the luggage! And a wardrobe space to hang your clothes and store your luggage properly. The place is trully spacious! Not enough natural light as the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard. In the living room you need to always keep several lights on (on a positive side, there are several lighting options). So not a happy place to work from home. You can hear the neighbours and their TV until late at night. Bring your earplugs! Cleaning was OK but missed some spots (like the glass table). Shower is a bit challenging as it is hard to get the right temperature and impossible to get only one shower head working. So you need to use both at the same time. Also, there was no extra blanket and I was cold the first couple of nights, as probably the apartment was empty the days before I arrived. Thereafter, it was just fine, as the center heating was good.
