• Marion (10/5): Appartamento nuovo, attrezzatissimo e osti gentili. - Ero ospite unica nel mini-appartamento “El Teide” situato al piano superiore. Appartamento molto piccolo ma disegnato con estrema intelligenza, da un bravo architetto. Tutto è nuovo, e ci sono tutti i comfort, cucina attrezzata, bagno moderno e persino una lavatrice all’interno dell’appartamento con il detersivo fornito dai padroni di casa. Tutto intorno al monolocale c’è un enorme terrazzo panoramico con tavolo, sedie e sdraio esterni, notevole i tramonti e la vista dall’alto su Puerto de la Cruz. Il climatizzatore si può usare anche per riscaldare e le finestre hanno delle tapparelle ermetiche. Si dorme bene e al buoi. C’è un grande parcheggio all’interno della struttura sicuro e chiuso con un cancello. La posizione e strategica per esplorare tutto il lato nord dell’isola. I padroni sono molto attenti, comunicano bene e si interessano del benessere dell’ospite. Nessuna critica, tutto bene. L’unico appunto, ma è così dappertutto: chi viaggia da solo paga comunque per intero senza riduzioni.

• Mrprz (10/5): - Nos encontramos muy a gusto. La finca tenía unas vistas preciosas y estaba cerca de La Orotava. El apartamento era acogedor, limpio y contábamos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, viajamos con bebé y nos dejaron cuna, trona y manta de juegos.
• stéphanie Ricaud (9/5): Superbe lieu, nous avons déjà donné l'adresse à des amis pour leur prochain voyage - emplacement au top...appartement neuf, petit mais très bien agencé...tout était parfait, propreté, équipements au top, la terrasse superbe, le parking, et la situation géographique idéale. Et avec ça un hôte très disponible.

Super wygodne łóżka, miejsca parkingowe na terenie posesji, świetny kontakt z gospodarzami przez WhatsApp, bezproblemowe zameldowanie ( mogłyśmy nawet przyjechać przed oficjalną godziną meldunku, a wyjechać później). Na miejscu przywitała nas przemiła Lisa, częstując awokado i sprawiając, że czułyśmy się naprawdę mile widzianymi gośćmi. Trochę dziwne, mało klimatyczne światło w jednej z sypialni ( ale być może nie ogarnęłam po prostu jego regulacji:))

Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na trekking Trochę chłodno w środku, ale to raczej ze względu na kiepską pogodę w marcu. Można dogrzać się piecykami i klimatyzacją

• Elena (10/5): Excelente, lo recomendaré! - La limpieza, la amplitud, el equipamiento (había de todo), la tranquilidad, la ubicación... la verdad que ha estado muy bien. Tiene una zona privada de terraza bastante grande (al menos los apartamentos bajos), con una vista preciosa al puerto de la Cruz/Orotava. Nos ha gustado mucho, mucho. La anfitriona estuvo atenta en todo momento, le escribimos y nos contestaba a la nada, de verdad que un 10/10 Esto no son cosas que no nos gustasen, simplemente ideas/consejos por si puede ayudar a mejorar: Creo que podría haberse mejorado la iluminación (en el salón, la única luz que hay es la de la lampara principal, y es LED, con lo cual es una luz muy dura, y para estar por la noche molesta un poco, hemos echado de menos una lamparita con una luz más cálida, pero vaya nada importante. También hemos echado de menos una cama de matrimonio con una almohada como tal (hay cojines y "almohadas" individuales). Hay dos camas juntas pero para parejas estaría genial una cama de matrimonio, ya que hay dos habitaciones por apartamento y ambas tienen camas individuales... y también alguna manta extra para taparnos, aunque nosotros al ir solamente dos personas cogimos el edredón/nórdico del otro cuarto y nos apañamos perfectamente, no pasamos frío y dormimos a gusto. La verdad que el apartamento en general estaba muy muy bien.

• Arnaud (8/5): - Très joli petit studio, fonctionnel, très propre et bien équipé. Une vue incroyable sur le Teide et la vallée de la Orotava. La propriétaire est très sympa et disponible. De ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps 😉
• Anna (10/5): - Spaliśmy w apartamencie Montaña Roja, który był położony od strony ogrodu. Pomimo drogi obok domu w apartamencie było cicho i w nocy nie budziły nas przejeżdżające auta, można też było zasłonić okna roletami i spokojnie spać. Okolica bardzo spokojna, z dala od głośnego gwaru południa wyspy. Apartament jest doskonale wyposażony, funkcjonalny, jest wszystko co potrzebne podczas urlopu. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. Właściciele są przemili i bardzo pomocni o każdej porze, chętnie oprowadzają po przydomowej farmie. Mieliśmy problem po przyjeździe z oknem balkonowym, którego zamknięcie było zepsute i zostało to ekspresowo z samego rana naprawione. Lokalizacja świetna, szczególnie dla osób, które są tak jak my nastawiony na aktywny urlop i trekking. Nie mogliśmy wymarzyć sobie lepszej bazy wypadowej :) Z wielką przyjemnością wrócimy jeszcze kiedyś :)

• Carlos (10/5): Acogedora estancia de camino al Teide - Lo que más me gustó fué la ubicación, puesto que da de camino al Teide, las instalaciones modernas y elegantes, junto a las camas hicieron nuestra estancia agradable y acogedora. Lo único negativo que me comentó uno de mis compañeros, que durmió en la habitación más cercana al baño, es que puedes escuchar el sonido de la ventilación. Aunque mi otro compañero, que durmió al lado no escuchó nada, así que depende qué tan quisquilloso seas respecto a los ruidos al dormir.

• Irene DC (6/5): Cuidado con las fotos! Hay que verlas todas! - La ubicación está muy bien. El sitio es tranquilo y en 10 minutos llegas a la carretera principal. Además, está en la carretera de subida al Teide. La verdad es que aún siendo pequeño, tenía más o menos de todo y estaba muy limpio. El alojamiento está bien en general pero, las fotos son un poco engañosas. Hay muchísimas fotos y tienes que tener cuidado a la hora de reservar para que no te pase lo que me pasó a mí y es que después de ver casi todas las fotos, reservé un alojamiento pensando que sería como el de las fotos y luego, resulta que era un mini estudio en el que apenas cabía el sofá cama. Es cierto que, las fotos del mini estudio están al final pero, es un poco engañoso porque, como hay más de 50 fotos, tú ves las primeras y no llegas a verlas todas porque viendo las primeras, te parece que está genial. Quitando este tema, si no os importa el espacio reducido,, el sitio está muy bien. Quizás en invierno hago un poco de frío pero, el resto, todo muy bien. La anfitriona muy atenta y el único problema que tuvimos fue que en la planta baja, había unos inquilinos que armaban mucho ruido a las 7 de la mañana.

• Jessica (10/5): Great facilities and views, up the hill nearer nature - This is a comfy modern flat up on the hill above La Orotava - which means a balcony with beautiful views, and chickens pecking about in the quiet garden below. It is right on the road from beautiful Orotava to the National Park - there's parking, views, perfect facilities, a pleasant cafe-restaurant down the road (Cueva del Guanche), bus stops nearby if you need to use the La Caldera bus to get here (or fancy a really steep 25min walk!). The 2 bed flat faces away from the road so you don't get much noise, just the farm chickens and dogs in the morning. This makes for a lovely calm break - half in the country and half in charming Orotava.

• Koen (2/5): Hier wil ik nooit meer verblijven. - Het appartement was nieuw, netjes en goed uitgerust met alle nodige voorzieningen. De omgeving rond het huis was echter ongezellig, oud en niet goed onderhouden. De buitenmeubels waren afgeleefd. Alles heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De locatie was afschuwelijk, gelegen vlak naast een zeer drukke autobaan. Dit komt totaal niet overeen met de andere reviews, die spreken van een rustige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Dit is niet het geval: dag en nacht komt er druk en zwaar verkeer langs het verblijf. Je kan op geen enkele manier ontsnappen. Zelfs met ramen en deuren potdicht blijf je het verkeer horen. Het uitzicht aan de achterkant is groen, maar niet bepaald mooi. Je kan trouwens op geen enkele manier van het uitzicht genieten, het terras achteraan is te klein. Aan de voorkant is er een terras, maar kijk je op een continue verkeersstroom.
• Benoit (6/5): Pas de Piscine - Bel appartement avec vue - L'appartement était grand, bien décoré, propre et bien situé avec une belle vue. Il est facile de s'y garer en voiture avec un parking privé. Nous avions choisi cet établissement particulièrement parce qu'il y avait une piscine et c'était important pour nous en particulier en plein mois d'aout avant tout pour les enfants. Mais à notre plus grande surprise à notre arrivée celle-ci était vidée et HORS SERVICE. Nous n'avions pas été prévenue sinon nous aurions changé notre réservation surtout par rapport au prix (nous avions bien plus d'options similaires sans piscine à un tarif bien inférieur - de plus quand nous avons regardé les dispo sur booking la semaine suivant notre réservation la location était 33% moins cher). Dans la cuisine c'est pile poil le nombre et il n'y a pas de rab. C'est limite pour 4 personnes, ils n'ont pas de grande casserole par exemple. Il y avait papier toilette, serviettes, sac poubelle... mais nous pensions au vu du descriptif qu'il y avait shampoing et gel douche or ce n'était pas le cas (ce n'est pas un gros problème mais c'est à noter). Oui grand jardin mais pas franchement praticable pour que les enfants jouent.

• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and I stayed here twice. The 1st time in the little apartment at the top. It was very clean, all the facilities you need and an amazing use of a small space. My husband and 1 are quite tall, so the pull out bed/ couch was quite neat for us, but ok. With the private use of the very large balcony with chairs and loungers to have my morning cuppa and soak up the stunning views of Teide and La Orotava, it felt like having an extra room. It is also very peaceful, yet so close to the main areas of interest. Elena and her friends who live downstairs were so helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed staying at Finca 10 days so much we booked to come back and stayed in 1 of the larger apartments. Again, it is beautifully presented, so clean with all you need to prepare meals if you want. They provided an information booklet on the area, restaurant buses, etc, which you can catch just down the road into La Orotava and further. We are already planning to stay here again when we hopefully return to Tenerife next year. Many thanks Elena and team
